Sentez-vous chez vous et dĂ©tendu pendant votre sĂ©jour Ă  Londres dans cet appartement magnifique, calme et sĂ©curisĂ© au cƓur de Londres par la gare de Waterloo et le London Eye.

L'appartement est situé au 3Úme étage avec un petit balcon et dispose de 2 chambres à coucher complÚtes (un lit queen et un lit double) qui ont toutes deux salles de bain complÚtes à cÎté d'eux (une salle de bains). Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour votre séjour ainsi que toutes les serviettes et les draps sont fournis.

La chambre principale a un accÚs direct au balcon ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat. Les deux chambres ont des stores occultants.

Il y a un espace ouvert salon / salle Ă  manger / cuisine avec des siĂšges pour 6 et le canapĂ© dans le salon peut ĂȘtre transformĂ© en un lit queen pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires. Le salon dispose Ă©galement d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat ainsi que des livres culturels sur Londres Ă  utiliser pendant votre sĂ©jour.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec un lave-vaisselle, une cafetiĂšre amĂ©ricaine, une presse française, un grille-pain, une bouilloire Ă©lectrique, des fournitures de base comme du sel et du poivre, des ustensiles de cuisine et bien sĂ»r une variĂ©tĂ© de casseroles et poĂȘles, etc. Il y a un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et congĂ©lateur, ainsi qu'un four micro-ondes et un four.

Hors du couloir est une buanderie avec une combinaison laveuse / sécheuse. L'appartement dispose d'un chauffage par le sol partout pendant les mois d'hiver et les ventilateurs sont fournis pour les mois d'été en cas de besoin.

Il y a une terrasse commune sur le toit qui surplombe le London Eye - idéal pour regarder les feux d'artifice du réveillon du Nouvel An!

L'appartement est géré par Hannah Levin qui vit localement et gÚre plusieurs appartements dans la région avec d'excellentes notes pour les affaires et les services (s'il vous plaßt voir les commentaires de la propriété 414083). Elle sera ravie de vous aider avec n'importe quel aspect de votre séjour!

Wonderful visit

We had a great stay here. The property was perfect for our needs and the surrounding area was close to everything by tube or walk. We highly recommend this flat for a great London visit!

Great place, all the essentials!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The flat had all the essentials including a washer and dryer, perfect for a family. All 5 of us were comfortable. We also had easy access to the tube and a convenience store below. If there were any downside it might be that the street is a little noisy at night, but that’s expected as you are in the city, and as long as the windows are closed they block out the noise remarkably well.

A week with family

This flat was a perfect spot for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents to spend a week in London exploring. It was close enough to the sights to be convenient, and walkable to a lot, but just off off the tourist path enough to have a quieter vibe at night with many restaurant choices after a day if sightseeing.

wonderful flat

this was our first trip to London and being so close to Waterloo station allowed us to use this as our jumping off point for London activities and daytrips outside the city. A great little market is right underneath the flat; couldn't get any more convenient. Loved our stay here.

Wonderful flat and location

My daughter and I stayed here for two weeks this autumn. The flat is lovely, 2 good size bedrooms and baths, convenient shopping, tube, and walking to the Southbank! Would definitely recommend.

Great rental!

I would absolutely book again, great location, house and communication! Elevator, AC and fan, blackout curtain (except second room), and washer/dryer and solid wifi. This is a lot for Europe! The location is amazing too! Safe area! Lots to do, London is so much fun!

Great location and great flat

Gem of a Flat!

We stayed at the property for just under a week during our spring break. The unit was nicely updated and well located. We would highly recommend a stay here. The second bedroom and bath were petite, but it is a flat in the city!

Nice Flat close to Underground Lambert North

This is a great property to stay at. Owner Hannah was very easy to work with. Newer Building and newer apartment. Two Bedrooms and two baths with nice kitchen and outstanding AC. Less than 1 mile walk to Big Ben. 2 Keys provided was very nice as well.

Great place!

This was a great property in a convenient location. There’s a Tesco Express right downstairs to grab snacks or breakfast for the apartment. Walkable to many locations. Apartment was great for our family of 5. The water pressure in the shower is very low, but still a 5 star place overall. The host is very responsive and was accommodating with a reasonable fee to check in right after our morning flight.

Great flat and location

Overall the flat was excellent. Very clean and well equipped. Location was close to Waterloo which made getting to everything easy. We had a little trouble with the front door keys which Teri quickly addressed. The only disappointment was that the rooftop deck that was advertised in the listing and photos was padlocked and not accessible - we had planned to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from there. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Clean, Safe, Close to Transportation

We stayed a week as a family. It was clean, had everything we needed. Tesco express is right below, lots of great places to eat within a block. Buses and subway were right in front. I don't think the pics do it justice. Would stay there again. Nights were noisy, but that's London for you.

Wonderful Stay in Waterloo

Beautiful flat in a very cool area. Traveled with my husband and two children (ages 10 and 12) and having this lovely, spacious apartment made the trip a lot easier. Being able to wash clothes was extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We could walk to the trains, restaurants and even the very cool graffiti tunnel! Hannah was a pleasure to deal with, would definitely recommend.

Perfect Stay

This flat was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean, had plenty of space and the location was great. There is a tube station within a block, and the larger Waterloo station not far off. There is a small Tesco downstairs, a coffee shop a block away, and many restaurants nearby. The property manager, Hannah accommodated an early check in which was a huge help after an overnight flight. She also provided restaurant recommendations! The housekeeper, Ewa met us at the flat and gave us a thorough overview of the property. We would definitely stay again!

The flat was GREAT.

The lady who was there to meet us was very knowledgeable and made sure that we were familiar with everything. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was FULLY equipped. Also it was very nice having a Tesco mini supermarket downstairs! The location of the flat was also very good... just a few minutes walk to Westminster Bridge, and Big Ben. Perfect! I highly recommend this property. Susan.

Excellent, Clean Flat in Great Location

The property was very clean and well-kept. We were met during our specified check in time and all the amenities of the property were explained in detail. However, I would recommend maybe an instruction sheet be in the flat as a reference for the heating, etc. The location cannot be beat - close to multiple tube stations, train station and lots of great restaurants and pubs. Also less than a mile walk to Westminster, etc. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Clean and Modern Close to Tube

Our family of 5 (myself, my husband and our three boys, 2 teens and adult son) stayed for 5 nights. We were greeted and shown around the apartment by Eve. She answered our questions and gave us great information on how to operate everything in the apartment. Beds were comfortable and two bathrooms made it possible for all of us to get ready more easily each morning. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Downstairs is a small grocery store to get basic needs and food. I will definitely return to London and stay here again.

Met our needs perfectly

We are a family of 5 and stayed at this property last week (Aug 2023). The flat is extremely well maintained and is stocked with pretty much anything you could ever want in renting a home vs getting a hotel room. There's a Tesco around the corner so we were able to buy food for breakfast and just eat in the flat most days. For all of our sightseeing we were either in walking distance or a short tube ride away from where we wanted to go. Hannah, who manages the property is very accommodating and responded to all my emails quickly. Ewa, who showed us the flat at check-in was extremely thorough and communicated everything we needed to know. Overall this was an excellent experience for us and this location would be very high on our list of places to consider on a return trip!

Great Flat

I had to quarantine in the U.K. for 14 days and I can say I accomplished that very comfortably. The location of the flat was great for my Amazon Fresh and Deliveroo. The Kitchen was fully stocked with the basics to cook for 2 weeks. Television is the living room and bedroom was nice. Great location to walk to the London Eye, coffee shops, restaurants, Tesco Express and Sainbury grocery stores. If you are not accustomed to the noise of traffic, you will get very familiar with it. Loved the balcony and the weather was perfect to enjoy every day. The flat was spacious to put person things away and it was spotless and clean. The only negative is that I ordered a couple extra towels, one set was given for each room and extra sheets would have been nice to change the bed, I just used the washer-dryer combo for clean sheets. Great trip!!

Great location! Nice flat

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat. It was VERY convenient to the tube (one block away) and the small grocery store on the first floor was helpful. Coffee shop a block away too. The flat itself was clean and well laid out. Nice big common room/kitchen fit 5 of us nicely. Well equipped with dishes, linens etc. Nice that they provided toilet paper and soap for sinks. The property manager was quick to respond to questions before arrival and housekeeper was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around. The washing machine was a little tricky to figure out so did two small loads but wouldn't want to have to do much more than that. The beds were futon mattresses so not the most comfortable but fine for a week. The sofa does fold out but not like a typical fold out couch with one large mattress. You use the seat back cushions to create the second side to the bed and they tended to slip and move a lot which made sleeping uncomfortable. Overall I would definitely stay here again with 3-4 people. Sleeping was not ideal for 5.

Fantastic Flat!
