Cette unitĂ© est l'unitĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e au nord-ouest de Sunset Cove Condos sur Seven Mile Beach. (Juste sur la plage) Il est trĂšs privĂ© par rapport aux autres unitĂ©s du complexe et une unitĂ© de coin de premier ordre qui a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec des comptoirs en granit, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte avec une machine Ă  glaçons et un distributeur de glace et d'eau avec micro-ondes intĂ©grĂ© et un poĂȘle Ă  dessus en verre.

L'unité dispose d'une télévision à écran plat LCD haute définition moderne de 38 'dans le salon ainsi que de téléviseurs HD à écran plat de taille similaire dans chaque chambre, tous avec réception HD.

L'unitĂ© continue d'ĂȘtre notĂ©e «excellente» par le ministĂšre du Tourisme des Ăźles CaĂŻmans depuis plusieurs annĂ©es. Veuillez demander une copie du rapport d'inspection.

Cette propriété est idéalement située pour la baignade et la plongée en apnée. Il a une belle crique de plage de sable pour la baignade et à une courte distance, la plongée avec tuba est super.

J'ai une planche à pagaie / kyak que j'offre aux clients pour 30 $ US par jour-min de 3 jours ou 175 $ US par semaine. Le tarif journalier à Cayman pour une planche de paddle sans siÚge kyak est de 60 $ US par jour et 350 $ US par semaine. Vous pouvez en décider à votre arrivée. La femme de chambre a la clé et les palettes

La propriété jouxte le Margaritaville Beach Resort and Hotel récemment rénové et en tant que client de condo, vous aurez accÚs à toutes leurs commodités, y compris deux autres piscines, un bar de la piscine et un restaurant prÚs de notre piscine, un bar du hall avec une pizzeria et deux autres Restaurants.

C'est vraiment un condo Caribbean Paradise.

Awesome Beachfront Condo

Great location on 7 mile beach! The private lagoon is perfect for kids and adults alike. We had 6 adults and 2 kids with us and the condo provided plenty of space for our group. The oceanfront patio was perfect for morning, afternoon and evening relaxing. Great spot!!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Cove. The ground floor unit offered us super convenient access to the beach and a great spot to hang out and enjoy the view. Our small children loved the protected cove area and exploring the tide pools on the rocky part of the beach. The grounds are immaculately kept. The unit had everything we needed, was exactly as pictured and the resort style pool, pool bar and beach front made it a place we good hang out at all day or come back to after exploring the island.

Awesome condo with everything you need during your stay. We had a great time snorkeling and going to the pool bar. The patio is large and almost right on the water. It’s beautiful!

Check in was easy, but for the price
the place was not very clean and outdated. The towel rack in the master bathroom was falling out of the wall. It was also kind of dirty too. We were also excited for the paddle board when we saw it in the pictures, but we found out when we got there that it’s for owners use only. So it should not have been included in the pictures. It cost us an extra 300 to rent a paddle board for us and our kids and it was only for 2 days, not for the week.They were very responsive when we did not have hot water. They made sure it was fixed right away, which we really appreciated. The back doors weren’t sealed good when we tried to close them. However, the view was absolutely beautiful and the patio was nice. The staff at the pool bar were great and the food was good. It was also nice that we were right on the beach.

Great property at a great price

The condo was perfect for our group. The direct access to the beach was amazing and the condo was spacious and clean. We will definitely be trying to book this property again when we come back! Livia was an amazing host and was very helpful!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, clean, and the views of the ocean from the patio were unbelievable! The neighbors were so polite, the pool bar was lovely and convenient, and the pool and hot tub at sunset cove were perfect. Truly a great time all around! We hope to be back soon

Perfect location

We have stayed at Sunset Cove for years and this oceanfront condo is perfect. Everything was well equipped and clean. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the sunset from the patio can’t be beat. We will rent this unit again for sure!

Beautiful 2 week stay at this condo. 100% would book again. Host was quick to reply and help with anything. Nice location at the resort with amazing view. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio. Cove was very nice and snorkeling in the ocean was great as well. Short walk to Gamma snorkeling which we did almost every day. Cammana bay is a nice walk from the resort, nice restaurants and enjoyed Gelato quite often. Pool bar / restaurant was very good as well. Thank you for an amazing family vacation:)

Great Condo in Seven Mile Beach

Beautiful location right on the water. All the amenities you need - comfy beds, powerful showers, big TVs and so much more. Also loved the ample patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the water. Our teens loved the paddleboard too! Wonderful snorkeling just beyond the cove to the right. Convenient to Georgetown, Caymana, and West Bay for all activities. Livia was super easy to work with and responsive too!

Perfect for Teen Girls

This condo is in a great location with gorgeous ocean views and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and Foster’s Grocery store. We enjoyed our private ocean pool and beautiful sunsets. The layout of condo worked perfectly for 4 moms and 4 18 year old girls.

A location, had some issues that were fixed right away

This location can't be beat. A lot of 7 mile beach is washing away and this condo had the nicest beach in the area. The A/C didn't work the first two nights and there were some plumbing issues, but the owner sent a repair person right away and fixed both things. We agree with previous reviews that the couches need to be replaced- they almost hurt to sit on them. :( Overall, our family of 6 had a great stay - lots of great restaurants within walking distance too!

Very happy for our 10 day stay here!!

We did a lot of research looking for the perfect place that met everyone expectations. The 3 bedrooms were perfect as we have older kids and it gave them their own private room. All of the amenities were great, gave it a home type of feel. We spent 10 days in this beautiful corner spot. We all were very happy with our stay. Glad we found this gem. Definitely a spot we will return to! There's no place quite like Cayman!!

Perfect February Break

We were two moms and three teens visiting for our February break. The condo was perfect for two small families to share. It is a casual and clean home away from home. The location and view could not be beat. We enjoyed daily paddle boarding and snorkeling as well as walking on 7 mile beach and across to Camana Bay. The community was very friendly and we made many new friends. But best of all is the nightly sunsets that can be enjoyed from the beach or patio.

Great location and private. Lots of room.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was as expected. Wish the floor was cleaned better. It was swept well and are feet qere diety from walking around the house. They should be professionally cleaned. The twin beds r very noisy and not very comfortable. Should replace box spring or frame. Overall a great stay!!
