The townhouse was fully remodeled in Nov 2021. Inspired by Studio McGhee with a casual yet modern flare. This is an upscale Key Largo townhouse with 2 living rooms. This offers a unique opportunity for your family to spread out. It is our second home and we have made it as inviting, comfortable and welcoming as possible.

The three bedroom, three bath unit is located in Kawama Yacht Club. It is just minutes away from John Pennekamp State Park, known worldwide for its underwater scuba and snorkeling. Great restaurants are within walking distance.

The townhouse overlooks a large salt water lagoon (my personal favorite) from both the balcony in a master bedroom and the living room. The lagoon offers two entrances. One with a walk-in beach entrance (where the kids can play in the sand) and the other with a beautifully re-built dock with stairs. It has 3 floating platforms that the kids love. Adults can watch the kids swim or kayak in the lagoon or jump off the platforms while relaxing on the balcony or the living room.

Kawama offers a 400 foot jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. The townhouse is steps away from 2 heated pools, a marina, free boat ramp, tennis courts, a ton of tiki huts, charcoal BBQ's, fire pits and a kids playground. There is plenty of free self parking.

The unit comes loaded with all new amenities. Free high speed Wi-Fi, 3 large smart HDTVs, plenty of beach towels, two bikes and two kayaks.

This three story townhouse is equipped with two living rooms, perfect for the kids to have their own space. The main (second) floor has a large living area with a 60" Smart HDTV, large windows and sliding doors and balcony overlooking the lagoon which brings in natural light. The living room seating includes a large 103" leather plush couch, two chairs and two ottomans close by for additional seating. This main floor also has a full bathroom and the kitchen. The new modern white kitchen has seating for six at the large island (plus 2 additional folding stool). It has new calacatta quartz countertops, all new stainless steel Samsung appliances, a new coffee maker with both a Carafe and single serve coffee pods.

The third floor has two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the lagoon and large sliding glass doors. The second master bedroom also has a king bed with a 55" Smart HDTV with cable and a balcony. The third floor houses the largest bathroom.

The first floor has a third guest room with a queen bed. It also houses the second living space (with a queen sofa bed), a full bathroom and the washer and dryer. This second living room is comfortably equipped with a 65" Smart HDTV with cable and a contemporary fold-out queen size sleeper sectional couch. This living space is ideal for kids, with plenty of floor space.

Newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors complete this fully renovated home.

We try to provide all items necessary for your stay to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We ask that you not take any items and be considerate and replace used items when possible. We try to provide an array of condiments, garbage bags, coffee filters, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, cleaning products, beach towels, bath towels, bikes, kayaks, 2 pickleball rackets and balls, etc.

Each of the three full size bathrooms is equipped with 16.9 oz bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We have provided Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals nourishing Coconut Mango body wash, 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Paraban and Sulfate-Free; Ginger Lily Farms Salon Formula 100% Pure Morocco Argan Oil Shampoo & Conditioner, Sulfate Free, Phosphate Free, Paraban Free, 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free. We ask that you do not take the refillable bottles with you. If you really like them - they are available on Amazon.

Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with free boat ramp), docks available for rent, oceanfront access with fire-pits, a 400 foot jetty, 24 hour security, free boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, heated pools, tiki huts, kids playground and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or fishing or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free but boats must have $300K in insurance. If you need a boat slip let us know and we can provide the marina's information.

LICENSED VACATION RENTAL.

Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking home. Security Deposit will not be refunded if there is any evidence (smell) of smoking in or near the unit.

The entire townhouse is available for use.

Kawama Yacht Club - Private community with 24 hr security. Amenities include: Large Salt water lagoon, 2 heated pools, kids playground, Jetty, tennis courts, Marina, boat ramp and boat parking.

You can easily walk the property. Others prefer to rent a golf cart from a third party - Hot Rod Golf Cart Rentals. They will drop off the golf cart at the unit.

Take in the fresh air on one of our outdoor porches or patios, or bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunsets from our oceanfront or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort has a kids playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina where you will have free use of the boat ramp and where renting a boat slip is an option. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Acquatic Center with olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park only a few blocks away.

We are close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Local attractions include - Swim with the Dolphins, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way.
