Cape Side Breeze est à moins de deux minutes à pied du golfe sur une route privée menant à la promenade de la plage notariée et à la magnifique plage de North Cape San Blas. Cape Side Breeze a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances à la plage abordables.
Terrain ombragé très privé avec des pins et des palmiers pour vous et votre animal de compagnie. Notre escapade à la plage, vient avec une véranda avec une aire de pique-nique, barbecue et douche extérieure. Notre maison est une chambre avec un lit queen, une maison modulaire de bain avec un canapé-lit complet. Nous avons une télévision à écran plat avec DVD et Internet sans fil, une cuisine complète, mais désolé pas de lave-vaisselle. Notre escapade est située à 3 miles de la belle St. Joseph State Park et à quelques pas du poste de traite, sur la route du cap San Blas, ainsi que du magasin Donut de Weber. Cape Side Breeze a une clôture d'intimité le long des côtés arrière et latéraux de la propriété ainsi que des arbres, ce qui vous donne une sensation de solitude, mais si proche de tout, y compris de la plage.
Cape Side Breeze a beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement des bateaux avec des rampes de bateaux à proximité. Vous pouvez pêcher dans la baie ou marcher 1. 32 minutes pour aller à la plage et pêcher les vagues.
Au Cap San Blas, vous aurez le choix entre de nombreuses activités de plein air, notamment la piste cyclable de 15 kilomètres, avec la possibilité de louer des vélos et des kayaks à quelques minutes à pied. Les bombardements, l'observation des oiseaux, l'équitation et la plongée en apnée sont tous disponibles au Cap. Panama City est à environ une heure de route. Always so peaceful

We just stayed our second time at this property. It is a perfect space for two and very affordable! The property owners are always very responsive and the property is always clean and well maintained. We love the proximity to the beach and nearby businesses as well as the privacy provided by the landscaping in the yard.

Best Beach Trip Ever

This is a lovely, secluded, small beach cottage that is perfect for two. Reminds you of old Florida. Easy short walk to beach and store and fish market. It is not a fancy high rise and perhaps that might be one of the best features. Outdoor shower has cold and hot water and is great. Property is well maintained and very clean. I will most definitely stay again in near future.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful retreat

I had a lovely several days at Cape Side Breeze in November. The unit is great and well equiped. I especially like the screened in porch and the skylights in the bathroom and kitchen. The area is very quiet and yet the cottage is very close to the beach and to everything you need for a relaxing vacation

Cozy cottage with beach access just steps away. Completely satisfied with our stay and communicating with the host was easy and quick. We had no complaints at all. Very nicely decorated in a beach theme, the bed was comfortable, furnishings clean and overall cleanliness of the property was great.

Peace and Tranquility

This cute cottage, so close to the Gulf was perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. The beach is steps away, dog friendly and NOT crowded. The outdoor shower was a bonus!

Great Place!

The property was very nice. To be in a busy area, it was very private. We loved the outdoor shower, screened in porch and the picnic table. The owner was great and response time was almost immediate if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Capeside Breeze was the perfect size for us (grandparents). Very private property that was an easy walk to the beach and to the grocery store. Surrounded by shade trees and the quietness of the location made for a relaxing vacation. We will be back!!

Neat little spot

Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy a little vacay! I will say the walk down the wooden trail is a little steep at the end perhaps for older folks, but nonetheless, a great spot and there are precautions set up to aid in the walk down the path at the end. Very clean, tidy, and organized!

home at the Beach

This was my second visit to this quaint cottage. I love everything about it. The location to the beach, it's clean and comfortable! From the screened in porch for when it rains, to outside grill, to donut shop right next door, this property has everything we needed for a week long visit at the beach. Can't wait till next time!

Perfect Winter Weekend Escape

What a great escape this was!!! Perfect little "home" only steps away from the beach. Very neat and clean with all the necessary amenities provided. Short walk to the Trading Post and Fresh Seafood market was a plus as well!!! Wanda was great and very responsive. This will definitely be a repeat trip!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Little piece of paradise!

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were exactly as described. A very short walk to the beach to enjoy the surf and sun. The guest storage has lots of beach toys and items, even a couple of fishing rigs! Grilling accessories were good as we grilled seafood from St. Joe Shrimp which was next door! We got to introduce our dog to the beach which was a treat for her and us! CapeSide Breeze was clean and neat with a great screened porch and outdoor shower. Hurricane Michael recovery is still underway but the stay was stIll all we hoped it would be.

We are a family of 3 my husband, our daughter and myself. We live and work in Middle Tennessee. We purchased CapeSide Breeze in December 2017 and are super excited about our place. Our family enjoys going to the beach and coming down as often as possible. We love beach vacations with the Old Florida Charm, and we feel that Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe have it. Our family vacations have always been on a budget. Now that we have a beautiful place with a short walk to the emerald waters of the gulf (1.32 Minute walk) we are hoping to share our place with other families like us.

We love the white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas, Florida. We feel our property has all we need in a great location (1.32 min. walk) and private beach access to the Gulf. Our home is a well-kept and very clean modular home with pine trees providing a private feel. We are located on the North Side of Cape San Blas on the Gulf Side. We are 3 miles from the award-winning St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and within walking distance to the Trading Post on Cape San Blas Road. We have plenty of room for boat parking and an outside grilling area with a charcoal grill available.
