Cette propriété récemment rénovée dispose d'une magnifique cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un espace de vie confortable (avec un canapé-lit queen-size) et d'un loft pittoresque avec un lit king-size.

* L’accès à la plage publique est à moins d’un pâté de maisons du coin de Cassidy et de South Pacific Street.

STATIONNEMENT: Stationnement dans la rue South Pacific UNIQUEMENT, veuillez garder à l’esprit que le balayage est effectué les deuxième et quatrième lundis du mois.

An enjoyable stay!

A very cute loft apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Management and maintenance were SUPER responsive and friendly. Check-in process was a little cumbersome, but we made it through. It had street parking. You had to climb a set stairs from the street to the apartment, which were not lit well at night. However, we never felt like we were unsafe. The sofa really could be replaced. These few little things would not keep us from staying again! Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Don't feel appreciated

Was told various beaches 15 minute walk when more like hour walk.Feel such a late check in and early check out with only choice to pay more for small time change worthless.Never approved maintenance coming when washer leaked but he showed up anyway, then felt unsure in using washer which further eroded trip.

Just great!

Lovely place for my stay in the Carlsbad area for work. Super clean, and fun place. Parking is on street about 1-2 blocks away, but not a big deal at all. Will be back if I need a place in the area again for myself.

Super fun & great location Beachfront was quick to respond to our water being off for 4 hours - we were willing to go with water buckets to use for that last day . We learned a lot about the waterless tank. Walked the walk to the food truck too . Let people k is that it’s there - we told several of our neighbors about it

Wonderful property

It was completely as advertised. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The space was clean and just as pictured. Initially I was worried about parking--which occurs on the street below--but finding a space to park was never a problem. We had a great stay!

The fire alarm went on screaming frickin load 6 times at nite while sleeping. There was a group in our building adjacent to our unit with 5 children making noise all night long until 2am every nite.

Loved the area.

Loved the layout, felt safe the entire time which is challenging when you are from a small, rural community vacationing in the big city. Management was amazing and communication was on point!

Do not rent from beachfront rentals

The so called A/C is really a unit with the hose that goes through the window. No working outlets in the kitchen. There were ants everywhere, called the property manager office beachfront rentals, they sent someone who sprayed everything including our food that was on the kitchen counter. The odor was so bad we had to leave the door open when we were in the condo., but we tried not to be inside. The office told us that housekeeping was unavailable to come and clean the large amounts of bug spray left everywhere and that there were cleaning supplies under the sink. They also stated that it was necessary to leave large amounts of bug spray to kill the ants. I have the text messages if you need.

Great location and place but very thin walls

The property itself was fine, the walls are just too thin, was kept awake by loud neighbors partying until 3am. This was less than ideal being in town for a memorial, all for people celebrating, but not to the point where it prohibits my sleep.

Fantastic spot to stay! very close to the ocean. Tons of in home conveniences such as washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and ample amounts of dishes. Would definitely recommend!

VRBO everywhere we go, this one - Not Happy

First, My family and I almost stay exclusively in VRBO properties for quite a while. I have never found the need to send anything but a stellar review. Check in, communication prior and during was as normal. the property itself caused discomfort and delays to our plans during the week. Upon checking in late Tuesday eve the AC was not functional, we decided to just bear it and get settled in til AM. ( I will add that the AC unit was a floor one with a tube taped to the front window to vent, making the window unable to open or close) Wed. AM I informed Beachfront, they said they would send a tech to fix it, it was very quick and appreciated. Upon my return we met, he said it was a dirty filter and was fixed. 15 minutes later the unit again failed. I again called and they sent a tech a couple hours later. This time it was "water in the pan" and was "fixed. literally 15 minutes later it failed again and I asked for help. they sent another - This one was helpful. There were two new units built in That you see in the posted pics. They dont show you the one actually used they blocked from view with the blue lounge chair. he switched the AC control to those - perfect. I asked about the "jankey ones thru the window, he replied "I dont know why they continue to use those, they are crap" On Thursday I returned from work with a puddle in the kitchen, upon inspection there were two large ceiling leaks in two different places. The paint literally looked like an about to burst water balloon in space 2, the 1st one already had. I had an appointment and when returning there was a note saying it was fixed. problem fixed. Monday morning I had an 11am client meeting. went outside to find a vehicle ( I was told by beachfront was the main resident) parked across the garage area making it impossible to leave. three calls later asking them to find the owner I was told "you weren't supposed to park in the garage" I was given a door code and a garage code, per usual VRBO trips they spell out where to park, I assumed getting a garage code that was the place, it was for 6 days without incident. I had to cancel my meeting, waited for two hours before I was let out of "Garage jail". This meeting was for a San Diego Hospital. I basically lost a four hundred thousand dollar project because I couldn't' get there. I expect some type of accommodation refund. that would be fair. VRBO'ers, I'll keep ya posted, I'd avoid this place for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an adorable little loft very close to the beach. Keeping in mind the larger sandy beach is about 1/2 mile away. The Buccaneer Cafe is a quick walk in the AM and we rented bikes at SoCal - super nice!Pros- extremely clean, security, location, shampoo/body wash dispenser, blow dryer, full size washer dryer and beach towels Cons- sm unit, no view, steep stairs to upper level, furniture in disrepair, wall and portable air conditioners not functioning, parking can be a ways awayOverall service/contact was amazing via text
