The Space: IIndulge in the allure of the Holy City with a stay at 'The Elton,' our inviting 2nd-floor condo thoughtfully designed for smaller groups or families of up to four guests. Featuring two bedrooms and two full baths, this charming retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

Upon arrival, ascend the stairs to enter the inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where you'll find a welcoming space for shared meals and cozy movie nights in front of the new HDTV. The fully stocked kitchen, while lacking an oven, is equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience. Adjacent to the master, the second bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located for easy access from both bedrooms.

With one designated parking space included, you can explore the wonders of the Holy City with ease from 'The Elton.' We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
