Beautiful and every detail

This was such a delightful place to spend our Easter weekend in Nashville! So many little details were thoughtfully prepared for us that made us feel like special guests in their home.

Nice quiet place to stay and relax

This is my 3rd time staying at this location. Host goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. Has the convinces of home. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Bright, sunny and comfortable

Great location and very nice place. We like to cook when we travel and found the kitchen to be well equipped with the necessities. It's small, but very efficient. Beds were very comfortable! Love all the windows and sunlight and the porch is an added bonus! Will stay again.

Perfect Green Hills Getaway

Immaculate apartment and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Lots of extras from coffee and creamer to the quality towels and toiletries. Hostess was gracious and easy to reach. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful! A perfect fit for all four of us and a baby.

The host, Tom, was wonderful! The space was just perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the location for food and shopping was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great apartment

I travel to Green Hills often. Have always stayed at the Hilton in Green Hills. This was our first time with a VRBO stay. This home is beyond wonderful. So clean, so comfortable. Felt very safe knowing the owner was downstairs. I will come back as often as I can. The owner checked on us via email often which I appreciated.

Location and comfort

Great location for Nashville Universities and downtown. Enjoyable visit from easy parking and comfortable amenities in this lovely upstairs apartment. Great neighborhood for early morning walks before start day. Great little coffee shop next street over. Very enjoyable accommodations.

Amazing!

We were very happy with our stay at this amazing property. We wanted to have space for our party of four to hang out and relax after visiting downtown. The property was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck for our coffee and doughnuts!

Just the best!

The owners have gone above and beyond to make this a great property! It was decorated beautifully, extra touches like fresh flowers, stocked kitchen and bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The owners were very easy to communicate with and gave easy instructions for staying and leaving. Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful!

We loved this property. It was very clean and had all we needed. We didn't plan on cooking but we did cook breakfast every morning. We could have cooked dinner as it had everything we needed, but we treated ourselves to dinner out. The area is BEAUTIFUL and being single women we felt very safe there. Would definitely stay there again. The owners are wonderful and had lots of nice little extras for us. It was convenient to downtown and major roads.

Our stay in Nashville was made even more enjoyable by the location of this well appointed rental in a very quiet neighborhood. We were able to Uber into the downtown area for entertainment, Radnor Lake for our outdoor nature experience and to our family wedding event. The owners were readily available & yet we felt we had the property to ourselves. We will definitely return & having experienced several vacation rentals the past 5 years, Tom & Edie are top notch hosts with a lovely place to stay in Nashville!

Fantastic property!

Super clean, beautifully decorated, large, comfortable property in quiet, safe neighborhood! Very comfortable beds! Tom and Edie greeted us upon arrival, which was such a welcoming way to start our girls' weekend. And Tom was incredibly responsive to texts, even when we asked annoying questions that they had already answered in their welcome email. Oops! We did spend quite a bit of money taking Uber to/from downtown and the Gulch areas, but being able to retreat back to the peace and quiet of the property each night was well worth that cost. Would definitely stay here again... and would definitely plan to spend more time at the house since it's so awesome and comfortable! Thanks, Tom and Edie!

Absolutely Stunning!

I can't say enough about this apartment!! Tom and Edie greeted us upon arrival and were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our arrival. The apartment is spotless, which for someone like me, is very important. It was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It appears exactly as the photos represent. The natural lighting when the blinds are open is amazing! There is a private deck on the side of the unit, great for drinking coffee in the morning. I have listed the "cons" below only so the next visitor can come prepared and these "cons" would in NO WAY prevent me from staying again. We WILL DEFINITELY come back! 1. We are a very quiet and extremely conscience professional couple and make an effort for our presence to not impede on the lives of others. That being said, the floors in this historic home are a little creaky and we hope that we did not sound like elephants tramping across the floor for Tom & Edie below us? 2. Bring a small extension cord for small bathroom appliances (blow dryer, hair straightener, etc) as the outlet in the bathroom is close to the floor and most appliance cords are not long enough to reach comfortably for use. This is NOT a fault, just a characteristic of an older home. 3. Most of the light fixtures in this stunning apartment are the "Eddison" light bulbs which look great and provide great mood lighting, but aren't very functional for things like putting on makeup. I would suggest either increasing the wattage or the light bulb hue in the bathroom. 4. There is no ice in the small fridge, so be sure to put your beverages in the fridge upon arrival. :-) 5. The lock on the unit is a little tricky. Be patient and you will get it. Be sure to lock it when you leave, as it does not "automatically" lock when you close the door to our knowledge. You have to lock it manually by pushing the lock button and turning the dial. At least we think that's how we locked it. 6. Be careful not to flush the toilet or use the cold water while your companions are in the shower. The water will unexpectantly get very hot. This also happens when water is used downstairs by Tom & Edie. Not a fault, just a characteristic of an older home. Please remember, NONE of these "cons" would prevent us from coming back. We would stay nowhere else when we visit Nashville! Thank you Tom & Edie for sharing your home with us and we look forward to our next stay with you in your beautiful home and city!
