This place was very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, walking distance to restaurants, and comfy beds. Plenty of towels, pillows, beach stuff, pool stuff, etc. There was anything you might need. During 4 of the 5 nights during our stay the above guests were so loud and although it's not the host's fault it was not relaxing to be woken up at 5:30am while on vacation or hearing constant noise above. The host did contact the guests, but it was continuous and didn't stop unless they were out.

The place was nice. We never used the amenities due to site seeing. Our only complaint is if anyone is renting the upstairs you will hear every footstep and be woke up very early everyday. There was a 4 year old above us and you knew it.

This place is located in a great location. The place looks exact to the posting. The one thing that did bother us was the communication with the host. It was someone different each time and when the electric key pad for entry battery died we had to wait outside for an hour at night before they assisted. They even asked us to change the battery for them which to me was extremely odd. Besides that the place was great.

Mahalo for taking the time to leave your feedback! We apologize for the difficulties you encountered with the electronic keypad during your stay. We provide an after-hours emergency number to all of our guests for situations like these, and we encourage our guests to have it on hand as they check in, just to be safe. While it may be atypical to be asked to change the batteries yourself, this typically only takes about 60 seconds, and can be completed at your leisure instead of waiting for a member of our maintenance personnel to arrive. Regardless, we would have been happy to send a member of our team to assist you if you were uncomfortable replacing the batteries yourself! We hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience in the future, and we're wishing you safe travels on your next adventure. Aloha! 🌺
