Escape to SeaEscape - 1st Tier Gulf View Footsteps to the Beach! Pet Friendly.

SeaEscape is an immaculately kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome at the north end of the Cape. Barrier Dunes is a family friendly, gated community with two swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, stocked fishing ponds, and convenient beach access. Barrier Dunes is a pet friendly community and beach, with dog stations throughout the entire complex for your leashed pets to vacation with you!

SeaEscape is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and comfort. Tastefully
appointed with quality furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy linens throughout,
Fiber Wi-Fi, SmartTV and a washer/dryer. Make yourself at home and enjoy your well-deserved vacation. We strive to meet all your needs to make your stay memorable!

SeaEscape is a special property within Barrier Dunes. A favorite among repeat renters and returning visitors to the Cape, SeaEscape offers an upgraded experience, because the owners are sticklers for details and quality products. Beyond the impressive decor, we believe you have expectations when you vacation -- we do, too, and that's why we maintain SeaEscape to the best of our ability. Understanding that vacation time away comes hard-won, we want to deliver on a great experience that will have you coming back for more!

The location of SeaEscape offers beach access to the gulf front pool and the beach, with ocean views from the master bedroom balcony. Outdoor enclosed shower and fish cleaning station with sink located underneath the house. Just around the corner are the tennis courts and 2 pools. Also, there is a playground for the kids to enjoy. Kids will love to practice their casting in one of the three stocked fishing ponds as well as feeding the turtles!

In order to make your packing easier, we provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, and boogie boards. The house also includes a enclosed shower in the carport and a fish cleaning station.

Other Information:
Situated at the end of Cape San Blas, Barrier Dunes is less than 5 minutes away from St. Joseph's State Park, a 2000 acre park that offers 3 miles of paved bike paths and 8 miles of beaches from the entrance to the tip of the Cape! The State Park also has a boat launch called Eagle Harbor. The bay is just like being in a life size aquarium where you can snorkel, jet ski, boat and kayak!

Note - There is a $100 pet fee per reservation. If you don't select this at the time of booking, we will charge a $100 damage fee at the time of check-out to cover the additional cleaning fees required.

These are important covenants regulated by the Barrier Dunes HOA:
- Any trailers (boats, bikes, etc.) must be parked completely under the town home
- No children under the age of 16 may operate a golf cart

This is the third time we visit. This place is so amazing. You step out and you enjoy this beach with white sand. clear water, dolphin, great people and so much fun for family and the doggy.The host is great answer question. And i love this place, steps to the beach, a shed full of anything you need. Think about everything. Special for dogs.

Great stay!

It was our first time at Cape San Blas and we will definitely be back. The condo was a quick minute or so walk to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked! Great location for us.

Great Getaway location!

We loved the place, very clean, super pet friendly (sheets to put on the furniture for the fur babies, towels just for them), steps away from the beach. Nice quiet, friendly community too.

Great Stay

My family and I stayed for a quick Easter weekend visit. The place was very nice and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was the best part because it was right across from the pool and beach access. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of this specific condo could not have been more perfect! So close to the beach, a pond for my boys to fish/catch turtles, and the main pool. The beds were super comfy and we felt right at home. The place had everything we needed from kitchen items, bathroom needs, and beach/pool supplies. With it being a gated community we felt very comfortable letting the boys (11 & 8) venture out on their own on their bikes trying to meet every dog there. Our own dog was very relaxed as well. The overall property is a bit dated compared to all of the new places going up on the Cape but the set up of Barrier Dunes will have us coming back for a while.

Great family getaway

We loved our time in Cape San Blas and this property exceeded our expectations. Steps away from the beach and great views. The property was well kept and fully stocked with everything from kitchen items to beach gear. The instructions from the host made our stay easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Getaway (for dogs, too)!

We had a great Thanksgiving holiday at Seascape! The property was just steps away from the beach making it very easy to take multiple beach walks with our dog and hang out on the beach. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with all the beach gear needed as well! The owner was very responsive and instructions were very clear, making check-in super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo-close to the beach

This condo has everything you need! Don’t think twice, just rent it! It is steps from the beach which makes it perfect to run back for snacks, etc. We enjoyed the week so much. It has everything you will need-beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc. It was clean and comfortable! We had so much fun!

Long weekend in paradise

This place was perfect for us. The communication from the owners was super quick and they were so nice. They put a lot of thought into this rental. They had tips and labels on everything to familiarize us with their home. And while it isn't ocean front, it is literally 20+ steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends. Thanks for a delightful trip.

Just what we needed

What a great spot for a week away! The property was just as promised, had everything we needed, and was steps away from the beautiful, quiet beach. We appreciated Michelle's quick responses and helpful suggestions. We were looking for a new place to quarantine and be outside -- and we spent as much time as possible outside with our feet in the sand. Murray, our golden retriever, also loved the trip and had fun playing. So glad we came, sad to leave!

The best vacation. I could have

I had planned a nice vacation with my college daughter and her boyfriend but unfortunately things went awry when they missed their flight. I ended up vacationing alone but my stay at Sea Escape was just amazing. The rental is so clean and bright and beautiful. The amenities were also incredible. The people in the units around me and ones I met at the beach were so friendly! I just couldn’t have felt more relaxed on a vacation alone. I loved my rental, the home owner was super fast answering any questions I had, and the surrounding businesses were employed by the nicest people! I hated to leave... there is just nothing I can say that isn’t positive about Sea Escape and Cape San Blas. I am planning a return trip next year!!!

Best Beach Locker in Cape San Blas

We stayed at SeaEscape for one week in April. The unit was spotless and clean, the kitchen was well appointed. The gas grill actually worked which is rare for ocean front rentals in my experience. The best thing was the well appointed almost overflowing beach closet!! It contained everything you could imagine for the beach. You could step off a plane with just your fishing rod and you'd be set up. The fish cleaning station was a great addition, cleaned lots of pompano on it! Only one small negative was a flea finding my wife while she was on the couch! Ouch! A great unit with great beach access, we will be back.

Nice place at Barrier Dunes for pet owners

First let me say that we ALWAYS have a wonderful time at The Cape. It's a beautiful area with an Old Florida feel. After returning from all of our vacations, I usually sit down and write a very thought out review of each property we visit. However, on this one, I will have to sum it up in bullet points because we are off on our next adventure! Things we loved about this property: •Proximity to the beach •Barrier Dunes Community Aminities •Decorated well •Netflix available •Super Comfy King sized Master Bed •Nice views from Gulf view from balconies •Checkin/Checkout instructions very thorough •Table for shell sorting Dislikes: •Pet odor •Not notified prior to arrival of non operable grill •Netflix ONLY on TV in the downstairs living area •Coffee Maker (too slow) •Water had foul sulfur odor •The provided beach equipment needs upgrading; Boogie boards broken, umbrella in poor condition and cheap Overall great experience, we will return to the Barrier Dunes community.

Condo was nice but was disappointed on some level

Condo was lovely and would recommend it! The only disappointment was not having an ocean view as it stated. Also the signs on everything you use was alittle much... rinse out towels in case you stain with makeup and what not to put in garbage disposal or washer. I'm sure it wasn't meant to be rude but ending up making us nervous about every little thing. The cleaning service was waiting for us as we were loading our vechicle and we left before check out time. Again we enjoyed this condo but when you have signs of instructions everywhere and feel rushed and nervous you did something wrong at the end of your vacation it's disappointing.

Cleanest and best stocked condo we have been to at Barrier Dunes. Everything needed in the kitchen, and home, plus extra beach and dog needs were on hand. We had a slight problem with the TV that was corrected quickly by a response from our host. The development is quiet, private and very dog friendly. We love staying here and look forward to returning!
