Welcome to Sea Haven, a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo located in the Winds IV. This tranquil place is just steps away from the ocean and located in the heart of Carolina Beach just a few minutes' drive away from the boardwalk and multiple restaurants. Start your day off with breakfast nearby at Katie's Pancake House or take your coffee out on one of the 2 large decks while you listen to the breaking waves. After breakfast enjoy a beautiful day on the beach followed by the pool located at the Winds condominiums. If its rainy no worries, there is plenty to do. Your family will have lots of fun visiting the Fort Fisher Aquarium, Carolina Beach Arcade, iEscape Rooms or do some local shopping. And please while you're out make sure to stop by Britt's Donuts named 2nd best in the nation, for a yummy afternoon snack. Finish your day off relaxing back at the condo where there is ample living space for your family to gather and spend time together cooking or ordering in. After dinner lounge comfortably on the couch or back on the decks to enjoy the breeze before retreating back to your bedroom for the night where you can enjoy a good book, movie or just snuggle in bed for a great night sleep. Be sure to shut the blackout curtains if you want to sleep in or leave them open if you want to watch the beautiful sunrise. Fantastic!

The condo was great for our family of 5 adults! It was immaculate and communication was excellent. There were enough beach chairs and towels for all, which was great since we didn’t have to travel with ours. The location is close enough to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars! We’ll be back!

Amazing stay - great location

We had a family of 6, and while the boys needed “stuff” to do, the girls wanted to chill. The condo came furnished with all the amenities, but not having to travel with beach towels and to have sand chairs, boogie boards was amazing. The pool was a great break and we were a one street walk to the beach, it was perfect. We walked daily to the boardwalk, ate ice cream, donuts and did jet skis. Definitely would recommend if you’re coming for a stay!

Perfect family getaway

From the moment we booked our trip to checking out, Bryan and Lindsay were amazing hosts! We had questions about our vehicle being able to fit in the parking structure and they took the time to measure to make sure it would accommodate us. The home had all the essentials and then some. Being right there at the beach was very convenient and allowed our teenagers to have a little freedom, but stay close by. The balcony’s were very relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, there were too many inconsistencies with this property. Very disappointed as the previous ratings were much higher. It was actually one thing after another and disappointed in the low quality of the property.The owners were responsive, but it was evident that they had not visited the property in quite some time to see what needed to be fixed.

Amazing location!

I stayed with my husband and our blended kids age 13,11,9,9, and 8. We loved the location just a few steps to the beach. We loved all the beach toys, chairs, towels, and beach cart provided to make our stay easier. Hosts are very responsive which I appreciate. This was our first time to this area and we all enjoyed the beach, pool, shopping, and dining. We saw live music at SeaWitch which is a short walk away. The aquarium was incredible and we did a fishing and pontoon rental as well. Would love to come back to Sea Haven.

Perfect girls’ getaway!

5 of us needed a trip to the beach and this place was wonderful! Location was perfect- right across from beach access. Beautiful condo decorated so cute! Clean and plenty of room. Front and back decks were a fun bonus.

Great stay in Carolina Beach! Close enough to the boardwalk to walk to get doughnuts or dinner but far enough away to have your own beach area and not feel like people are on top of you. Easy check in and out. Condo had all that we needed! Would love to get back again soon!

Carolina Beach Trip 2024

Excellent stay all around! Bryan and Lindsay were super responsive to any question we had throughout our stay. The property was just as described in the listing, and a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beach and the board walk. Family vacation week

Great place for a family vacation. First time using Vrbo and very pleased with the results of choosing Sea Haven. Condo was clean, decorated very nice, plenty of space, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The hosts were great with communication online as well as a detailed book located in the condo.Highly recommend!!

Great family getaway

It was a great stay. The pictures don't do the space justice. Only a minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. They had everything you need at the condo. Communication was fantastic the entire time. These hosts thought of everything for their guests to have a great time and be comfortable. Between board games, books, blankets, a great kitchen, shower supplies etc... . FYI - If you're looking to rinse off before heading upstairs, make sure to stop at the station by the pool (in the drive thru portion under the building). It's a little hose but it helps a lot to ensure not bringing sand up. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

A perfect week!

I cannot say enough about this property...it was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our first family girls trip. Upon letting the owners know there was not a beach umbrella, they came that evening and restocked the storage locker. We were so appreciative.

Carolina Beach 2024

This property was great, very comfortable. Just the number of bedrooms and baths we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances, cooking utensils and dishes we were used to at home. Parking was great. We were within walking distance of the boardwalk, restaurants and the very important ice cream and coffee shops. We especially liked the balconies in front and back. The pool was a great alternative to the beach and sand. The hosts were very responsive when we asked questions. Overall, a great experience.

Oceanside home away from home!

I highly recommend staying here! The decor is beautiful and the hosts provide everything you need for your home away from home. Whenever I thought "gee, it would be nice to have this..." I'd find it in a closet or kitchen cabinet. GREAT option for larger familes or 2 small families (we did 2 adult rooms and 1 for the kids). They had lots of markers, games (for kids & adults), and books which were another bonus. Parking is easy and it has direct beach access across a small street. Also just a short walk to the boardwalk! Nice to have access to the pool too. Great to be on the top floor and have the rooftop for a great view of the fireworks! Love this place and will be returning. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant!
