Une terrasse extérieure entiÚrement meublée avec un barbecue à gaz vous permet de profiter des belles journées Key Largo à l'extérieur. The pools and amenities are great! The lagoon is wonderful and pretty unexpected from my research when I booked. The only minor gripe was that we were short on linens and pillows for the foldout couch. Overall, we were very pleased.

My family stayed here last week of March. The property was very clean with upscale kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses and silverware. Everything was clean and organized. While I did not cook much, I appreciated the nice pans and utensils which I have not found in other vrbo’s. View from the deck and patio were lovely. King and queen beds were very comfy. Lots to do in the area. Marina was very well maintained and clean at beach areas and courts, pools. The covered sitting areas at the beach with fire pits were lovely. I rented a golf cart which was very useful. I’ve stayed at many vrbo’s and I must say this one was lovely and as advertised. The bath towels could use an upgrade and I do appreciate when owners have a manual with suggestions for local restaurants, grocery stores and things to do and more details about the property and check out instructions. Getting in to the resort was a little challenging with the gate keeper not sure where we were staying by the address we gave him. Showed the VRBO registration and he recognized the complex. It was a wonderful week. 4K well spent.

Fantastic Key Largo Spot!

The villa was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Snorkeling, fishing, boating were all highlights. The villa is in a great area and a perfect location overlooking the marina and ocean. Great restaurants and activities close by. Definitely would stay again!

Great Family Place

We stayed with our 5 adult children the place was very spacious with beautiful views. They had everything we needed for the week we used the kayaks, bikes and racquets to play tennis. The courts are just a few steps away. We enjoyed the pool and bonfire pit. My husband’s brother and his family rented another condo in tje same complex and we were all able to gather comfortably at our place for dinner and games in the evening. I would definitely recommend going nis place if you’re looking for a laid back relaxing vacation

The Villa and it’s location were fabulous. We were quite comfortable. It’s worth noting that the Master TV was not working. In addition, the beach towels definitely need replacement as well as the beach chairs as they are rusty. One of the bicycles did not work. Also, it might be wise to leave more than one garbage bag and one dishwasher pad. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation.

We highly recommend working with Robert and vacationing at his villa 8. We appreciated the affordability and a floor plan which accommodates a larger group; as we vacationed with our married children. Although we maxed out the space, everyone was comfortable and noise was minimum between rooms. Note our favs: 3 baths!, 2 spacious gathering areas, 2 full-size refrigerators, kitchen bar-nice space for food buffet & table seating for 8plus. Great location for Keys excursions and dining out. However, we throughly enjoyed options at the friendly villa community which Robert highlights in his description. The tennis courts even have markings for Pickleball! Robert was an attentive, organized host with clear, timely communication. We hope to be back!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse location. Pros: Robert took care of things asap if needed. The main areas were great and the beds comfy. Use of the kayaks and tennis racquets were great. Mostly, we LOVED the grassy area out back and played football or soccer with another family we met while on vacation. This made this unit one of the best (in my opinion) units at the complex! Loved having the marina right there to watch the boats and the fish! Note: no fishing or swimming at the marina, but, saw many species of fish and a shark! We also enjoyed the lagoon and playing on the small sandy beach there. Cons: bathrooms could use updating. Golf cart would have been nice (but this was not promised to us, so we understand). The pools were small and often crowded, but not a fault of the owner! Overall this was a great location. Despite the cons, I’ll take comfortable and everything we need, plus the added outdoor space over updated tile and countertops!

We had a wonderful long week here. Furniture and decor were excellent. All beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was modern with large fridge/freezer and microwave. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the community marina and ocean. At sunrise you can see the sun coming up out of the ocean and watch pelicans, herons, irises, even an Osprey. We ended up spending every other day just hanging out inside the community. On walks to the community beach/jetty along the marina boardwalk we saw a young Manatee (twice), a dolphin chasing a fish, and a baby shark! We also loved snorkeling off the beach looking at fish and crabs. But mostly we just read or lounged on nice community chairs under a Tiki Hut, enjoying nice warm ocean breezes (we never saw a single mosquito!!).The villa's location is quiet yet convenient. Everything seemed within a ten minutes drive, including dozens of restaurants and a large Publix supermarket. Our favorite restaurants were: Harriette's for reasonably priced, large breakfasts, Italian Food Company, and c) Conch House for creative and tasty dinners.We took a couple of day trips. Our Key West highlights were walking out over Florida Bay on the old train bridge at Marathon's western tip and watching the sunset from Mallory Square. In the everglades (just a 40 min drive) we saw alligators on the Anhinga Trail. We had other tips planned including a boat trip to the coral reef; but they will have to wait for (hopefully) our next time here :)

My family and I had a wonderful time. Check in was easy. The villa had plenty of room for the family. The beds are very comfortable. Nice kitchen. Great views from the patio. Robert was a very gracious host.

Loved this Place!

My 3-generation family (5 adults, 2 kids—ages 6-70) just spent 5 nights at this beautiful condo. We enjoyed everything about it, including comfortable beds and a good-sized kitchen. The window walls on both levels allowed for great views of the ocean, the marina and some beautiful sunrises! We stayed so busy that we didn’t even have time to use the kayaks, tennis equipment or even turn on the many televisions. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the neighborhood. Thanks much!

Villa 8- Truly Great

My wife Linda and I had a truly gratifying 47 days at Villa 8. Our view of the Marina and its activities and the ocean beyond added to the warmth of the morning sun on the balcony. Our host Robert was the best. He was very accommodating to our needs and was quick to resolve any issues that arose at the villa. The only negative is that our dates are taken for next year. Overall, our stay was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Great Getaway from Chicago

It was so gorgeous the views from the property. We had a wonderful stay with our friends-and had other friends renting another property-they loved our rental too! We let Robert know guest shower needed attention- we just used downstairs shower- no problem. Would love to come back same time next year.

Nice stay

Nice stay at the property. The view was very nice to wake up to every morning. Roberto stocked the villa very well with all the necessary essentials. Would have been great to have boat access to the marina, but than that would have probably priced us out of the stay. We kept our boat at Pennekamp and was by far the most reasonable boat accommodations anywhere nearby.

Wonderful family vacation
