Belle maison de ville sur deux étages récemment rénovée, située dans l’un des quartiers les plus prisés de la Nouvelle-Orléans. Ce quartier est très calme et familial avec des rues bordées de chênes et des maisons élégantes. Il se trouve à quelques pas de l'historique Magazine Street, qui abrite certains des meilleurs magasins de la Nouvelle-Orléans, une multitude de restaurants, allant des restaurants raffinés aux restaurants décontractés, aux cafés et aux restaurants Whole Foods. Perfection. We stayed here to drop off our daughter at Tulane. Very bright and cheerful - just what we needed for a potentially sad situation. It’s in a beautiful area- close to restaurants and Whole Foods. Communication was great. Only problem was that us about 10 minutes to figure out the lockbox- LOL. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, but there could be improvements

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, but noticed that there were several things that could have been fixed or cleaned. There were red, bloodlike stains on one of the bathroom counters and one of the other bathroom door handles was nearly falling off. There was a lizard on the the shower when we arrived and we also found 3 large roaches in various rooms. The water did not get hot in every bathroom either. It should also be noted that the pool is shared with the family upstairs. Other than those things, the space was lovely and conveniently located.

PERFECT PLACE!

The minute you walk in the door you are in awe at how nice and beautiful this place is. It’s much bigger than the pictures let on. You come into a foyer then into the living room, dining room, and kitchen. You walk down this long hallway with 3 bedrooms off it then into a huge den. Go to the far glass wall and you will see a beautiful outdoor pool. It is heated! The place is so relaxing that we wish we could have stayed longer! And the mattresses on the beds! I have never in my life had pain free sleep! We drove 10 hours to get there and I figured I would wake up the next day stiff as a board but those mattresses took care of that. I intend to buy the same mattress for my bed! You can’t go wrong staying here! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Enjoyed our stay

The location and property were awesome. Loved how convenient it was to the trolley. The only drawback is the young boys that live above. You definitely knew when they woke up in the morning.

Great location just steps from streetcar stop.

Very clean home with plenty of room, comfortable beds and hot water for showers. Beautiful heated swimming pool which we did not get to use. Light switches were a bit confusing but not a real issue. Host may want to consider replacing toaster oven and towels. Everything else was in good working order. Excellent restaurant was just a seven minute walk away. Beautiful, safe neighborhood and easy access by streetcar to all NOLA has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very Nice

This was a very nice vacation rental. We loved the location and the home itself. I would say the only down side was having upstairs neighbors with 3 little boys that took over the pool the 1st day and a half. And you can definitely hear them running around above you. After speaking to the neighbor, she was kind enough to give us a couple of days of private pool time for our family. Just something to take into consideration before renting.

Wonderful stay on St. Charles Ave

The condo was phenomenal in every way - location, pool, cleanliness, etc! We were surprised by how spacious it was. More than enough room for my five friends and I to spread out comfortably. We loved sitting at the kitchen table, watching the street car go by. The pool felt like a secret garden getaway - so relaxing. And the kitchen was huge! Joanne was great at communicating with me quickly when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home on Picturesque St Charles Ave. I cannot say enough good things about this home. It was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had about the house. I highly recommend this house for families taking a trip to New Orleans!

The property was nice.

The property was nice but we arrived with a few broken handles in the twin bedroom and weird red stains on the bathroom counter after the maid left. The property manager was very attentive, nice, and answered very quickly. The ONLY real downside is that the listing did not lead me to believe that we would be sharing the pool with others. There are tenants upstair with small kids. They came downstairs and enjoyed themselves in the pool. They were rather loud and leaned against our windows. Not much privacy in that matter. While knowing this information ahead of time would not have changed my mind about booking the property, I would have preferred to know the pool was shared ahead of time.

Wonderful Host and Fantastic Location!

We rented out the property for our company meeting with out-of-town employees (who stayed on the property). Everything was in order, and the host is very responsive as well as easy to work with. Immaculately clean, fantastic location (very walkable area), TONS of space, and great service. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting New Orleans. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful condo on St. Charles

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful condo, in a beautiful area on iconic St. Charles Ave. The heated pool was a great feature to enjoy. The property manager was wonderful and very easy to contact and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Home Away from Home

We have been yearning to return to New Orleans to see old friends and family. But during COVID that’s been especially hard. With three teenagers in tow, some places can feel crowded; but at this lovely uptown spot we had space to stretch out, a pool to burn off extra energy (and calories), and the perfect location for university visits. We walked everywhere...to get takeout, to pop by the grocery, to to picnic at the park. Thank you for welcoming us.

It will be a “go to”

My husband and I took our kiddos (11, 9, and 7) on a Spring Break trip 2021. The house was great with the heated pool, street car access to all the sights/museums/French market/minutes from the zoo/restaurants all around (even easy for NOLA food delivered)....last but not least...the true NOLA feel of the garden district!

Beautiful stay in the Big Easy

We loved staying here. The place was beautiful, comfortable and felt like home. Gorgeous neighborhood to walk around and close to great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
