Aloha! Notre condo est un 1 BR / 1 BA unité de fin tranquille avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan! La cuisine a été remodelée en 2015 avec de nouveaux appareils, y compris une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. La chambre a un lit queen, une commode et un grand placard. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen. Draps et serviettes sont fournis et la cuisine est équipée pour rendre votre séjour le plus libre possible. La chambre et le salon ont des ventilateurs de plafond et il y a la climatisation au cas où les alizés ne vous garderaient pas assez frais. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une télévision HD avec Direct TV, un lecteur DVD, une chaîne stéréo, une imprimante, ainsi qu'une collection de livres et de jeux si vous cherchez à débrancher. Il ya aussi des planches de bodyboard, des équipements de plongée, des jouets de plage et une chaise de plage à votre disposition dans le placard de la chambre. Vous pouvez regarder des levers de soleil étonnants sur Haleakala (10.023 pied de volcan en sommeil) et des couchers de soleil sublimes tout en regardant Molokini et Lanai tous dans le confort de votre véranda.
Ma'alaea Banyans est une propriété en bord de mer qui dispose d'un accès à la plage, deux grils extérieurs, une piscine et est la seule propriété à Ma'alaea avec un jacuzzi! Haycraft Park et Sugar Beach sont juste un 1/4 mile à pied dans la rue. Sugar Beach est l'une des plus longues plages de Maui, s'étendant sur 2,5 miles jusqu'au nord de Kihei. Vous pouvez rester à Ma'alaea pour profiter d'une variété d'activités; baignade, plongée en apnée, body surf, boogie board, surf, paddle board, kayak, pêche ou simplement regarder les tortues de mer vertes tout le long du rivage ou les baleines d'espionnage qui percent (fin novembre - avril).
Le port de Ma'alaea est à moins d'1/2 mile et dispose de délicieux restaurants, boutiques, Maui Ocean Center et Maui Golf & Sports Park (putt putt, mur d'escalade, trampoline x-treme et bateaux tamponneurs). Le port est également un point de départ pour les bateaux qui vont à Molokini pour la plongée en apnée, les croisières-repas ou l'observation des baleines.
Ma'alaea est niché entre Lahaina et Kihei et se trouve à environ 10 miles de l'aéroport de Kahului. Cet emplacement central est idéal si vous prévoyez de découvrir plus de ce que Maui a à offrir. Parcourez la célèbre route vers Hana (7 bassins sacrés), montez à travers l'arrière-pays jusqu'au sommet de Haleakala, explorez Paia (et le belvédère de Ho'okipa), Ka'anapali (roche noire), Lahaina (arbre de banian), Kihei (parcs de plage de Kamaole ), Wailea ainsi que Makena State Park (Big Beach), et Ioa Valley State Park. Il y a une pléthore de randonnées fabuleuses et d'aventures sans fin. S'amuser!

Very nice place.

The condo is nice - well stocked with lots of beach equipment. There is a good sized lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s just a few steps to the water, where we saw lots of sea turtles. Nice, quiet building in a nice, quiet area. Owner is very easy to reach with questions. Just be aware that the check out instructions include: “Please wash sheets and towels separately. Please leave clean/dry sheets and towels on the bed.”

Great location. Great value! Great host!

Walking distance (half mile) to harbor, aquarium, restaurants, shops. You can book any excursion at Boss Frogs. Great BBQ in the little shopping center too with free parking. (Harbor parking is only $0.50 per hour) Nice pool and waterfront at the condo including a couple gas grills available for owners / tenants although we didn't use them other than a quick dip in the hot tub. Condo has ALL the features you need. It is a little dated and but in good condition and very comfortable and more than sufficient. Laundry in unit was a huge plus. Dishwasher and full size fridge too. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I have no idea how he can rent such an amazing unit at this low price. The biggest down side is that tenant is required to wash and dry all bedding and towels before a 10:00 checkout. There was some laundry soap but only enough for 1 load so I had to make a run to Safeway last minute. My wife was kind enough to skip last morning excursion to stay back and clean. :-( All in all, we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful view. Housekeeping issues

The unit is quiet. View lovely. Very clean on arrival. Was reminded twice during our stay by house keeping to make the beds with the washed linens. Ok. No big. They also needed us out be out by ten am. Orig supposed to be 11. But ok. It was made clear the unit needed to be ready for the next guest. That she would be meeting us at 10 am for a walk through. At 900 am we went for a coffee run. We returned at 945 to the unit . Nance, the Housekeeper was already in the unit. Our belongings clearly visible. Our beach Drinks dumped. It was very awkard. She said the cleaning protocols changed. She was wearing a clothe mask under chin. I also found 2 comforters in the linen closet with urine stains. I did show Housekeeping.

On the water! Great location.

This place is a perfect location. We could see whales right outside the lanai. turtles too Washer and dryer great; Ample parking. Cons: they request you to do laundry while you're there. We had to put away previous tenants sheets and also start laundry of our own sheets before leaving. They requested us to throw out garbage and to start the dishwasher. all of this while paying over $$$ for cleaning fee. I don't want to clean on vacation. And then pay for cleaning. This unit is very much dated. the view is lovely. Whales galore! Owner great.

Perfect location

Ma’alaea is a perfect location. The area is quiet and close to Kihei and Lahaina. Harbor is a short walk and offers restaurants and some souvenir shopping.

Ocean sounds

One and foremost, the views was stunning and the location was key. Short walk to the pier made this place an awesome place to stay. Waking up to the crash of the oceans and birds chirping was the best! Definitely would book and again and solid communication to our host was perfect. We were well taken care of!

Great Place To Stay!

I booked a last minuet trip to make it to a friends wedding! Ron was a great host with great communication. I really enjoyed that the location was in quiet area and had great beaches with access right out front or a short walk to the end of the road. It was a simple process from start to finish, the place was clean, and view was incredible. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Again Ron!

An honest review

As a frequent guest in this complex I feel it behoves me to give a detailed review so as to aid the possible client that are looking at this unit. Owners tend to show their pictures of the units in the best light and enhance the qualities of the unit and the complex. First, let me say that I stayed at this complex for seven weeks, the first four in a beautifully remodeled condo on the second floor that was wonderfully equipped with everything a guest might need. I then moved to this unit. This condo was a letdown, the bed was a queen, the bathroom was a mix of newer and very old and the kitchen was what I would call a neutral. The appliances all functioned, but the dishes were all cheap ceramics from a big asian country. The silverware was all entry level. The living room furniture consisted of three pieces of furniture, two of which were chairs in the Hawaiian style of having thin wood arms. The couch hide a bed was very comfortable and was fully upholstered, no rattan style arms here. The lanai's at this complex are quite large, the furniture on the lanai consisted of four chairs and a table which was adequate. The sliding glass to the lanai worked very well while the sliding screen was balky and had a broken handle on the inside which added to the difficulty. The screen also had two holes in it. The view from the lanai is nice, but not 180 as there is a private compound right next door with tall trees that impede the view to your left. The unit had two overhead fans which operated by chainpull, there were no remotes and no built in lights. The living room had a air conditioner that blew cold, but had no remote. The unit had carpeting in the br and lr that seemed fine, but the owner has told me he will be replacing said carpet with some form of wood. The beach that they describe is not really a swimming beach, it is a small sandy area that goes from sand to rock at the waterline. To me , this was not a negative, but to a family with tykes who are expecting to go out back and swim it might be. There is a beach about a eight minute walk away that is user friendly In closing I will say that I have stayed at this complex four times for a total of 25 weeks and have had to deal with smokers three out of the four times smoking on the lanai immediately under me. The complex has a designated smoking area's, but some smokers feel the rules are only for the little people.

Nice view with amenities included.

Enjoyable stay. Unit is located at the end of the building so it was very quiet. Gorgeous view of the bay. Had everything we needed for a home away from home. Didn't cook any meals but the microwave was great for reheating leftovers. Loved that there's a washer and dryer; however the dryer does vent warm air into the room -- that's why the AC is a must. Note: the hairdryer is located in the long horizontal drawer under the bathroom sink -- didn't realize it was an actual drawer. Communication with owner Ron Benjamin was superior. He was really good about replying quickly to my emails. Here's one funky occurrence. Came home one night when it was super windy out. None of the keys would unlock the door. The on-site maintenance man came up and was able to open it for us. The wind had created a vacuum in the room, which affected the lock. I think he either pulled or pushed on the door while turning the key, which made the lock open. Purchased 6 refreezable ice blocks at Target for the cooler. Brought the cooler with us every day; was glad to have it. Anyway...it's a great unit and a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and comfortable!

We absolutely loved the setting and location of this Condo. It had a great view of the ocean, with well kept grounds, pool, and barbecue area. It’s very close to available charters for snorkeling, Whale watching and fishing. We had a Change in our trip with a surprise visit from our son in law and daughter and Ron the property owner was very accommodating to the adjustment in our vacation plans. Very enjoyable and relaxing place.

Great location for a low-key vacation

It was just right for three of us looking for a home base while we explored Maui. The location was out-of-the-way enough to feel like we weren't in a hoard of tourists, but we were close enough to everything we wanted to visit.
