Absolument incroyable! Votre groupe profitera de l'ultime escapade en cabine et ne voudra mĂȘme plus quitter la cabine. SituĂ© Ă  Cedar Falls Resort dans Wears Valley (25 minutes de Elk Springs Resort), vous apprĂ©cierez l'isolement tranquille tout en Ă©tant proche de tout le plaisir Ă  Pigeon Forge.

Les enfants auront tellement de choses Ă  faire qu'ils ne voudront peut-ĂȘtre jamais quitter la cabine. Profitez de la piscine thermale intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e, jouez une partie de golf de putt-putt (avec des lumiĂšres pour jouer la nuit) et / ou jouez au hockey sur air ou un jeu classique sur le jeu d'arcade debout.

Cette cabine rustique mais améliorée dispose d'une suite de maßtre King au niveau supérieur avec douche mis à niveau. Le niveau principal dispose d'une suite parentale avec salle de bain complÚte. Les enfants de niveau inférieur s'échappent avec 2 lits superposés et une salle de jeux.

Préparer dans les repas de cabine dans votre cuisine entiÚrement équipée et salle à manger (avec barbecue à gaz juste à la porte). Le pont couvert a rockers porche pour profiter de votre café du matin.

If we noticed something needed maintenance, the office was quick to getting back to us. One thing I would recommend to the owners/company, the king size beds should be replaced. Something feels broken on the left side of bed on main floor. And upstairs bed is not attached properly.

Not a two bedroom!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off this is not a two bedroom. It’s a one bedroom with an open loft. There is no privacy in the loft as the road goes up hill and people passing by can see into the windows. One of the windows didn’t even have blinds. There is no door so anyone who walks upstairs walks up to the sink/shower area and the bed. You can also see the bed from the living room. Secondly this cabin was not maintained very well. The hot tub didn’t work, there’s mold on the A/C vents, the putt putt golf course was partially covered with rocks and debris, and the HDMI cable used to make the entertainment system work was too corroded to use. Finally this place is loud. You can hear people talking downstairs in the basement up on the third floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grandchildren enjoyed the indoor swim spa. Especially after a large mama black bear and 2 cubs came to our cabin door we couldn't get them to go outside. However, the cabin needs to be deep cleaned, some things need to be replaced or repaired and we didn't enjoy the put put or fire pit because of the close proximity to the woods (fear of bears).

An Amazing Retreat

We loved our stay at Poolin Around. The property was beautiful and peaceful. There are neighbors around but total privacy in the back of the house. The spa pool was awesome! We’ve never experienced one like it. The kitchen was well equipped and full size washer/dryer was a huge plus. We had a few minor issues when we got to the house but Elk Springs was very helpful and Adam was out within 30 minutes to address them. Check in/out process was super easy as well. Overall, we would recommend Elk Springs and Poolin Around to anyone looking to stay in the area! A bear visit was an added bonus!!

We did have some cleaning issues - edge of pool (above water) was grimy, found hair in shower drain cover (not ours). Phone in cabin never worked (bedroom handset didn’t even have a battery) - wouldn’t have minded but we didn’t have cell service in cabin. Suggestions - put a chair in bedrooms, put at least one clock on wall, put a throw blanket in living room area, add a footstool for living room chair, and pool water was a bit too warm for my taste - almost felt like a hot tub. The flood light on the house across the road shines into the cabin at night so, despite the blinds being closed, there was a fair bit of light in the bedroom loft area at night. We reported some issues but ultimately nothing changed. Kitchen was well-stocked with equipment, pool was nice even if too warm (I didn’t ask them to make it cooler, so that might have been corrected had I asked), plenty of towels provided even for pool.

The main floor bathtub was old and stained. The master shower was full of dust & there were cob webs in many areas of the house. We honestly did not have time to use the pool but just on first glance, it was not very clean. The arcade was a lot of fun and the location was spectacular. We were just outside of all the traffic and had great access to Pigeon Forge. The location was the biggest plus.

Cabin with Lots to Offer when Surrounding Area Overcrowded

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve vacationed in Tennessee during our school-aged kids spring break for years. Cabins offering amenities such as an indoor theater, pool table, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit we’re always welcoming to return to after a full day of activities in the national park or nearby pigeon, Forge or Gatlinburg.Since Covid, we’ve noticed a steep increase in visitors making many of our previous destinations impossible to get into. This cabin had all of the previous amenities... plus an indoor pool and an outdoor putt putt course, neighborhood, basketball, goal, and neighborhood, nature trail making it the perfect spot for a staycation for two 12 year old boys! The resort was responsive and quick to attend to anything needed in the cabin. Only disappointment was to discover that the advertised air hockey table had been replaced with Skee-Ball table that wouldn’t return the two balls available (they would fall to the floor and generally get stuck under the table by the window). Otherwise, beautiful cabin for a small family, looking for enough entertainment that they don’t have to seek it elsewhere!

Worst anniversary weekend

Reviewer Comments: 1)delayed almost 3 hrs getting door code. 2)back door was open on arrival. 3) wanted to cook steaks for dinner but grill out of propane, they sent someone to replace after 10pm. 4) air hockey and skiball game inop. 5)swimspa didn't work, they sent repair man 3 hrs later. 6) 1 extra roll of TP for the entire house. 7) cleaning crew showed up at 10:05 as we were pulling out(but we were delayed 3 hrs two nights before for supposed cleaning issues). 8) reported these issues to customer service and Management has not called to resolved my complaints.

Just didn't get a chance to. Would live to stay there again. Well worth it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was from 1/13-1/15/2023We loved the area where our cabin was located. There was plenty of parking space and we felt we had adequate privacy. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. My kids age 11 and 18 thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and games. Sadly, there were a few dislikes about the cabin that we experienced while there.1.The upstairs bed was horrific, the top of the bed near the headboard sank in so much that we rotated ourselves sideways to try and get comfortable. The ending result is that one of us ended up sleeping on the couch.2.We noticed that the downstairs shower was not very clean, we found soap scum on the walls of the shower.3.The pool area had many (more than we could count) bugs around the pool and seats/tables.4.We brought a device to connect to the projector and never found a way to plug in to use fully...even after reading over instructions and watching the video.5. We did some decorating with balloons and such for my kids and there were some confetti that got all over the place. We ended up sweeping up to help housekeeping out and found that the floors were very disgusting. Dirt, food, and bugs were found all around on the main level. To add to this uncleanliness, our socks were black.

Reviewer Comments: Dear Elk Springs Resort Management:Per my conversation with Sue, I am sending this.We looked at a lot of resort cabins early on and chose yours based on our daughter & son-in-law staying at your resort in the past. We selected the Poolin Around cabin for it's amenities specifically the hot tub -pool - golf. We paid a premium for these amenities for the experience with our family and grandkids. As you know the pool was not able to be used 50% of our stay due to pool issues and the temperature. Also, here are some additional issues you may want to have addressed we also encountered during stay.Extreme MOLD in the pool room ceiling - maintenance man took pictures appears to have been there for some time.Hot tub worked but never held initial temperature once you got in. The hot tub coverwas extremely difficult to open and close may need to be replaced Therefore, we only used one time.First floor toilet was not able to be used wouldn't flush maintenance came to repair.The bath tub in that bath had rust stains therefore we would not use to give kids bath..No sheets or blanket for the fold out couch sleeper sofa. housekeeping dropped off. Thatmattress is worn out.Remote to TV in first floor bedroom needs back cover batteries exposed dangerous for kids.The window in that room is brokeSuggest you have soap dish in bathrooms to protect your counter tops.Several kitchen cooking pots need to be replaced due to non-stick worn off.As far as cleaning, there was McDonalds trash on the back porch when we arrived we picked up and threw away. The steps appear to not have been swept.Access to the back yard from the outside is extremely hazardous and we noticed paths created in the rocks.While it was an inconvenience for both you and us, we still paid for an experience we never got from your resort. We feel its appropriate at minimum one night stay be taken off the total re

Fall Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was beautiful and in a great location. 15 minutes from everything at Pigeon Forge. Kids loved the indoor pool and arcade game. The ski ball and air hockey were not really playable though (air hockey table worn out and ski balls flew everywhere). House was pretty clean had cob webs in a lot of the windowsills but bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Would suggest adding a laundry basket. Elk Springs was great. Provided lots of useful information and easy check in. Would stay with this company again.
