Quiet, centrally located, swanky hideaway

The host, Dan, was responsive and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable in helping us prioritize places to go and things to do. He sets the bar high for other VRBO hosts. The place was a true reflection of its posting and was very safe and quiet. Centrally located, you are minutes from the harbour front, grocery markets, great restaurants and cafes. We spent the end of each day lounging on the shared rooftop patio, an added bonus for sure. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for everything Dan. We’ll be back!

Great Property and Fantastic Host

My family of 4 (4,7,wife and I) stayed here in August. Dan is a fantastic host and clearly knows the area well. He was very easy to communicate with and had great suggestions on local activities. The check in and out was a breeze and the unit is well appointed and is spotless. It has everything you need for a great trip. Short walk to the waterfront or Chinatown. Easy access to surrounding areas and secure underground parking is a bonus. Dan made for a great stay! Highly recommend it.

Awesome apartment!

The 2BR apartment is modern and well appointed. It is spotless & Dan provides great service. The location is close to downtown & restaurants & is very quiet. The rooftop terrace is a bonus.

Perfect Stay

The entire process was seamless. The condo was lovely and so central to walking around down town. Will certainly stay there again when in Victoria. A thousand times better than staying in a hotel and I always stay at the Empress when in Victoria

Great condo and great location

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 during our visit to Victoria. Some of the highlights: - 2 bathrooms - washer/dryer -the roof top area with BBQ and multiple seating areas (and amazing views of the city!) - Beautiful decor and design choices. This place feels brand new!!! - The location made it easy for us to do quite a bit of site seeing of Chinatown, Parlianment, the Wharf, The Empress, etc on foot. There were also multiple places for dinner, coffee, and groceries within walking distance. Dan was a great host! he met us at the condo on the day we checked in to personally show us around. He had great suggestions for places to visit while we were in the city as well as several great restaurant suggestions. Overall, I would love to go back and I'd definitely stay here again. I've already shared this listing with a friend who is visiting Victoria later this year.

Easy home base

We used this condo as our home base for walking around Victoria and day trips to Sidney, Port Renfrew and other locations. Has all amenities needed and Dan is an excellent host.

Beautiful building and living space!

We love this VRBO. Dan, the Owner is amazing. He is very open to communication and making sure that you are comfortable. He showed us around the place and let us know where everything was. The living space was perfect and very clean. There is a beuatiful rooftop which was lovely for a sunny afternoon! Thank you Dan for making us feel so welcome!

We had a great trip. The building converted into condos was cool. Easy walking distance to everything. And Dan gave some awesome restaurant recommendations and things to do.

Great Place!

Great condo

Our stay in Victoria was amazing. Our host Dan was great from start to finish the condo itself was extremely well Equipped not to mention extremely clean. The linens were beautiful. The condo itself was spacious quiet and convenient to Downtown. We would highly recommend Dan‘s condo and look forward to using it ourselves again in the very near future Be sure to read all of the supplies the host has at your disposal...we could have left a few things at home that Dan so graciously provided!

Incredible one of a kind condo... highly recommend!!! And we are picky !!

We sure enjoyed this incredible condo. Such unique architecture made this a one of a kind accommodation. Walking distance to all the incredible restaurants and waterfront attractions. There was only one problem... the Wildfire bakery and cafe was across the street and I’m afraid we ate way to many incredible sweets and bread groan .... soooo good !!!

Great location, comfortable, and the apt is in like new condition!

Apartment is very clean and its location is a big plus. Walking distance to all downtown Victoria attractions and eateries. Full functional kitchen and a beautiful fireplace for those cool crisp evenings. Everything is in good working condition. Would definitely recommend and would consider returning! Thanks Dan for your Victoria must do’s and places to eat recommendations!

Looks better than the pictures

Pictures do not do this place justice because it looks even better in person. Honestly he could probably charge more for this place. Dan showed us an overview of his place as he welcomed us to Victoria. The location is great- only a 15 minute walk to the Inner Harbor/The Empress and downtown is relatively safe. He just installed an AC unit on the main level and there is a fan in the master bedroom upstairs which helps keep it cooler. The rooftop is adorable and underutilized. Victoria is a beautiful city, thanks for the memories Dan!

Amazing place in a great location

Dannick is a very gracious host and his apartment is gorgeous and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. It is also within walking distance of lots of things to do. I would definitely stay there again.
