Condo haut de gamme en bord de mer avec de nombreux équipements et à distance de marche des principales attractions. Tidewater Beach Resort comprend les meilleurs équipements sur la plage. Ces installations comprennent 2 piscines extérieures, 1 piscine intérieure chauffée, 2 bains à remous, 2 spas romains, un hammam, une salle de cinéma avec des films gratuits, un centre de remise en forme de 4300 pieds carrés, un bar Tiki, un snack-bar et une boutique, un restaurant sur place, une bibliothèque, Internet centre, 2 salles de jeux et 7 ascenseurs donc il n'y a jamais beaucoup d'attente. Tidewater est également l'un des seuls complexes sur la plage avec un parking couvert et fermé.

Tidewater est situé sur 636 pieds de beau sable blanc sur l'une des plages les plus recherchées au monde.

Tidewater fournit des jouets de plage sur place moyennant un supplément, y compris parapente, kayaks, jet-skis, planches à pagaie, bateaux bananes et vélos nautiques.

Le condo est face au golfe avec de nombreuses améliorations, y compris des comptoirs en granit, des plafonds de neuf pieds, des moulures et des planchers de tuiles.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec sa propre salle de bain privée, TV 32 pouces et commode.

La deuxième chambre offre des lits superposés et une télévision à écran plat de 20 pouces. Il y a une salle de bain complète supplémentaire dans le couloir et la deuxième chambre.

Le salon offre un canapé-lit queen-size avec une vue incroyable sur le golfe et les plages.

Il y a un coin repas avec coin cuisine et tabouret de bar.

La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un petit-déjeuner et un dîner complets. Laveuse et sécheuse sont également situées dans le condo.

SUPER ENDROIT!!! Tidewater est situé à 1/2 mile de Pier Park pour tous vos besoins de divertissement. Les restaurants incluent Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dave and Buster's, Pompano Joes, Guy Harveys, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Wild Wing Cafe, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chili's, Five Guys Burgers, Panera Bread and beaucoup plus. Les options d'achat sont nombreuses, Target, Walmart, Michaels, Dillard's, JC Penny, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop et des centaines de magasins spécialisés. Il y a un grand théâtre de 16 écrans et un IMAX. Le parc d'attractions Miracle Strip situé à côté de Pier Park. Russell Pier est directement en face de Pier Park pour pêcher quotidiennement au large de la jetée ou regarder les feux d'artifice le 4 juillet ou le réveillon du Nouvel An.

Tidewater est également à une courte distance en voiture de Frank Brown Field pour les matchs de baseball et de nombreux événements sportifs, ainsi que de nombreuses salles de concert et le parc aquatique Shipwreck Island.

Panama City Beach Vacy

Was very nice place. Loved the views & location. New Year's eve fireworks display was awesome and one of the highlights of our trip, watching from the balcony of the condo.

Have stayed at Tide Water several times, with no issues always had good experiences. However, this time had roudy neighbors that had security called on them. Other than the neighbors we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo

The condo was great. It was clean, great location, and very comfortable for us! This was our first stay at Tidewater on a very last minute trip so I appreciated being able to find someone with availability and with such a great location. The only downside was the elevators. There were long waits and being on the 25th floor, you didn’t want to always walk the stairs. Overall, great stay!

Loved Our Time!

We very much enjoyed our time in the Condo. Our only complaint would be the pots and pans have been abused and it was difficult to match pans with tops. But we made it work!

Location

This condo is very well kept, has everything you need and has a gorgeous view off the balcony. It is on the 25th floor and the elevator wait can be long but that is just to be expected in a high rise. The location is great and we walked to restaurants. We had no complaints and the time I did reach out to the owner she was quick to respond. We would definitely book again with Dana.

Nice condo, super nice owner, but slow elevators

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo unit was nice & the owner assisted promptly with a small issue concerning the cleaning of the unit. The elevators were extremely slow and at least 1 seemed to be out of service each day of our stay. Another concern we had during our stay was a drainage pipe that was down by the ocean, to the left as you exit Tidewater condo units. It had lots of smelly, brown, frothy water draining out into the ocean water. There were kids playing in the water, even laying down and floating in it. I would think this would be a City of Panama City Beach issue rather than an individual condo unit issue but I would like someone to let the City know that parents/renters are concerned about the cleanliness of water coming from that pipe and the simple fact that when I bring my family to the beach, we want to see white, sandy beaches instead of brown, foul smelling water coming from a pipe stuck in the middle of the sand. IF that pipe was cleaned out/removed/covered up, we would stay at Tidewater again but until then,I can't say that I would recommend Tidewater to my friends & family. If the condo unit owner has another property at a different location, then I would love to recommend HER to my friends & family.

As far as the drainage, it is up to the city and they have been notified and are working to resolve the issue. Thank you so much again for you bringing these items to my attention. It was clean, loved the wood like floors, small but super roomy! Loved the bunks being in a “room” area off by themselves instead of like normal in the hallway.

Excellent stay!

Everything was just as described. View was amazing and proximity to pier park was great! Check in was super easy and host provided easy and clear instructions. The security was great as well. We loved the condo and saw a ton of marine life from our balcony every single day.

Overcrowded and undermanned

There was a 30 to 60 minute wait for the elevator daily. The facility was crowded which negatively impacted our trip. Also, the condo wasn't cleaned properly, there were blood stained linens on one bed. Housekeeping changed the sheets, but overall our trip was okay.

I am so sorry to hear about the elevator problem. The facility has been working hard on resolving the elevator issues. We have hired a new elevator company to oversee any issues and things have gotten much better. However on any holiday it will always be more crowded and there is always an issue with kids hitting multiple floors on the elevator causing delays. On the sheets as soon as I was made aware I had housekeeping come in to address the issue. I try very hard to make sure my renters are very comfortable and enter a beautiful and clean unit. Please contact me in the future for a discount for you and your family. Thank you again for bringing these issues to my attention.

Amazing!

Me and my family stayed here for a week this past week and it was nothing short of amazing! The condo was very clean, updated, and the owner is very responsive. Beautiful view, morning, day, and night! We will continue to use Dana in the future when me and my family visit! Keep in mind when checking in this is a very large condominium and it does take time to get situated and alot of people check in around the same time. This is not the owners fault. Just be patient and enjoy your stay because it is so worth it!

Unfairly Charged for already Damaged Items in Dated Unit

My mistake was not stopping my family at the door and taking photos of the damage items and sending Mrs. Dana an email about it. We’re new to this condo thing so I will not wait again to inform an owner of issues before we are charged for something we did not do. The remote in the large bedroom was chewed by some animal. Dirty linen was left inside the sofa bed and the clean linen left under the TV console for sofa bed was to fit a twin mattress. We ended up laying our own covers we brought to use on the sofa bed. The front door does not property close and it was windy our stay and the sound of the wind made us think that some kind of maintenance was being done outside of the door. We found out the door basically had no weather scripting and that made the loud noise from the time we left. No one slept well because of the loud sound. Although the door does lock, it’s still can be pulled back and forth so that made us uneasy about how safe our items were. The tub in the large bedroom was dirty and only had been wiped out. After a 6 hour drive home we get a message saying our card was charged for a damage lamp and fish decor that we had not damaged. The small lamp in the bunk area bulb was broken when we tried to turn it on. I did speak with the owner via email to let her know I was disputing the charge for damages that my family had not done. The unit had dated decor and numerous items that are damaged and I’m afraid our card can be charged for those things also. Again, all of decor in the unit is dated and we are being charged an amount that seems unreasonable for a small lamp and fish decor.

In response to Ms. Sierra Washington’s complaints above, there was never once a mention of any complaints during our conversations at checkin and during her stay accept for the wonderful time she was having. I had informed Ms. Washington that the remote had been chewed some by a prior guest whom brought their pet unauthorized and the remote was being replaced. As far as the linens not fitting the pullout sofa, they are queen size linens which have no problem fitting a full size mattress. Never has there been a dirty linen left inside sofa. The decor is completely updated with new Ashley furniture in living room. Ms. Washington is clearly trying to get out of paying for the damages her family had caused. She had numerous children yelling in the background during our conversations and she was obviously unaware that one of them caused damage to a lamp and fish decor. In my 13 years of renting my beautiful condo and 13 years of spring breakers I have only had 2 damages which includes Ms. Washington. Usually my renters are respectful enough to treat my condo as their own and watch their children which clearly Ms. Washington did not and coming up with every excuse to get out of paying for her $140 in damages. It truly saddens me to know someone would blatantly make up stories just to avoid being responsible for their actions.

Family quick getaway

The price point is excellent. We simply slept and ate breakfast and lunch here. My husband had to work and the Wi-Fi was reliable. There are lots of dynamics that come with staying in a 30 floor high rise. Lots of people to share small beach, restaurants, and elevators. The elevators were ok but more difficult at check in/out times as well as evening meal time. The grills on property are too few for so many people. The condo shows age, is small, and the kitchen was borderline for cleanliness by my standards. The blind/window on the top bunch bed has a broken slat and leaked tons of light overnight from the hallway lights. The patio doors are not able to be completely covered which again are a bit undesirable for those wanting to sleep past sunrise. THERE IS NO DEADBOLT ON THE DOOR. NOTHING BUT A KEYPAD BETWEEN YOU AND THE HALLWAY. We found this unacceptable.

First, I haven’t received my security deposit back, it’s been 2 weeks since we’ve been back from our trip. The only thing I would change is the elevator situation. There were 2 down for repairs out of the 5 total. We waited up to 45 minutes at times (being on the 25th floor, stairs got old real quick). The staff wore masks every time I saw them. I would say it was good stay outside of what I previously mentioned.
