This bright 2 BR apt is located near Belmont Blvd & 12 South, so you can enjoy well-known restaurants, bars & boutiques.
You're around the corner from 3 universities (Belmont, Vanderbilt & Lipscomb) making it a perfect spot for graduations & campus events. And Music Row, the Gulch & downtown are a short ride away.
The Space:
Cook a meal in the well-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for six, or lounge in the living room and watch movies or television shows on the large smart tv. The living room sofa converts to a queen size sleeper. A half bath is in close proximity to the living spaces as well, perfect for entertaining guests. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, closets and en suite bathrooms will enhance your stay. The master also has a daybed that opens to sleep two if desired. Sit out on the back covered patio off the master on sunny days. A laundry room with a side by side high capacity washer/dryer is available for your use as well.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment - you share the front yard and back lot with residents in the other 3 apartments on the property. Pets in the front yard must be leashed at all times and you must pick up after your pets. The main front porch is not available for your use as our guest -- this is the private property of another owner and unit. Please do not access this private area at all.

This spacious apartment is located in a newly renovated, tree-lined home just a few steps from Belmont Boulevard and tempting restaurants such as Proper Bagel, Chagoâs Cantina and the Cookery. Or, grab a coffee and pastry at Nashvilleâs beloved Bongo Java. Youâll be just a few blocks from Twelve South, so enjoy its well-known restaurants, bars and quirky boutiques. Additionally, youâre around the corner from Belmont University and in close proximity to Vanderbilt and Lipscomb Universities, which makes this a perfect location for graduations, a college visit, sports or musical events. The Vanderbilt Hospital group is within a few blocks as well. Music Row, the Gulch and downtown are a longer stroll or short Uber ride away. A stay in this comfortably stylish home will enhance your visit to Nashville, where there is so much to see and do.
Getting Around:
This is a great walking neighborhood, with the restaurants, bars and shops of Belmont Blvd, 21st St-Vanderbilt and Twelve South an easy stroll away.
Uber, Lyft and taxis offer an easy means of getting around town.
There are Nashville B-Cycles (A bike share) available around the corner on Belmont.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)
The apartment is a lower unit in a quadraplex. Thus, you may occasionally hear tenants in the unit above yours walking around.
This is one of four apartments in the building so we appreciate you not creating an undue amount of noise. If you do, guests in the other units may text me and you will be warned. A 2nd warning will result in me ending your reservation early.
Parties are strictly forbidden from this listing and we charge a $1000 fee for any unauthorized parties.
Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (e.g. marathon and college graduation weekends) . I may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often canât so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $150
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $200 or the cost of an additional nightâs stay, whichever is more
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guestâs arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a large Smart (HD) TV with dozens of over the air/local channels along with thousands of shows available via Netflix, Amazon Prime video, and Google Play. However, there is no cable in the unit (e.g. ESPN, Disney, etc.) but the over the air channels often play major sporting events (SuperBowl, college football playoffs, NBA playoffs, etc.)
We do allow dogs upon request, so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there.
I do charge a pet fee of $35/night per dog that you bring with you. This reduces to $150/week per pet and $300/month per pet for longer term guests. We ask that you keep your dog crated at night and anytime you are not in the apartment. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
***If you neglect to inform me ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then I reserve the right to either terminate your stay early or double the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.***
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the apartment, building, or anywhere on the property***
***If I find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) I will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
***We have external security cameras on all entrances to the apartment which we view remotely to validate party size, ensure no unauthorized parties are being thrown by guests, and no unauthorized pets are present on the property***
You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine.
For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
