Vous pouvez vous réveiller avec les sons de l'océan Atlantique et un beau lever de soleil depuis notre condo! Marcher dans de nombreux restaurants locaux pour un bon repas est rapide et facile. L'Ocean Grill et le célèbre Tiki Bar sont à 2 minutes à pied de la plage! La piscine intérieure, le bain à remous et l'aquarium NC à proximité rendent la journée pluvieuse encore meilleure!

Ce bâtiment à deux ascenseurs fait de vos vacances des vacances. Utilisez les chariots à bagages fournis pour faciliter le chargement et le déchargement.

De nombreuses activités locales sont disponibles en été. Le Carolina Beach Boardwalk propose des promenades de carnaval ainsi que de nombreux magasins et restaurants intéressants. Profitez du soleil en pédalant tranquillement autour du lac Carolina Beach en pédalo simple ou double, ou prenez de la vitesse en barracuda ou en kayak. Le parc du lac comprend également un marché fermier hebdomadaire le samedi. Il y a aussi des films au bord du lac et des feux d'artifice sur le quai de pêche à proximité. Vous êtes également à une courte distance en voiture de Fort Fisher pour NC Aquarium, un musée de la guerre civile et une zone de loisirs.

Family Beach vacation

The condo was perfect for us. Our granddaughters stopped by so it was a good meeting place. I am not a fan of roku tv, but used netflix and prime. Good restaurants close by and beach is nice and close. Would have liked umbrellas at the pool. Pleased. with condo. n

Great week at this location. Walked a lot. Condo was as advertised. Plenty to do at the boardwalk. Eateries were excellent. Music and fireworks on Thursday were a bonus.

Beautiful condo

Loved this updated condo. It was a great size with plenty of room to move around. Bedrooms were especially large. Beautiful view and great location. Very quiet. Only negative was the indoor pool was under repair and we were not told ahead of time.

GREAT LOCATION

Great location on Carolina Beach. Close to everything. Nice balcony to sit and watch sunrise. Easy access to beach. Both ladies in the office for check in and out very nice.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great time at this clean, comfortable ocean front condo. Beautiful view from the back balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and not crowded. The beach was incredible. We had some questions before our stay and we heard back from the owner promptly. Highly recommend.

The unit itself was very nice. Outside property needs some updating and repair work. Lot's of rust. Hot tub wasn't working and the indoor pool was very chilly.

The window views are breathtakingly beautiful. Fun walking on beach. Kitchen is very nice. And it is decorated very well. Nice to hear the waves crashing all day and night.

Location, Location! Amazing trip...

Location! Location! Location! This centrally located property in Carolina Beach was perfect for our beach getaway. It was very close to so many restaurants, shops & most importantly, the beach. You can’t get any closer to the beach! Amazing amenities to keep the whole family busy. Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about. We found the beds to be great and the management company was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Condo is cute kinna clean but its doeS have a old home smell all beds need to update cant sleep at all 3 nights when we here my back was hurting in the morning .i conact the property manager but they said i shiould take Medicine .😆front door is rusty the Property look creepy at night

Pelican Watch always delivers

Great unit in the Pelican Watch building. Ocean front location is great. M y family and I love that the property has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub. Indoor pool is great for rainy days. This unit was clean upon arrival and the recent renovations looked great! We also loved the Roku TV so we could stream all our favorite shows! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and updated throughout. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed here with my family, all adults, and we were all very happy with the condo. Normally we have breakfast and lunch at the condo and eat out for dinner. This vacation I cooked several times including steak on the charcoal grill by the pool. Charcoal and lighter fluid are provided an can be found in the utility room. Plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking and eating utensils. Everyone commented that the mattresses were comfortable. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Balcony furniture is great too. The ladies at the realty company that is used for check-in are the best! Kind and helpful, you really can’t ask for more from them. Two years ago we stayed at another condo at Pelican Watch but it had what I believe were the original balcony windows and sliders and the sound of the waves were LOUD. Not the case in this unit. Nice and quiet even through Tropical Storm Elsa. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful, Well Appoinited, Clean Condo with Awesome Views

We found this condo to be remarkably clean when we arrived for our stay. Check-in was easy and smooth and they even got us in a little early which was much appreciated and unexpected. The views are simply to die for and it was so good to see people out and about now that Covid-19 is winding down. We needed an amazing beach trip and this condo answered our beach desires! I love how Carolina Beach just keeps getting nicer. I started going there as a kid 30 years ago and each time I come back its better and there’s more to do in the area. We can not say enough about this wonderful condo & the location. It was just beautiful! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, the owner was very kind & quick to communicate. We have nothing negative at all to say about our experience. A++ Thank you so much!

Awesome views from large deck!

Very much enjoyed the week. The company cleaning the apartment does not do a very good job. The base boards were very dirty, the floor was gritty with sand when we got there, dust bunnies on the walls & fans. It is a lovely unit but needs a different cleaning company. Very tastefully decorated & would stay again. Thank you for the opportunity.

Life-changing panoramic views of sea and sky!

My stay really did change my life. The beauty of the natural world, fully available 24/7, through the floor to ceiling windows, is spectacular. I would love to stay here again!

Overall Great Stay

Location was perfect with plenty of parking. Check in was efficient and fast. Condo was clean, kitchen was great and had modern appliances and well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Master bath was nice, 2nd. Bath needed a bit of cosmetic attention but, certainly functional. Living area was nice with comfortable furniture. Laundry room needs complete overhaul. Exposed wiring and duct work around water heater and heating and air unit, dryer door would not remain closed during use. Queen bedroom has cable wires dangling from the box on the dresser that are stretched across the floor at the foot of the bed. All things mentioned are easily fixed. I would stay at this condo again.

Our condo is Oceanfront, We are on the 4th floor of a beautiful 11 story concrete and steel hi-rise building with 2 elevators. Just high enough for great views, but not too high! Spectacular wide beach and panoramic view. The condo has 2 full baths, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and cable TV. Oceanfront balcony from living area and master bedroom. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pool, sundeck, private walk to beach, charcoal grills and picnic area on oceanfront.

The Ocean Front Master has a King with a new pillow top mattress and private bath; the 2nd bedroom has a new pillow top matress; 2 new pillow top twins are in the third bedroom. The living room features a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Only weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are available during the summer peak season. Call +1 (800) 327-5863 for special request bookings! Sheets and towels ARE provided in the rental. Call for off peak daily rates. Two parking passes are provided for the lot across the street. Call if you need additional parking.

You can wake up to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and a beautiful sunrise from our condo! Walk to many local restaurants for a great meal is quick and easy. The Ocean Grill and famous Tiki Bar is a 2 minute walk down the beach! The Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and nearby NC Aquarium make a rainy day even better!

Every Thursday night in the summer you can catch a free fireworks show at the historic Boardwalk in Carolina Beach. There's also a concert and kid activities before the fireworks.
