MAISON EST 100% RECUPERE DE HURRICAINE IRMA. Tous les services publics sont fonctionnels, y compris l'eau, terrain de golf à ouvrir et les réservations sont en cours.
Meubles a été récemment mis à jour à 3 lits king size avec des matelas très confortables.
Cette maison a été acheté au début de 2015 et entièrement rénové. Situé dans la communauté Southern Dunes Golf fermée. Nouvelle cuisine, étages, surface de la piscine, et la literie sont quelques-unes des mises à jour. Tous les conforts de la maison inclus. Pont a une grande piscine, table couverte avec TV 55 pouces, un bain à remous, barbecue au propane, chasse longues. Plus ample gauche de l'espace. Ceci est non seulement un écran autour d'un mini-piscine avec quelques chaises. Vous pouvez oublier de partir et profiter de toutes les attractions, les restaurants, et le golf de cette région a à offrir. Disney World est un court 25 minutes. Clearwater Beach est un grand voyage de jour et un peu plus d'une heure. Chophouse Manny est l'endroit idéal pour amener la famille pour le dîner, et se trouve à seulement quelques miles court sur la route.

Great Place to Stay!!

We had a great time staying at the Vrbo on Southern Dunes in Haines City. The property was exceptionally clean and any questions we had were quickly answered by Kris. We will definitely look at staying here again when we come down to visit our relatives who live here.

My family and I were booked to stay here for a little over a week. Everything was great. Check in process was super easy and the house was as described. We did however have to check out early due to Hurricane Milton coming in. Our host was super nice and understanding. Would stay here again.

Very impressed with cleanliness, excellent facilities inside and outside the property. Very easy to contact owner and quick response excellent. Our holiday was extremely enjoyable and being that our family was mixed age groups from 17 to 84, it is a home that all ages can enjoy very happily.

Good vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The pool and house are absolutely beautiful. Only issue that we had was the house was very warm the entire stay. Kristopher was quick to answer whenever I had a question or concern. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location. I would absolutely stay here again

Outstanding

This is the second time we have stay in the villa and it didn’t disappoint again. The new addition of the plush sofas was ideal to chill after having a lovely swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub. There was ample room for 6 adults to have space of their own if needed. Security at the gate was excellent and easy access to the villa. The only little thing is blinds are needed to cover pool doors as was very aware of neighbour opposite at night whilst chilling in living area.

Kris is such a great host, we had a chance to meet him and he is very welcoming. The house was just as stated, very clean and close to alot of amenities. Perfect floor plan for families. This house is very well kept and has everything in the kitchen you need to cook a nice meal.we had plenty of pool towels and had a great time in the pool every day. We highly recommend.

Fantastic

Wonderful house, fully stocked with everything you need. Great location with fantastic golf facilities. Very good responsive owner. The location on this estate means it’s an easy walk to the clubhouse for food and drinks in the evening with great staff working there. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous home

We have stayed in Southern Dunes five times now, and this home ranks at the top. We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house is nicely decorated and has plenty of what we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. Kris welcomed us on our arrival and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with everything needed for a staycation. We never left the home only to shop. The home is slightly small but will sleep 6 comfortably, two to a room. Southern Dunes is directly behind WinDixie & Walmart so there's no need to even deal with traffic. If you're traveling to Disney be prepared & time your departure accordingly. Hwy 27 is a nightmare at peak traffic times. All around we highly recommend Kris & Nancy as great hosts.

The whole experience was A++! One of the Easiest trips I’ve planned and checkin and check out was flawless. So easy! The owner super nice! House had everything you need. Especially traveling it’s hard to pack all the necessities. Very clean and beds were so comfortable! Beautiful pool area too! We all agreed your definitely 5 ⭐️!

Fantastic villa and great pool area on a lovely gated community

Very responsive owner. The villa is very well appointed, it has everything you could need or want and good quality. Comfortable large beds and the master bathroom is huge! All rooms have walk in wardrobes and flat screen tv’s. The pool area is big, as is the pool. Lots of seating and tables for outdoor dining and a rattan sofa to sit and watch the outdoor tv. A couple of sun loungers too. The hot tub was a lovely addition and we did intend to use the gas barbecue, but the Florida weather stopped us (rain/storm). The community is gated and is very close to a Walmart, Winn Dixie, Dollar Tree and others. Just across the junction is a Checkers, McDonalds plus other amenities and restaurants. We would recommend the villa and would happily rebook.

Hello, my name is Kris. I am a retired firefighter now working for JetBlue airlines out of the Orlando Airport. My wife Nancy and I bought this home jin 2015 and knew it would take a lot of work. We take pride in the finished product, and are happy to share it with you. We built it with the thought of our family having a place to enjoy and be proud of. We are very pleased with the results, but welcome any ideas you may have during your stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is located on the main road with a very nice view of the 16th hole from the front window. The deck is a premium piece for this house. Large pool, gas grill, hot tub, and plenty of space to sit out, both shaded and in the sun. Enjoy the big game while having a cold drink outside on our 55 inch TV.
