Profitez des chaises de plage gratuites! L'unité 606 comprend 2 chaises longues rembourrées, de plage et 1 parasol pour chaque jour de votre séjour du 15/03 au 31/10.

Ocean Reef 606 est un condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain situĂ© au dernier Ă©tage des condos (6e Ă©tage) Ă  Ocean Reef. L'unitĂ© 606 est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  seulement 10 pas d'un court trajet en ascenseur et situĂ©e au mĂȘme Ă©tage que les salles de fitness et de sauna. Condos Ă  plancher bas ont une vue magnifique sur la plage, le golfe et la piscine. Du 6Ăšme Ă©tage, vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre sur le balcon spacieux et privĂ© de 10 x 27 et profiter d'une multitude de belles vues sur la cĂŽte d'Ă©meraude.

Le salon comprend un grand canapé et une causeuse avec deux poufs pour des siÚges confortables et spacieux. Un grand téléviseur à écran plat Toshiba est fixé au mur pour le plaisir de tous. Le salon jouxte le balcon et comprend une porte-balcon avec une belle vue sur la plage et le golfe.

La chambre principale face au golfe jouxte le balcon et comprend des portes de balcon séparées, un lit king-size et une salle de bain privée avec double vasque. Besoin de dormir plus mais souhaitez toujours profiter de votre salon? La chambre d'hÎtes impressionnante offre deux lits doubles avec des lits superposés sur le dessus. Pas besoin d'utiliser un canapé-lit pour les enfants ... Profitez de votre salon, regardez ces films de fin de soirée, utilisez votre balcon et votre condo pendant que les enfants dorment dans les lits superposés des chambres d'amis. Besoin d'un lit supplémentaire? Le canapé se transforme en lit queen-size.

La cuisine complÚte comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, un réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une cuisiniÚre / four combinés et un lave-vaisselle. Toutes les commodités de la maison ont été fournies, y compris une cafetiÚre, un grille-pain, un ouvre-boßte et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, l'argenterie, les verres, la vaisselle, etc.

Envie de manger? La salle à manger comprend une table à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes et est adjacente à la barre de petit déjeuner de cuisine avec trois tabourets de bar. Nous avons beaucoup de siÚges pour ces délicieux repas faits maison à la plage!

Comme c'est pratique! Une buanderie sĂ©parĂ©e comprend une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse Samsung cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte amĂ©liorĂ©e. Cette configuration facilite le nettoyage de vos serviettes de plage et de bain ou de vos vĂȘtements prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s! La buanderie comprend un chariot portable pour vous aider avec vos bagages, vos courses, vos vĂȘtements, etc. Ici pour un Ă©vĂ©nement sportif? Vous serez heureux d'avoir la laveuse et la sĂ©cheuse amĂ©liorĂ©es.

Le balcon massif est Ă  tomber par terre. Vous ne trouverez pas un plus grand balcon pour profiter d'un condo de deux chambres. Le balcon de 10 pieds de profondeur et 27 pieds de largeur est assez grand pour accueillir tout le monde. Ce balcon est un espace de vie extĂ©rieur et vous donne l'impression d'ĂȘtre au sommet de la plage. Relaxez vous et profitez! Sieste en Ă©coutant les vagues.

Ocean Reef Condominium offre 330 pieds de plage large (pensez au terrain de football), une grande piscine en bord de mer et un bain Ă  remous. Une piscine intĂ©rieure (chauffĂ©e en saison) est parfaite pour les jours de pluie. Vous aimez vous entraĂźner? Le centre de remise en forme et le sauna sont Ă  proximitĂ© (mĂȘme Ă©tage) mais suffisamment Ă©loignĂ©s pour ne pas ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©s par le bruit.

L'emplacement de Ocean Reef ne pourrait pas ĂȘtre mieux! Envie de petit-dĂ©jeuner, dĂ©jeuner ou dĂźner? Juste une courte promenade sur le trottoir ou de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue, vous trouverez le restaurant en bord de plage de Runaway Island, une boutique de beignets et un restaurant / magasin de sable. Les meilleures pistes de karting et parcours de putt-putt de la rĂ©gion sont juste en face et offrent de dĂ©licieuses glaces. Les boutiques de cadeaux sont Ă©galement Ă  quelques pas. Le spectacle de dauphins Gulf World est Ă  seulement 1/2 mile dans la rue. Pier Park est Ă  seulement 1,5 km, vous pouvez voir la jetĂ©e depuis votre balcon. Profitez des feux d'artifice lors d'occasions spĂ©ciales.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased with the rental condo. It was the only one elevator working that was awful for a holiday weekend!! The wait time was so frustrating. Sometimes 15 minues. Once you did get the elevator it was packed. They did try to make it better by Saturday by getting a worker to run the elevator but there was still a wait time. I walked up one time. Not fun.

We love this property so much this was our second year coming back! The hospitality app the owners use to provide check-in information is easy and helpful, arrival check-in with security is simple and the covered parking garage is fantastic. The condo is well appointed, has all the beach items you'll need for younger kids as well as Beach Service for two chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay. The pools on property are well maintained and we have never heard any noise from the pool area once inside the condo with the balcony door shut. Speaking of the balcony....it's the Best Feature! Our family loves to hang out there in the evenings after dinner and listen to an audiobook before we take a twilight walk on the beach. After two years in a row here we have only found two drawbacks: 1) the property grill is charcoal. It's difficult and time consuming to grill on charcoal, so a gas grill would be appreciated, and 2) the King size mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. If you sleep too close to the edge it will roll you out into the floor, but if you sleep closer to the middle it will roll you into your partner. Both drawbacks are far outweighed by the features and convenience of the condo and the wonderful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental itself was wonderful. Everything in the rental was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. However, the building itself could definitely use some TLC. At some points there was only one elevator working, two was the max and the wait could be 5-10 minutes at times. The parking spaces are a bit narrow, but I did appreciate the security at the building. The beach attendant would hover around and snatch up chairs and umbrellas quickly, I guess he and his girlfriend wanted to leave. But there should be a clear hours for the chairs and a much better system to reserve chairs. It seemed to be at his discretion.

Our New Favorite Vacation Spot

The rental was nicely appointed, well furnished, had plenty of space for our family of four and even had a full size washer/dryer. That's a huge bonus.It's not as large as some of our past condo's, however the balcony made it all perfect. We spend every morning before the beach and each evening before bed out here. The pool was very clean, and maintained each morning. The security staff was helpful, and we appreciate that they were keeping watch. The parking garage is a little odd, and I'm not sure I'd want to try parking in one of the spots in high season when more cars are there. I have a Highlander and was concerned about getting door dinged, but thankfully the space next to us was empty all week.Our only issues were that we needed a mixing bowl that wasn't a ginormous chip bowl, and the one average sized frying pan was unusable because of a problem with the coating on it - everything stuck. We dropped an email to the office and they responded within a couple hours and brought us new items that afternoon. Super helpful and friendly.The dishwasher is new, but has an incredibly sensitive front interface. If you start it and then walk too near it, it stops the washing cycle and you have to restart it again when you realize what's happened. We did get an error code on it while staying here, but the manager came promptly and fixed the water supply issue.Having beach service chairs was excellent, and much appreciated.Our only downside to our stay was that the property grills are charcoal instead of gas. It's a personal preference, but we don't care for the taste of the charcoal, nor having to purchase and deal with it. It's a small thing, really.Our security deposit was refunded in the time stated on the contract and without my having to request it. The balcony is amazing with the perfect view and plenty of seating. The living room furniture is very nice and the recliner is a great addition. The kitchen had everything we needed including a small storage shelf that was perfect for holding your snacks, etc so they were not spread out everywhere. It was also convenient being on the 6th floor. A/C worked well and the unit stayed nice and cool. Full size washer and dryer were in perfect condition so we left with clean clothes which makes this mom happy.Location of the condo is also really nice, the beach was not too crowded because it’s the only high rise. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores without being in a heavily congested area.Overall everything was just what we needed and we would stay again.

Perfect

One of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The balcony is the best "room", but the master is a close second because of the super comfy mattress. Bath towels were fresh and fluffy, and there were many of them. The pool is basic, but crystal clear and clean. We were never disturbed by stomping feet on the floors above us or the sounds of wall-sharing neighbors - very quiet during the night. We highly recommend this unit.

Regular size washer dryer gets the job done & a wagon to help you unload the car. Very clean & management staff was right next door and available. Very helpful. The best thing is the wonderful view from master bedroom & living room which has two recliners! Free beach loungers and umbrella for two!! Loved this place!!

The beach loungers and umbrella were great too. The outside pool couldve been a little warm as noone used it much. And we smelled smoking on our deck a lot. But not the owners fault.

The patio is huge with such a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Greta’s was amazing to work with. We didn’t have any issues, but the communication for checking in and out, etc was top notch. We loved the donut/sub place across the street as well as the pizza place and Mexican restaurant just a little bit down the way. Easy to walk to places which was great. The beach chairs and umbrella were amazing to have...not having to cart all of that down to the beach was such a blessing. We rented two more chairs and an umbrella for our kids and were able to come and go all day knowing we had our spot reserved. Highly recommend this condo and Greta’s as well!

Condo was fantastic. Our family had a blast! We walked just across the street in the morning for fresh donuts from A’more donuts one day and then another day picked up delicious breakfast sandwiches at a great price, also from A’more. We spent evenings and rainy moments at the Fun-Land Arcade also across the street and the kids actually won stuff on their claw machines. We rented jet-skis on the beach right at the beach entrance from the property (highly recommend). I could tell my wife was hesitant about the jet-skis, but she tried it and loved it! So if your significant other or friends, kids, whatever are trying to sell you on the idea, just do it! The water is clear. Recommend goggles for the water, the attendant with the chairs was really nice. The condo was clean, the couch was actually newer than what’s in the photo (leather/leatherette) which I like more than upholstered furniture, so nice surprise. Everyone that works on the premises is super nice, friendly, and inviting. The outdoor cushions were newer than what’s in the photos. The balcony is huge with tons of seating options and a great height from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The rules were simple. We live at another beach and visited here for a different vibe and clear water. No complaints at all, only great experiences and new family memories. I highly recommend booking this condo, it’s clear they really care about the property and want to ensure you have a positive experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3-4 stay in this condo. The twin over full bunks are a huge selling point for us. We always find it clean and comfortable. Ocean Reef is always well kept and seems safe with security guards. The weather didn’t cooperate quite as well as we have had in the past but bad weather on the beach is better than at home! I loved sitting on the balcony reading my book and listening to the waves. Until next time!

May 2023 Stay

This unit was very tastefully decorated and very roomy. I appreciated the covered parking and convenience to many restaurants and shops. Having the convenience of including beach loungers and an umbrella made beach time comfortable without hauling a bunch of stuff out every day. The beach attendant was great even though he had to kick people off of our reserved spot a few times. The only issue we had was the ice maker did not work. I contacted the property manager who called me back the same day but nobody ever showed up to look at it. It wasn’t anything we were worried about other than to make sure they knew we didn’t break it. We will definitely stay here again with a hassle free experience. They send tips prior to your trip so you know what to expect! No waiting in line to check in or dealing with the staff at the resort.
