Very nice space along the Riverfront. Walkable to downtown, easy to get around. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a perfect little place with a great view of the river! Stayed for 5 days in October and would definitely stay here again! Loved the fact that it had covered parking and they supplied the coffee. Close to the action on Broadway. A very comfortable stay for 2 couples.

I highly recommend this location for a visit to Nashville. We enjoyed the weekend with our son and his wife; living it up on Broadway then returning home to a very comfortable and well-appointed apartment. Great to be on the river as well.

The unit was within easy walking distance to downtown and a quick uber ride. The unit was very clean and we slept very well on the comfortable beds. It was fascinating watching the traffic on the river, and we even got to see the resident raccoon. The history of the property is also very interesting. We are looking forward to our next visit to Nashville and we would stay here again.

Property very clean and in a nice quiet location. The pool was a great amenity. Our only suggestion would be a light over the dining table and king mattress upgrade. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Communication with hosts and information needed were excellent. We appreciated the newly remodeled bathrooms and the clean kitchen. It’s close to Broadway, and technically walkable, however, the females in our group wldnt have felt comfortable walking even during the day bc of some homeless along the way. However, Ubers were easy to hail, and very timely. Covered parking was very much appreciated, particularly bc it rained during our weekend stay.

We were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. The property was super clean and a great layout for our family of 4. We appreciated being a little further from Broadway but don’t let that detract you. iIt’s definitely close enough if you’re into the party scene.

Fantastic space in a nice area, easy to walk anywhere you'd want. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the hosts were super easy to work with. Plenty of room for larger parties but not too much where any one space feels unused. Had a fantastic time!

What an exceptional place to stay! The entire apartment was clean, provided plenty of space for the three of us to relax, and featured great local recommendations throughout the rooms. The location was perfect—peaceful, with a great view of the Cumberland River and its wildlife, yet highly convenient. We were able to walk to Broadway in 15 minutes, quickly access the Germantown neighborhood, and pick up our rental car for our trip to the Smokies just a mile away.Additionally, the check-in process was seamless, and thank you for providing safe, reasonably priced options for our luggage storage before check-in.We would absolutely stay at your property again.
