The home is over 1,700 sq. ft and features four bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, Double Bunk, and a twin), sleeps 10, two full baths, large living/dining area, gas fireplace, outdoor wood burning fireplace, tile floors, 55' flat screen smart TV with surround sound, DVD, cable TV, washer/dryer, WiFi and bicycles. There is security camera coverage of the front yard only. Although not ocean view, the home is in a very desirable South Seaside location just 250 feet from the beach and is a very easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Seaside has much to offer all age groups and this very comfortable home is a great location to experience it from.

NOTE: Stays from Memorial Day to Labor Day require a 5 night minimum, however, shorter blocks may be available. Cancellation policy is flexible. There is a no refund policy in the summer, however, owners will work with guests to reschedule or provide a refund for nights that are later filled by new bookings.
