Entrez dans le confort moderne! Ce condo frais et chic de deux étages dispose de trois chambres et 2 salles de bain complÚtes, lits king dans deux chambres ornées de draps en coton biologique, plus deux lits doubles et deux lits jumeaux. Nous avons une cuisine entiÚrement équipée (avec du café Starbucks), un balcon pour le vin, un barbecue pour les grillades, avec des courts de tennis et des piscines à quelques pas. Le centre de conférence T Bar M se trouve sur le terrain et le John Newcombe Tennis Ranch est situé à cÎté. Profitez des sentiers de marche / jogging, flottez sur les riviÚres, jouez à Schlitterbahn, visitez Gruene ou visitez le centre commercial Outlet. Wifi, TV écran plat 42 "avec cùble et jeux de société.

Great Stay in New Bruenfels

Check in was easy, lots of amenities including coffee, soap, toilet paper. 10 minutes to Gruene. Would stay here again!

Very happy with our stay!

My family was very happy with the condo. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We were within 15 minutes of Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns, the Comal and Gruene. The pool was nice to come back to after the caverns! Would stay here again if we are in the New Braunfels area!

Great location

This condo is just as described. We loved how close it is to everything and still feel like your far away. We loved all the deer we encountered. Our kiddos loved the pool. Condo was very clean and kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice clean condo that is well stocked.

Enjoyed our stay. Kristi was really helpful when we got locked out and answered her phone quickly after I called to see if she could help us get back in. Location is good and the condo is clean and well-furnished. Appreciated all of the extras stocked in the kitchen.

Cute condo!

We had a great time on our getaway! The condo is super cute and has some personal touches. The hand soap in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper, spices in the kitchen. We played tennis, enjoyed the pool, grilled for dinner for night. Overall great stay!

Great stay for family vacation!

The condo was the perfect size and comfortably fit a family of 10. The bedrooms and living room were spacious and the location of the condo was close to the grocery store, Schlitterbahn and floating options. Kristi was also quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommend Kristi's rental to anyone looking for a nice stay in NB!

Great property!

This was a lovely property and we will definitely try to stay here again next summer. We had four adults, three teens, and an eight year old with us, and it was roomy and comfortable. When I had an issue with the front door lock (tip--don't try to use the key, just lock from the inside and pull closed!) the owner was there within 15 minutes of me sending the email. There are deer everywhere, including one baby who curled up next to the window of the property one morning. The pool was right across the way and we had a great time hanging out there, usually by ourselves. The property is extremely peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

This place was perfect! I absolutely loved the house. Awesome location! We will definitely be back!!

The space was perfect for 9 of us. We absolutely loved the property and playing tennis every evening. Every now and then we would see deer which my kids loved! Everyone that we ran into on the property was super friendly. We will definitely be returning again!

Perfect location, but needed a once over

The property was located in the perfect location for our needs. We had access to tennis facilities and a swimming pool. Saw several deer and were very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The "carpet" upstairs is dreadful! Some type of grass cloth that I'm sure is good for wear and tear, but traps dirt in the grooves and hurts when you walk on it barefoot! There is only 1 air conditioning unit for the property. Took quite a bit of time to cool, especially upstairs. My other concern was the lack of cleaning after the previous tenant. It was very apparent they had long, black hair. It was in the shower, sink, and across the back of the white couch when we arrived. It didn't look like any furniture had been moved in quite sometime to sweep or clean under either. We had young children and were looking for toys a few times and found several cob webs, rollypollys, and a random black sock under the couches. However, the beds were very comfortable and the fresh bananas and store bought brownies were a nice surprise!

We had a mother/daughter trip in New Braunfels & stayed here for 4 nights! It was plenty of room for the 8 of us & very relaxing and peaceful. It had everything we needed, & we loved all the personal touches everywhere with the nice soaps, coffee, & bath products. We felt spoiled! Bedding and towels were soft & comfy too! â˜ș Thanks Kristi for a wonderful stay! Everyone would love to stay there again! Perfect location for floating the river, going to Schlitterbahn, or shopping & eating in Gruene! So close to everything! Just perfect! ❀

The condo is chic, clean, and comfortable. There were 9 of us and we all had plenty of room.

The kids got lots of exercise playing tennis and had fun in the pool too. We were close to everything we needed while still being on retreat. At night we played board games and just made good memories. Looking forward to going back!

Chic condo

The condo was clean and accommodating for 2 couples for the weekend. I now have a new understanding of "modern/chic". The living room and bedroom furniture is designed for younger couples since they are barely off the floor and are difficult to get out of/off of for anyone with any physical limitations. The bathrooms have limited space to put your toiletries, makeup, etc. since the sinks are a trough type design. Yes, there are drawers underneath the sink, but that's not convenient for us. I also would not have wanted to try this condo with 6 more guests it will accommodate. The bathroom upstairs is too small for 8 guests to be sharing! My next booking will only be after I ask more questions regarding the furnishings of a rental.

Awesome experience with Friends & Family

We had a great 3-night stay at the Lily over the Thanksgiving weekend. Enjoyed grilling in the patio and the lodgings were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Kristi had also kept some bananas and brownies for us to enjoy! We also had fun at the resort's indoor sports area and utilized the tennis courts. Its a great location with plenty of deer sightings (who were very inquisitive about us :) ). There are many stores/restaurants close by.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This place is sooo cute for bachelorette party. We had 10 girls and everyone fits well. Kristi communicates very well from the beginning to the end. Everything around the area is super close (HEB, CVS, 24HR ER, liquor store, fast food joints, etc.). We liked the fact there is a pool on site we could use and the Comal river is super close to float. Uber or Lyft can be an issue since you are in a small town. We could not get an Uber or Lyft for 6 people Saturday night. One of us ended up driving and staying sober. I would def. stay here again!

The condo is a joint venture between mother and son, The Lilly Court is named for our beloved dog whom we lost last year.

Kristi and family have lived locally in New Braunfels for over 20+ years. A native Texan, Kristi worked in local public schools as a Counselor. Currently, she is self employed as a part-time Admin and property manager. Most of her spare time is spent on the tennis court.
Jesse is former Army and currently works as Security Contractor in countries far from here. When he is stateside, Jesse enjoys sports, working out, and the live local music scene. Together, and with the rest of the family, they enjoy weekend BBQ's, and travel.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had great memories of dinner and laughter in this place, so we bought this condo from our friends who have moved closer to the coast. We were always jealous of the simplicity of the layout, the privacy of master downstairs, the openness of the kitchen(great for entertaining), and the tennis court just 10 steps away. Often imagined afternoons of bbq, swimming and tennis, so thats what we do here.

Close to everything that is New Braunfels, you will love the laid back feel. Go enjoy the day and then come home and relax on the porch in the summer or by the fireplace in the winter! this is truly a year round gem!
