Luxurious Downtown Kelowna Condo! Steps to the Beach

This beautiful 2 bed and 2 bath 2nd floor unit with a private patio, sports a new modern renovation making it a standout unit at the fabulous Waterscapes in the cultural district of Downtown Kelowna near the Delta Hotel and Casino.
This unit is just steps from the Okanagan Lake beach front, nightlife and restaurants. Waterscapes has a public outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor gym.
The location was outstanding. The place had everything you needed. Had a dance competition over may long weekend and this place served us well. It was close to all the action yet away from it at the same time. Pool was never crowded either.
What a great place to stay! We came to Kelowna with another couple and this 2 bedroom condo was great. A much better option than hotels. Steps to everything, or you could rent the local scooters and E-bikes that are on every corner. Good food and breweries everywhere. This condo had a nice balcony too and was literally one block from the lake, with a beautiful boardwalk. Parking spot is a bit of a challenge to find but we figured it out. Security guard at the pool was a bit of a stickler for rules too (only 8 people in the hot tub at one time!!) but otherwise we loved the property and would definitely come again and encourage others to book it too.
Clayton was a great host. Was quick to answer and very helpful. The property was great, amazing location and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool is a great and there was a good amount of seating. Would definitely stay again next time Iâm around Kelowna.
Clean. Carpets needing replacement. Maybe a few new furniture items needed too. Unfortunately there was no vacuumed, broom or can opener at the property. Hard to keep floors and carpet clean with no broom or vacuum present.
This property was well maintained and very clean. It was great size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and a 4 year old). Clayton was excellent at communicating as from the beginning of booking he was prompt to response to all my questions about the property as well as during our stay. We had a few minor issues during our stay (a tub that was not draining and a few outlets that were not working) but overall everything else was well maintained. It was great to have in-suite laundry which allowed us to pack a little lighter.
Heat and A/C - note that condo does not have central heat or A/C. The main living space stays cool with the A/C unit located in the living room. But the bedrooms can get a little warm - the owner has provided some fans to help circulate the air. Each bedroom and the main living area has its own heated radiator/baseboard with its own thermostat. Our stay was a bit warm for a few days as we did not realize that one of the thermostats had been turned up (along with the A/C unit going).
Location - this condo is about a 20-25min walk from downtown Kelowna. This can be tiring for younger kids so consider bringing a stroller/wagon. The suite had a wagon available for use which was great to cart our beach stuff around and our kid!
Beach - the condo is about a 10 min walk to Tugboat beach which is a more rockier beach than City beach but still nice and accessible. City beach is about a 30 min walk away (or 10 min drive) and is where more of the "action" is plus nicer sand and the wibit.
Parking - underground parking is included however the parking garage in general has extremely tight spots so keep this in mind if you have a larger vehicle or if you feel uncomfortable parking in tight places.
Overall we enjoyed the condo during our time in Kelowna. We did not mind the walking as it allowed us to get our steps in every day and stay active! We would love to come back again one day!
