Emplacement de l'hôtel Beach Getaway Central

Ceci est un condo très calme situé entre Rehoboth et Dewey. Il y a un total de 4 unités. Deux unités sont attachées et séparées par les deux autres unités par une aire de stationnement. C'est une promenade très facile de 4-5 pâtés de maisons jusqu'à l'océan. Vous n'avez pas à traverser de grandes autoroutes. La propriété est livrée avec un laissez-passer de stationnement pour la plage dewey. Le condo est à environ un demi-mile à l'extrémité sud de la promenade de Rehoboth.
Il y a 3 chambres toutes situées au deuxième étage. 1 lit queen et 2 lits doubles. Il y a une salle de bain complète à l'étage. Il y a un autre demi-bain en bas et 2 douches extérieures.
Profitez de la véranda à l'arrière de la maison pour regarder la télévision ou lire un livre. Profitez du grill extérieur. J'ai un minimum de 4 nuits si vous louez uniquement en semaine. Ther eis un minimum de 2 nuits pour les locations de week-end

We wanted a place that we could bring our dog and also be within walking/biking distance to the beach. This place was perfect. It was in a quiet street and was a 15-20 minute walk to Dewey or Rehoboth beach. we were able to bike to the beach in just a couple of minutes as well as bike to the Rehoboth board walk area and restaurants in just a couple of minutes.The place is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great family beach local

Loved the easy beautiful lake/garden walk to the beach. The place had all we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. We also love being in walking distance to Fifers Farm Store and Kitchen. I only gave 4 stars for clean since this year the vents were a bit dusty and duct system could stand a cleaning, but all else completely fabulous as always. Thank you!

Awesome beach stay

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting this little beach spot. The house was clean and it was walking distance to the beach which was amazing. The block is quiet and full of trees. Parking was a breeze, additional cars found street parking easily. We loved grilling outside and using the well equipped kitchen. Best of all, it was dog friendly for our pup! Please be aware that this property does NOT supply towels of any kind (including bathroom hand towels), bed sheets, shampoo/conditioner. Additionally the backyard area is a bit difficult to use as it is overgrown/mosquito-y. Overall this was a great property and I would absolutely stay here again!

Week in Dewey!

Robin's place was pretty much exactly as described. The house has a kind of odd layout and felt a bit like if your older aunt and uncle were letting you crash at their place for the week. :) The house has 3 main rooms downstairs - a front sitting room, a full kitchen with table for 6, and a back "florida room" with a couch and chair and TV. The "backyard" is in a bit of disrepair and outdoor furniture could us a cleaning, but it was so hot we didn't use the main backyard. There is a nice 6 person table right next to the house (side yard, right out the sliding door) and beat up but very usable grill all of which we used frequently. There is an outdoor shower which was nice. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a comfortable bed in each. Full bath upstairs and half bath "Harry Potter Closet" downstairs. AC was great and TV served its purpose. Kitchen is very usable and has everything you need to cook and eat. Its a bit of a hike to the beach when its hot but certainly not insurmountable. Probably 12-15 min? But is any "walk to a beach" really a problem? There is a cut through (head left out of the house and zig zag between the two lakes) so you do not need to walk on route 1 AND the house provided a beach push cart which made the walk a breeze. The house served its purpose & was exactly as stated. Remember to bring linens, towels and toilet paper. We were 4 people total and found that to be just the right size. Robin communicated via text very quickly and answered all of our questions. We would 100% stay here again. Thanks Robin!

Sometimes it’s difficult to find a place that accepts pets and the owner was very accommodating. The only downside was the back yard. A bit overgrown for our liking and we really couldn’t use it. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and the location. Great access to the beach.

This house was great and had everything we needed. There's a pass for parking at Dewey beach with one car and the remaining people we had just biked to the beach since we had two carseats in the car and couldn't fit everyone. The bike ride was perfect and could definitely be a long walk if you wanted. Perfect location, great place!

we were there to celebrate my baby sisters graduation from her masters program and her getting married in less than 4weeks. We were close to the beach and any activity you wanted to do. There was enough space for 9 people to sleep comfortably and the outdoor shower was loved by all.

Very nice house and great neighborhood

This house was wonderful for our family of 5 adults and our black lab. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for walking. It was a very short walk to the beach. The house was very nice and updated furniture compared to the pics. The outdoor shower and having a washer/dryer at the house was very useful during our stay. We will definately stay here again!

Thought the property was clean and well pictured when we got there. Grateful the pets were allowed. I was told there would be 2 dewey beach parking passes. I only had one. It was dated for 2020. I thought that maybe with the pandemic they would honor it. I needed up with a thirty dollar parking ticket which upset me a little. Us all the parking fees I paid after that. Otherwise stay was great. I didnt feel everything was within walking distance as stated.
