Yes it is remote and about 6 miles from the freeway into the woods. That is kind of like the upside. We really love to leave the city life and be in the middle of the woods with no cell reception :) I am glad you found it Okay. I hope the directions we gave you were good . We recently added more kitchen items so our guests can cook, bake and have a nice family. meal on the patio between the tall pine trees and watch the birds.
