Julia's Cottage - À quelques pas du centre-ville de Rosemary Beach!

L'un de nos joyaux uniques, Julia's Cottage n'est pas seulement une maison de vacances; c'est une expérience architecturale. L'atmosphère tranquille du portique avant avec des arcs pointus peut vous rappeler d'un manoir méditerranéen, ici, étouffé par la douce brise du Golfe. L'abri du balcon en bois ombragé à l'étage ajoute une ambiance plus privée à cette atmosphère.

À l'intérieur, les tons de terre de bon goût sont chauffés par les ors et les rouges. De hauts plafonds et de riches planchers de bois foncé complètent le style élégant. Un arrangement de canapés confortables et de fauteuils, une grande table à manger, et une cuisine moderne avec des appareils Viking en acier inoxydable se rejoignent dans le grand salon ouvert, bordé de grandes fenêtres des deux côtés. C'est un espace parfait pour une variété de rassemblements, à la fois vifs et décontractés.

La suite de maître élégante détient un lit king et salle de bain privée. Des deux chambres, l'uptairs tient un lit king, tandis que l'autre est meublé avec 2 lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre dispose de son propre centre de divertissement, équipé d'une télévision et de la télévision par câble. À l'arrière de la maison, un petit portique et une arcade pointue mènent à une cour en pierre ombragée par un treillis en bois.

Julia's Cottage est situé à quelques pas de la rue Augustine Green, Butterfly Park et la piscine Cabana.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful and set up nicely. We loved having the downstairs bunk rooms and three king beds which are all very comfortable! My only complaint was the property wasn't stocked as well as expected. They have beautiful salt and pepper shakers but no salt and pepper. No hot pads for the oven and no tissue boxes were our most noticeable absences. Just little oversights that would be easy to fix to make this property more renter friendly

This locations is perfect. A short walk to downtown and beach. Very clean property and if we had any issues everything was fixed promptly. Would stay here again.

Paradise

The pictures are good, but they do not do this place justice. The home is beautiful. It had everything we needed. Every detail has been thought out. The location is perfect: one block from shopping and restaurants but tucked away so that it feels secluded. The home is a five minute bike ride to the beach, along a pedestrian boardwalk. We cannot wait to return.

Best House in Rosemary Beach

This house was wonderful. Exactly as described...perfectly located, beautifully decorated. Property management was excellent. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Rosemary Beach with a large group. It could not have been better!

Darling house, perfect location!

Darling house in the perfection location for our girl’s trip! Walking distance to all the things, coffee, restaurants, shopping & beach! The layout of the house, decor and patios were so fun- we spent more time hanging at the house than expected soaking it in! Rental company was very responsive and we were very happy to see how clean it was upon arrival!

Our best Rosemary rental yet!

This home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located a few houses down from town, and an easy walk to the beach. The property manager, Carly, was friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to be helpful when we had an issue with the bikes, and when I left a suitcase behind. Couldn't ask for better service. This was our favorite home we've rented in Rosemary, and our best rental experience!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

I booked this house for a girls trip and it could not have been more perfect. The main floor was beautiful and had plenty of seating for our group of 8 to hang out. The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds and linens. It was only a block to town and such a convenient location. I’ll definitely come back and bring my family next time. Loved the front porch too.

The big front porch was the cherry on top— it was the best spot to enjoy our coffee and/or cocktail on every day! Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I did not realize how perfectly located our rental house was to the town square when we chose to stay in Julia’s Cottage. Not only was our rental beautiful and clean, but also one block from the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect house for 2 families to stay comfortably. I would definitely rent this house again when we return.

Tennis girls’ trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 7 women stayed at beautiful Julia’s Cottage from Thursday to Sunday in early March. We had more than enough beds and baths, and a large, open area for hanging out, playing cards, and eating. It is a short walk to the Racquet Club, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Recommend Gallion for a nice dinner, Crabby Steve’s for a great lunch on the beach. We hope to book again next year!

Great location

We loved our stay. Location is great. Adjacent to Kilwins and the shops. Beach is an easy 5-7 minute walk or bike ride. Beds were comfy and the living space and kitchen plenty big. Bunk room has four queen/full size beds so can sleep up to 8 kids in there. Remaining upstairs rooms all king beds with lots of storage and own bathrooms. Only thing I can think of to Improve would be an update to the pots and pans as they are pretty well used and scratched up. New set of measuring spoons as well. Would stay there again. Thanks for the support!
