Tout prévu pour les meilleures vacances en famille. Nous avons une nouvelle piscine chauffée / bain à remous à l’intérieur d’un écran relié à la maison. Nice, lumineux, léger et très propre. Courte promenade de la plage à 400 pieds juste en face du boulevard Estero, accès notarié, à la plage. La propriété possède son propre quai sur le canal à 12 minutes en bateau du golfe. Un pâté de maisons à l'épicerie très proche des restaurants locaux, et des endroits pour manger mais avec la cuisine complète, vous n'avez pas à manger à tous les repas. Marina, magasin de navires, restaurants, plage, parc et baie d'Estero à proximité. Votre location de la totalité du premier étage est trois chambres avec 5 lits pour 7 personnes, il a 1 salle de bain, et un grand salon, salle à manger et coin salon, La cuisine est bien équipée avec de nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et une grande buanderie et séchoir. Il y a aussi une piscine clôturée clôturée qui surplombe le canal et le bel aménagement paysager. N'oubliez pas le gril à gaz, 2 nouveaux téléviseurs 55 "avec câble, Internet très rapide, et toute nouvelle vaisselle et literie hypoallergénique. Récemment peint et décoré. Cet endroit est calme mais central à l'ensemble de l'action de Fort Myers Beach. L'allée a la place pour 5 voitures. Rangez votre équipement de plage et vos vélos dans le garage fermé. 5 vélos laids sont fournis pour votre usage et un nouveau wagon de plage pour transporter la glacière et les chaises jusqu'à la plage. Les chiens sont les bienvenus sur la plage en laisse. Les chiens sont les bienvenus dans notre maison avec le paiement des frais de chien. (Nous sommes désolés de ne pas pouvoir accueillir les chats en raison d'allergies.) David ou Katie reste généralement à l'étage ou nous avons des amis dans la chambre pour que nous puissions corriger tous les problèmes qui surviendront rapidement. Et si nous ne sommes pas autour de nous, notre responsable de la maintenance pourra bientôt être là.

Great Stay - Walk to the Beach

Awesome location and amenities abound.

Stay was amazing, very close to beach. Wonderful pool/hot tub and fishing off dock. We enjoyed everything this property has. Very family friendly. Owners were very accommodating. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Fort Myers Rental

Home was close to beach and stores. Property had bikes and wagon for beach which was great and also Kayaks to rent. Nice place to relax and had a great visit with family.

we are always so happy when our guest are pleased. Some people use the bikes every day others don't wish to at all. Everyone uses the beach wagon to take our chairs and cooler and toys to the beach. Great location on Fort Meyers Beach

This unit has a terrific location right next to the beach and with great amenities including a pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, laundy and fishing dock. One of the better stocked VRBOs we've ever stayed in and David & Katie are always nearby and available if you should need anything. We had a great family vacation.

This property was clean and we had a great time. Really appreciated the communication with the owner. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing time. The swimming pool and hot tube were fantastic. Very close to the beach.

I hear you guys caught Snook and Barracuda off the dock, That’s fantastic. The cleaners loved that you had the linen cleaned for them. Great place to spend family time in Fort Myers Beach! Pool was great and location was ideal. Minutes from the beach, grocery and marina. Kids got to fish off dock and used the bikes/beach stuff. Would recommend for families!

This was the first family to rent a pontoon boat from the marina next door. And then they tied it up to our dock. They recommend the rental and said the experience was positive from the marina behind Publix. The girls fished off the dock and caught fish. they said they were really bitting. This week we put in new floors and they look fantastic. downstairs is getting a new A/C Unit this week too. Its so Nice here now you will never want to leave. The Valdeabella family is always welcome here. What a fantastic Family. David & Katie

Great Location. Great Beach. Very quiet.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean, neat, efficient and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy (the cart provided with the chairs and umbrellas was a big +). The Publix is literally 1 block away which made it easy to get any thing we needed. Nice restaurants were also very close. We will definitely return again.

Thanksgiving with there honey baked ham, Was a huge success.. 5 kids of every age and no noise issues or any issues. I was happy they rented with us and hope they do again. I wish you would have caught fish off the dock. Most families do catch fish.!!! And if you come back you can fish right from the new dock. David & Katie

Beautiful peaceful property

My Mom, our Yorki and I stayed for 11 days. It was quiet and absolutely beautiful. The property is close enough to restaurants and attractions for convenience and far enough away for peace and quiet. The pool is wonderful and so is the canal access and distance to the marina. It was a perfect getaway.

Perfect for Family getaway

House was great for our infant and us. Definitely could have accommodated more family easily. Great communication with David before and during our stay. Access to beach was so easy and having Publix and Restaurants a street over was a lifesaver. Pool was great for days not on the beach. Can’t way to come back as the rest of FMB rebuilds.

This is what we strive to provide, a stress free vacation for the family to play in the sun on the beach. With the pool toys and beach toys and bicycles all provided and beach chairs. Hopefully you don’t have to worry about a thing. That beach wagon is such a helpful thing everyone takes it right into the store and fills it up like a cart it’s so handy. Wonderful property in an amazing location

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home in June and it was an absolutely perfect vacation. The hosts had wonderful attention to detail and were very responsive to any questions I had. It was clean, had plenty of space, comfortable, and the pool is fantastic! We had so much fun fishing off of the dock and kayaking. We hit the beach everyday and the short walk to the beach and to the grocery store made it incredibly convenient. I would absolutely stay there again.

Overall fun time!

5 adults, 1 eight year old, and a toddler had a great vacation! The pool is wonderful - they had a lot of pool toys and floats. Very short walk to the beach! My only criticism is that the beds were uncomfortable and noisy (creaks with slightest movement).

Great Family Getaway

Had a wonderful time! Very clean house with hosts that went above and beyond expectations. Despite the damage that remains from the hurricane, Fort Myers did not disappoint. Very little open on the island, but the drive inland was not a real issue for us as it might be for some. The Publix a short block away was a Godsend for even little things.

Building

Owners are wonderful, easy to communicate with. House could use updates, clean up the pool area, damp odor as lower level of home. Appliances very nice. Perfect for a family with easy access to beach.

Perfect, dog friendly vacation house.

David’s place was just right for me my husband and our golden-doodle and could have accommodated more guests.The house is on a peaceful canal, a very short walk to the beach and has a lovely pool and hot tub. Coffee and breakfast at the dockside table became a habit. The house and the yard were meticulously clean and well kept, and the kitchen was well equipped. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and having the use of the bicycles was a bonus. David was a wonderful host very easy to talk with and very invested in us having a good time. Being only a block away from Publix also made life easier. We will be reserving again for next year.

Golden Doodle was amazing good dog. No issues, We love it when a couple has such a great time. Fishing from the dock is always a great time. Hope to see you next time. David & Katie

We are a professional couple who grew up in the Chicago area but are world travelers. Our dream is to have a home in Ft Myers Beach. This home is that dream but at 3600 SQ ft. it's more than we need so you get the bottom unit! That unit is 1625 sq ft. For 8 months of the year From November to June we are at the property and are now residents. We stay upstairs and have our own private outside entrance. We use the Hot tub once a day but only when your at the beach or out for dinner. It works quite well. This is the BEST area on the whole island. Central Location and Quiet. and so close to the beach. You can watch Dolphins in the canal 25' from the house. We have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. And a screen over all. Very nice sitting area around pool. The new dock is just fantastic area to sun or chill. Allot of lounges and chairs provided. Bring your own boat and tie it to the dock.

At first light take your coffee and walk to the beach. Dogs are welcome on a leash while on the beach. Go north or south it doesn't matter because there's miles of beach in either direction. The best time to hunt for seashells is in the morning after a storm. or during low tide. Sometimes you will walk across 100s of star fish that washed up during the night or maybe a sand dollar or two. If you get hungry or thirsty there is always a wonderful restaurant nearby. 3 bicycles are provided if you want to use and a new beach wagon, 4 beach chairs and 4 fishing poles are available... Any problem that may arise we can correct fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. Location Location Location. Need we say more? We stay up stairs with private entrance during the winter months November to June. We do use the hot tub but in a private responsible way, we wait until you go to the beach or out for dinner or your daily activity. Then use the hot tub. It works quite well and you stay private and distanced. the whole downstairs of house is yours and very private. Cleaned above world health and CDC standards, and beach is open.
