Carolina Beach - Cottage rénové! Charmant rénové 3 chambres, 1 chalet de bain seulement 2. 5 pâtés de maisons de l'accès à la plage publique. Idéalement situé dans le centre-ville et à distance de marche de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Du porche accueillant à la télévision à écran plat dans le salon, il y a un endroit où tout le monde peut profiter de ses vacances à la plage. Ce chalet a 1ère chambre w / queen, 2ème chambre w / queen, 3ème chambre w / reine. Vous apprécierez également la cuisine mise à jour, la salle à manger, le porche arrière, la cour arrière clôturée et de nombreuses places de parking pour 3 voitures. Le propriétaire a également inclus l'internet sans fil au cas où vous deviez prendre au moins 5 minutes de vos vacances pour travailler. N'oubliez pas d'apporter le chien de la famille car votre animal de compagnie sera le bienvenu moyennant le paiement de frais non remboursables, soumis à des restrictions. Si vous choisissez un établissement qui accepte les animaux de compagnie, les chiens ne sont autorisés que sur les plages de la plage pendant les mois d'hiver et tous les animaux de compagnie doivent être approuvés par Blue Water Realty. The house was very clean and comfortable, I loved the screened in porch. The fenced in yard was a bit of a disappointment and the bed in the middle room was as uncomfortable as previous renters described. I would definitely consider renting this property again, overall I enjoyed my time in Carolina Beach a great deal!

Cozy little cottage in the perfect location. Was able to walk almost everywhere and the backyard was great for the family dog!

Great location, watch the fireworks, great walkability

This house has a great location. It is cute and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay at the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and the outdoor shower. The house had a slight smell, probably because it is an older home. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the front porch.

Great location!

Great location just blocks from the beach, boardwalk, and local restaurants. Get in line super early for Britt’s donuts (or just go at night when there’s no line at all)! And check out the the Saturday farmer’s market by the lake. Property could use some TLC - e.g. paint/wall repair, less than sparkling shower, and need for a new bed in the middle bedroom. That said, we slept comfortably and the place was equal to our needs as a place to crash between beach visits! The AC also worked wonderfully to combat the 90 degree temps and 90% humidity of mid-august! Also super appreciate the place being dog friendly. The property management company also was very responsive and professional.

Perfect Location

The location of this home was definitely my favorite part. It's so close to the boardwalk. I was able to walk everywhere. The property manager was very easy to get in contact with if we needed anything. The biggest ding would be that the middle bedroom bed needs to be replaced. The other beds were great. I would also say that the important information about the property could all be put into the listing. The portal was just a lot and a little overwhelming. I'm a new mom so finding the time to sit down and read everything was not something I could do. They only provide one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. There aren't any extras in the home. We stayed for 5 days so that was kind of a hassle for us. The information is in the portal but trying to go in and read through everything just didn't happen so that's my fault. For future guests, bring those extra things. :) Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely come again.

Great Beach Getaway!

We were very happy with this rental property. It was well located being very close to the boardwalk, lake, restaurants and of course, the beach. The property was clean and comfortable and check-in/check-out was easy. The only minor quibble was the single roll of toilet paper provided.

Fun time at the beach

This place was great. Upon arrival we had told them we'd be coming in late and they were kind enough to leave lights on so we were not coming into a dark unknown home. Everything was clean and tidy. The house is in a great location just a few blocks back from the beach along with a small little fenced in back yard area for your furry friends. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Perfect location!

The house is a little old but it has a charm to it. Very cute and close to everything! Great space and our dog was very comfortable in the backyard. Easy check in and comfortable stay.

Proximity to adventures cannot be beat!

The property is close to the beach, Fort Fisher, Wilmington, great eateries and Carolina Beach Park. We had so much just outside our doorstep to enjoy! Paddleboarding and sunsets on the sound were highlights of our trip. This is an excellent location for family adventures.

Adorable

Such a cute house and I love the location. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants, shops, boardwalk. It was like stepping back in time during a less hectic. The place was spotless inside and sheets/towels were wrapped in plastic on each of the 3 beds. It's an older home with really only 1 closet, but beach wear doesn't usually need a closet. It would be better if the fenced area came up to the screened in porch but it was nice having a yard to let the dogs romp a bit. The mattresses are probably at the end of their lives but I still slept quite well. The glow in the dark stars on the one bedroom ceiling were a treat! I'd stay there again for sure. Thank you for sharing your cute beach home.

Quiet, quaint, clean beach cottage

We rented this cottage as we were transitioning between houses and we could not have picked a better spot. Pet friendly with a nice fenced back yard, it also had a back porch filled with beach furniture and a front porch just made for sitting and people watching! Modern stainless appliances mixed with beautiful old wood floors and three bedrooms with queen sized beds fit the bill....and did I mention the full size washer and dryer? With high speed internet and TV and only three blocks to the ocean, this was all we needed for our mini vacation! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but you are just a couple blocks from restaurants with take out and delivery in our time of COVID. We could not have chosen a better spot to stay!

Wonderful home in great location

Loved staying in a neighborhood instead of among condos. Great front and back porch. Dog loved the yard. Short walk to beach. Cute interior. I know this isn't standard but would really appreciate the basixs being provided, like trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, toilet paper. Nobody wants to travel with every last thing, and buying these items for one week can be expensive when you can't take them home with you. Other than that, great vacation...thank you!
