This was an outstanding place to stay! The owner and manager are very responsive, the house very comfortable and functional for adults and small kids, and the setting gorgeous and great for beach time. Wed definitely stay here again.

Great house for our multi-generational family trip! Comfortable, plenty of space, and in a perfect location close restaurants, shops, and right on the water. We had a small maintenance issue and the host was super friendly and quick to help. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and location

What a great place to stay for a week and relax on the back porch watching the boats go by and listening to the waves. Long walks on the beach, boys fished, the girls tanned, and we all had a good time. We had a great experience and the host was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing house!

This home was perfect. There was plenty of space for 3 families to stay comfortably and spend quality time together. The view was incredible, the kitchen was well stocked and the location could not have been better. The hosts were friendly, responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing Location

Right on the beach! The house was very clean. They even change out the hot tub between guests. The kitchen was well stocked which allow us to eat at home several nights. And the house manager was very responsive when we had any questions/concerns. Would totally stay here again!!!

A Little Bit of Paradise

We were a group of 3 couples, my brothers and their wives. The house is amazing. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We explored several areas in Cape Cod and loved them all, but our favorite experience honestly, was sitting on the deck, enjoying the spectacular spectacular views.

Fun vacation

We were very impressed with the house and all the amenities. Absolutely nothing was lacking. There were nine of us and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. We would definitely recommend this vacation house. Each bathroom had hair dryers and curling irons. All in all, a wonderful house.

Fantastic week

The house was perfect - spent many hours lazing on the massive deck, soaking in the hot tub, swinging in the hammock, searching for sea glass on the beach (finding handfuls!), and enjoying the house. We had a group ranging in age from 6-70 years and everyone enjoyed themselves. Lots of varying spaces meant something for everyone and a well stocked house meant we didn’t need a thing. Thoughtful additions such as plenty of hooks in every bathroom and a footwash coming from the beach made this place stand out. We hope to be back many more times in the future!

Heaven in Hyannis

What an absolutely fantastic home! It is bigger than the photos make it seem and is impeccably clean and well-cared for. This was my second stay in 3 years and I will definitely be returning. The interior of the house has been largely re-done over the last year and it is beautiful. Tons, and I mean TONS - of space and amenities. The house can very easily sleep 14+ people without crowding (ours was a party of 6). Zoned speakers throughout the house and on the deck allow music listening by different tastes in different areas of the house. Then there is the extraordinary view of the ocean and the lovely, quiet beach. This house is a real haven only 5 minutes from downtown Hyannis. Finally, the owners are wonderful - thank you Paul & Kate! We can't wait to return next year!

Wow! In Hyannis

August 27- September 3, 2022 Wow! So much to say and so little time. It was so easy to fall in love with 170. The moment you walk in the views take your breath away. The property is amazing from the backyard to the beachfront. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable. So neat and clean but what made it special were all the little touches that makes this house a home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and made so many cherished memories. As we reflect on our stay, we all said, Wow!...and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you! Melanie & Family

Paradise is Cape Cod

After two previous attempts to host our family reunion on the Cape were cancelled due to covid and a personal health issue, we enjoyed the best week ever!. Great home and location, wonderful beach and the weather was perfect. We've been to Lake Tahoe, Jackson Hole, Ruidoso and Door County on other trips, but this is the best! We will be back. The owner was very helpful as well.

Mom’s weekend away

What a spectacular property for a large family or a group of friends. We rented this for a group of friends. We had plenty of space for our 7 adults. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The views and private beach are just spectacular! We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location!

Great experience! Would definitely stay there again. The extra fridge made a huge difference for our large group and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Everything was clean. Much of the house is clearly new, updated, and beautiful - some is still a bit dated. Any issues that came up during our stay (dishwasher wasn't cleaning), were immediately addressed. Thanks for a great vacation!

Best location and an incredible house

We were 6 adults and 6 children (ages 0-9) and had an awesome week in early May. The house accommodated every guest with an ocean view room, had all kitchen supplies one would find in their own house, comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathrooms, ample storage space and a beautiful large deck that never felt crowded. The location is as good as it gets for a beach house. It has a nice and wide backyard with a large deck that has ample seating and entertaining space for all guests. The yard connects to the beach with only a few stairs and has uninterrupted water views. The water is very calm and clean, ideal for kids to play and everyone to enjoy for various activities while the soothing sounds of subtle waves is heard from anywhere in and outside of the house. We had a wonderful stay and hope to enjoy again.

What an amazing house and location. Inside clean, art work amazing, views so beautiful, plenty of room. Outside - the ocean and beach are right there and lets not forget the hot tube which was an added bonus. definitely rent again.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We had an amazing week in this beautiful house! In addition to the beautiful beach, the spacious yard and deck made it the perfect house for 5 young children to play the day away!

Lovely Beach House for Family Vacation

I brought 3 generations of my family (12 people) to Cape Cod to celebrate a graduation and birthday, it was a fantastic fit for us. The house is really lovely and spacious with a great layout, it is right on the beach with a great view. It is in great shape, outfitted with full kitchen gear and everything you need for a full house. Hyannis is a great location for getting the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, bus and train lines to Boston so everyone can travel per their schedule, and a central location for visiting several other areas on the Cape easily. The owners were very cooperative. We had a wonderful time, made many memories. No complaints from anyone. Awesome!

Relaxing home away from home

My group had a wonderful time staying here. The house had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable and have lovely views. We loved having the beach right at our doorstep. I would highly recommend this house and would return again in the future. Our stay was easy and relaxing!
