Grande maison située au 57 North Bounty Lane, Key Largo, Fl Mile Marker 99 front de baie. Vues incroyables, nouveau quai privé de 150 pieds, piscine, plage, pêche depuis le quai, à 5 minutes des centres commerciaux, la plus belle baie de la région ... Avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Les deuxièmes niveaux ont un grand porche face à la baie
et nos magnifiques couchers de soleil en Floride. La maison est face à la baie, a un grand salon, une grande cuisine ... TOUT donnant sur la piscine, la baie et les couchers de soleil. Chemin privé et quartier calme, fermé tout autour avec des portes électriques à l'entrée principale.

This is our third time renting this property. David has always been a super host and always responsive and this is a fantastic property to rent. He always has it fully stocked with basic essentials. Truly a great home to visit!Can’t say enough positive things.

Fantastic Property, Location, Host

This is a fantastic home and spectacular location. Beautifully decorated, fantastic view and sunsets, beautiful yard. Our host, David, was very responsive, accommodating, and had excellent restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, kayak and standup paddleboard, and caught fish right off the end of the dock. This is the perfect place to enjoy a Florida Keys experience with family and friends.

Beautiful Sunsets

This property was absolutely beautiful. The pictures accurately depicted this spectacular home. The furniture and appliances are top of the line and the house was supplied with everything you will need for your stay. David responded to all my inquiries quickly and efficiently. David’s Dad (Mr Daniel) met me at the house when we checked in and showed us all the features of the house. We rented a boat and kept it at the house. The location is very convenient to many great restaurants and shopping, yet the peninsula it’s located on is quiet and peaceful. I hope to rent this property again in the future.

Immaculate Home + Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed at this property with our boat in June. It is truly paradise. The views are incredible, the backyard an oasis, and the home has all the comfort and necessities you need for an extended stay. And the location is exceptional! Not only are there restaurants within a 5 minute drive, in a 20-25 minute drive you are in Islamorada, home to more amazing restaurants and fun boutique shopping. Family visited us several times and for those few days we were at max occupancy, we were very comfortable. Daniel, our contact for the home, was friendly, knowledgeable and readily available for all calls and questions. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise Perfection!!!

Beautiful home with a million dollar view!!!!. It has everything you could possibly need and is spotless, comfy, and love the layout! Great location with pool, outdoor kitchen, private beach area, dock for your boat. We rented a boat and took it to restaurants and to an island called Nest Keys. So much fun! You really don’t have to leave the house….the backyard is your playground. They had a kayak and paddle board for us to use. We brought our frenchies and they loved running around the gated grounds and swimming in the beach area. So many great restaurants near this house. I give this place 10 stars and plan on coming back soon. Best trip ever!!! Owner was awesome and accommodating too!!!

A Perfect Stay

This Key Largo property was just perfectly wonderful. Ideal location, tucked away and quiet, on a beautiful bay with evening sunsets, a pier with visiting manatees, a gently sloping beach from which to launch kayaks or paddle boards, a lovely bayside pool and hot tub with plenty of comfortable lounging furniture, fully gated and attractive landscaping…we lived outside! The interior is updated, modern, comfortable and perfect for 3 couples. Three bedrooms, all en-suite providing everyone with a little privacy. Wonderfully functional kitchen all updated with new appliances. TVs for everyone should the weather not cooperate. Well equipped with plentiful linens and towels and many thoughtful touches by the owners. Gorgeous views out to the bay. We loved this home and were so appreciative of the owners and property manager who so obviously love their home too. The property manager was responsive, kind and so helpful. We spent a perfectly relaxing month in this perfectly well designed, well maintained property and are so grateful.

Amazing month!

There is a lot to say, but I'll keep it short lol. The property was immaculate upon arrival. The owner was present and gave us a thorough tour of the property and everything that was important (has never happened to our family in all the years we've been renting for the summers in Key Largo). The location is fantastic to say the least. We took our boat and only used our car to to buy groceries. Everywhere we went was by boat. The owner's left us with toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, cleaning supplies, tons of towels, tons of bedding, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste. I can keep going, but I think I made my point. They were readily available for questions, even silly ones. We had the AC not working properly for a day, to which we called David and he got a license and insured company out the same day. The technician resolved the issue in about 10 mins as it was a simple clog. He flushed it and the amazing AC was working perfectly immidiately. Which brings me to that, the AC is amazing here. This is crucial for the insane Keys heat. Every room has a ceiling fan and there are 2 in the upstairs living area, we never turned them in lol. We had an amazing time and hope to return on our next summer vacation to this property. Thank you David and Daniel from the Marin family!

Outstanding house

We had a great visit to this home. It was freshly painted and remodeled and accommodations were outstanding. All amenities were first class and nice beach with beautiful views. David made our visit first rate and they responded very quickly to any questions.

More than we expected

This home is very spacious. We lived outside 80% of the time. Plenty of outdoor furniture for this. And more than enough for the inside living on bad weather days. Very quiet community. Very private home location. Loved swimming in the ocean. Just had to be careful of ground covered jelly fish. We never had any problems. We seen manatees, Iguanas and a dolphin from the dock or kayak trips. The property owner was very friendly and accommodating for any issues. We used outdoor grill for meals and extra refrigerators for food and drinks. Plenty of sleeping spaces. We had six to seven in our party and there was still room for up to ten. If I had to comment on one negative thing. It would be to bring your own beach towel. The home only has one, but definitely not a deal breaker. And not very great wifi service. The home has it but if you have more than four devises it is very slow or doesn't work at all away from main box area. And not to good outside of house on patios. We definitely would book this location again. Loved it.

Glorious vacation with family.

Dan responded to all my calls within reasonable times. He met us late in the evening after we had some delays on the road and gave us a tour of the house. The kitchen was totally stocked with nice pots and pans, a multitude of utensils, plates and cups. Even had a rice cooker which was really nice since I cook a lot of Chinese food. There were two refrigerators in the house - one upstairs and one downstairs. There was even an outside refrigerator for bait, catch of the day, and/or beer. Screened in porch upstairs and downstairs. The dock was great. Beautiful view of the Florida Bay. The pool was immaculate. Beds for 8 plus 2 futons for our boys. TV in every room, WiFi. Three full baths. Grocery store only a couple of miles away. John Pennekamp State Park - a full day excursion with lots to do - just a short drive away. There was a kayak for our use on the property, but stay close to shore on a windy day. We brought our own boat and had a great time tubing in the Bay. Would definitely do this again.

Greatest Vacation!

Great Vacation Home We had a great stay in Key Largo in this spacious home -- with two living areas and a pool. The pictures do not do justice. So beautiful and spacious. Daniel was the best to work with, he is so nice. There is lots of space for a big group and the pool was enjoyed by all. The most amazing feature is the great open water view across the bay -- it's breathtaking! The kids para-sailed and we watched from the balcony and from our boat, they snorkeled just around the point at Pelican Key. And kayaked and paddle boarded every day. Manatees visited the dock often as well as other fish. We fished from the dock every day and caught plenty. We also went out on a charter and saw dolphin jumping out of the water, sea turtles and caught tropical fish like Parrot fish. We had our own boat and everyone loved tubing right in front of the house. Iguanas visit all throughout the day. Nearby are several great restaurants. We love Mrs. Macs. There are also great restaurants on the water that have happy hours at sunset with live music and great prices on food & drinks. Key Largo is a great place to visit, and the comfort of this home made our vacation the best we have had in 7 years of vacationing in Key Largo. This was an amazing vacation for our entire family.

Peace, quiet and fun in the sun

We had one of the most relaxing holidays ever whilst staying here. A very friendly Julie and Daniel greeted us and gave a full and very informative tour. From then on we were left to enjoy the beautiful house, the peace and quiet and the wonderful sunsets, but knew if we needed help or advice Julie and Daniel were available at the end of a phone. The house had all the amenities you could want including 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, two large lounges and a large balcony enclosed by an anti-bug net which was very effective, tv's are everywhere, a heated pool, spa pool, a dock for your boat or for just sitting and watching. It was clean, well maintained and very homely and the owners description is an understatement of what the house and the surrounding area has to offer. The house is ideally situated for exploring the rest of the Keys and Key Largo has a wealth of quality restaurants, shops and outlets for all kinds of sporting activities, including parasailing which for anyone who hasn't done it before you should put it on your bucket list. The house is ideal for a family, as it is totally enclosed and private or for 2 couples who would like some privacy from each other. If you can stay here, you won't regret it and we will certainly return here if we can Pat and Grumpy

I would recommend this rental with family. the owners were so accommodating ,the Home has been updated. very comfortable and spotless. beautiful Heated Pool. beautiful neighborhood Great Location.
