This place was exactly what we needed. Two spacious rooms - both with full en suite bathrooms - full kitchen and laundry facilities! Great neighborhood and walking distance to most things. Communication was fast and very helpful!

Clean but could use some love. Needs good painting and courtyard was completely neglected with overgrown weeds. Construction right next door but realize little can be done with that. Good location to walk to various locations.

If you are looking for a quaint and charming place in downtown Charleston, this place is it. Within walking distance to King Street- cute patio and backyard for enjoying the beautiful weather. Host was easy to contact and quick with assistance as needed. The others also loved the space and would all stay here again.

Good property. Great location. Upstairs gets a bit warm and thermostat can’t be adjusted. Little difficulty with communication about linens and parking passes but management was quick to respond to my questions/problems.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was helpful for our party. The bathrooms are small, but had everything that you would need.The property is quite close to a street, but there is a separate property closer to the street. Thus this property was very quiet.The property is located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops.Parking was on-street and a bit hit miss as to whether a close spot could be found. However, we did not see this as an issue.We definitely would stay again.

Great location, adorable home

We loved our stay at Southard Cottage for a quick family trip to Charleston. The location was perfect for walking to fun neighborhood spots and Stay Duvet included thoughtful touches to my our visit great.

Nice townhome in good Charleston location. Parking, once explained, was no problem. Excellent beds!! Ample towels! Really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot near King

Love this area of Charleston - walkable to tons of great restaurants and shops. The property was perfect for my group of 3 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had everything we needed!

Very comfortable and felt like home

We enjoyed our visit to Charleston. It was great to be able to come back to a clean, comfortable, roomy house after a long day in the city. The beds were very comfortable!

Property was nice and updated and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor seating area especially at night. Great location to walk Charleston. Master bath tiny but updated. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, cozy space!

We loved this little carriage house. It was close to everything and spacious enough for our family of four! The pastry shop at the beginning of the driveway is a delicious bonus!!! Also appreciated the great parking spot!

Perfect for Parents Weekend at CofC

We were in town for parents' weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can walk everywhere! The beds were amazing, the bathrooms great—small but perfect, and each room had its own bath. The living room was a great size, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the little back yard was perfect for an evening glass of wine. This is a wonderful home, and we will be sure to stay here again.

Photos are misleading. Unit needs a refresh-walls banged up, chipped paint t/o.Outside patio was something to be desired; dirty, no cushions on bench. Grill was covered with a layer of dirt and bird droppings. Yard had garbage and very unkempt. Unit floors dirty; food crumbs t/o unit. Two dirty socks found in master bed-pretty sure linens weren't changed. Fans in bedrooms caked with dust, stair well railing filthy; we avoided touching it at all. Was there with sister for girls trip that we had been planning for 2 yrs. We had issues for 2 nights with unit beside us being loud and disruptive until 2-3 am; Stay Duvet was responsive in reaching out to their management company to try and help.Charleston was great but I would pass on this unit. Disappointed.

Oh yeah!

Perfect location. Walked everywhere except twice to the pickleball courts. Lovely place. Spotless. Only concern for us, because we are in our 70's, was stairs & bathrooms were upstairs. We would stay again. Extra bonus was the awesome entrance & backyard!
