Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, demeure chez les propriĂ©taires Ă  l'Ă©tage. Deux entrĂ©es en bas complĂštement sĂ©parĂ© de l'unitĂ© de l'Ă©tage. Trois chambres Ă  coucher, une salle de bain, grande cour. RĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour avec de nouveaux meubles, revĂȘtements de sol et un systĂšme Mitsubishi mini split pour votre confort! Marchez vers le lac et faites une croisiĂšre sur les pĂ©dalos. Marchez jusqu'Ă  la plage pour bronzer ou pĂȘcher. Marchez jusqu'Ă  la promenade pour trouver de la nourriture, des magasins et une vie nocturne. Marchez jusqu'Ă  la foire pour le plaisir en famille, les manĂšges et les gĂąteaux en entonnoir. Regardez le feu d'artifice chaque jeudi soir. Profitez de la musique live tous les week-ends. Tous les draps fournis. De plus, il se trouve Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage, Ă  469 marches de l'accĂšs Ă  la plage publique!

Great Family Weekend

Great weekend with our family!!! Host was very quick to respond to all communications and was quite accommodating with two of our special requests, The property was exactly as described and just a short walk from the ocean. All of the adults enjoyed their time, and it even got the seal of approval from our four legged fur baby.

The house was incredible. Not far from beach either. Property owner answered any questions I had very quickly. We will be staying here on our next beach trip. Highly recommend booking a stay here

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. Plenty of room for our family of four. Communication with Catherine was easy and she was super helpful. We were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Lovely place!

Check in was super easy with the keypad lock. Everything was on the ground level which was great for my grandfather who walks with a cane, he had no difficulty getting around. Four adults stayed on our trip and everyone was very comfortable there. The property was very clean and adorable. Catherine also gave us great suggestions for dinner. The location is within walking distant of the lake, boardwalk, and yummy restaurants. Very pleased we picked this spot for our vacation :)

We stayed three nights and was blown away but the location and property, not to mention how reasonably priced it was!! The property manager was sooo nice and accommodating, had towels and beach chairs for us and made us feel so welcome! The house was super clean and very convenient! I will absolutely recommend and will be back soon!! Love love loved it!!!

Super Cute & Comfortable

This little house is so super cute. I went the weekend before Hurricane Florence and I pray this little House is undamaged because for sure I would go right back to it on my next getaway. Easily fit the 6 of us during my daughters 17 birthday girls weekend. There were lots of bath towels and a short little walk to the beach, restaurants nearby. We didn’t have to drive anywhere everything was within walking distance. Catherine was available by text and she’s very accommodating. Thank you Catherine!

Great place and owner, close to EVERYTHING!

I stayed here, along with my husband and dad, for a long Labor Day weekend. This apartment is close to everything! We walked everywhere---to the beach, the boardwalk, and the farmer's market at the lake, among others---and only used the car once, to explore downtown Wilmington for a day. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked (my husband is a chef and wasn't missing any equipment for our meals), and the owner was amazing. Catherine kept in touch and gave us some amazing recommendations, both before and during our trip. She is the best host we've had on any trip thus far! So do yourself a favor, and book this place if you want a great space to stay while at Carolina Beach. You can't beat the price either. Just be sure to bring a tablet for your streaming needs, or some DVDs, as there is no cable/satellite. We don't watch much TV on vacation, but wanted to give a head's up for those who do.

Wonderful stay at the beach! The poverty was exactly as described.

The property was exactly as decribed and was very clean and tidy. The host was fast and responsive to any question we had and helped us with anything we needed. The kitchen was VERY well stocked and supplied with cooking equipment. We cooked three meals every day (and we are some serious cooks) and there was never a problem with enough cookware. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a stay in Carolina Beach for a great price.

Great Weekend at Carolina Beach

Just spent a long weekend at Carolina Beach and loved it. It was as advertised, 3 Bedrooms and 1 bath. My family of four had plenty of room and it was very clean. We were in the downstairs unit and there was a covered porch that was nice for sitting in the evening. It was conveniently located to most of Carolina Beach and we rarely had to use our car. The beach was across the road, but it was no problem to get to the be a h access. Catherine was a gracious host and gave us plenty of recommendations for places nearby to eat or enjoy the fireworks. We would definitely go back.

Tidy apartment close to sand and sea

My family of 5 stayed in Catherine's place for 3 nights. Catherine was quite helpful before our arrival and answered many questions and offered suggestions for our stay. The property is within easy walking distance to the beach. We had a great time at this spot and were able to make new memories.

Perfect Location!!

This rental is in the perfect local being walking distance to pretty much anything you need on a beach vacation! The beach,boardwalk, shops, restaurants, lake park, bars etc are just within steps from this rental which is perfect for families with kids. I stayed here with my two daughters 11 and 12 and two of their friends and we all had a great time! The home is very comfortable for a family of 6. The owner was very accommodating as well with texts about the area, supplying items that we needed and even let us know that we could check in early since she didn't have any guests before us!! The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave and good working range. My family loves to eat in and cook when we are at the beach so my only advice would be a better stock of pots/pans and maybe some plastic bowls with lids for storage and transport of fruit and snacks to the beach. My family will definitely be back to this place for another stay!! I highly recommend :) Thank you for an amazing vacation spot!!
