Kitchen was nicely equipped The beds were very comfortable. Location was very convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the house. Master bedroom the mattress was great. 2nd bedroom, mattress was decent 7/10, pretty good. Multi-head custom Shower in Master was awesome. It was loaded with all the things we needed for cooking spices, etc.Location was great, 10 mins to public Beach Access, 10 min to TPC Sawgrass. Minutes from anything you need.

Check in is very easy. The house is exactly the same as pictures. The bed is very cozy and comfortable. I sleep very well on it. The Sun room is very beautiful. I spend several afternoon in there reading books and drinking tea. The neighborhood is nice and it’s just less than 10 minutes driving to the beach. Trader Joe, Publix and everything is 5-10 minutes driving. I enjoy the stay and will check the availability if I come back to jacksonville.

Beautiful house super close to the beach!

Check in was super smooth and easy. The house was in beautiful condition and had good ammenities and things to do in all weather conditions.

Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, dishes, etc. House clean and comfortable. Master bath was full ADA with zero entry, which was nice following my wife's surgery. Publix and other shops less than 2 miles from location. Host was easy to communicate and quick to respond.

Great escape and location

This was a great stay! The property manager was reachable. The location of the property was amazing easy access to eating establishments and shopping places. Neighborhood was quiet. Great stay and would book again!

Great place

Great location and very cozy. Visited with my family to spend the weekend with my son. The place is conveniently located near the grocery store and local shopping, making it easy to stock up on necessities. Very easy to communicate with the host for any needs. Awesome experience all around.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was charming and clean. No issues at all. Location is convenient to all the Ponte Vedra stuff, as well as a quick ride up to Jax Beach. Would book again!

Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated.. The home is located in an older neighborhood that seemed a bit rundown, but that’s no reflection on the host or house. The house grounds are kept with. The house was smaller than it appeared in the photos, though it was cozy. The master bedroom was nice, but the second bedroom bed wasn’t very comfortable. There also weren’t enough pillows for six guests. The “pullout sofa” is actually a futon I’d say is the size of an XL twin bed when pulled out and is not large enough for two children to sleep on much less two adults. We had to go out and buy a mattress so everyone can sleep comfortably.We were also disappointed that there was no Wi-Fi.Again the house was cozy and welcoming and served us for our weekend stay for an event attended nearby

Extra pillows are kept in the closet for guests to use, and we appreciate you letting us know the futon in the second bedroom didn't meet everyone's comfort needs. Golf Trip

It was perfect for our needs. Owner over communicated which was great and also was able to get us checked in early before our round. They wanted to make sure we had all we need for our stay. Will consider again if we are down in that area.

Short getaway
