Whether you are relaxing on the deck, fishing on the dock, grilling up dinner, or on the go to a baseball game, you will find all the conveniences in this spacious home. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen AND a kitchenette, washer and dryer...what more could you need. Sleeps 8+. With Cooperstown less than 15 mins away, this home is conveniently located to Dreams Park, and so many wonderful restaurants, museums and the Baseball Hall of Fame. From the time you wake up listening to the water hitting the beach and seeing the incredible view, sipping coffee on the deck to the evening seeing some of the incredible sunsets, you'll be so relaxed.

For the summer months, from end of May to end of August, we only accept six (6) night stays with check in/out days consistent with the Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule, please see their site if you do not have this schedule.

We put our docks in the water in early spring and they are usually removed by mid Oct.

We try and leave the kayaks, canoe and deck furniture out as long as possible for our guests, but it is weather dependent. We have life jackets of all sizes and beach towels for your convenience.
