Newly Updated - Private & Spacious 3 Bd 2 Bath - 5 Min to DT - PET FRIENDLY

This private and spacious home is situated on Knox Mountain in a quiet area that is a quick 5 minute drive to the lake and to downtown Kelowna. It is a legal short term rental so no need to worry about cancellations due to Kelowna's new strict Short Term Rental laws.

The home is surrounded by endless walking/ biking trails with beautiful views of the lake in every direction, if you are looking for a peaceful getaway that is close to all the action - this is the place for you. Perfect for families and pet friendly, because we think fur-babies are family members too and should never get left behind.

The kitchen is newly updated and fully equipped with everything you need including a blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, coffee and tea. The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney, Discovery and Hayu.

The home features 3 large bedrooms. 1 Private master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and a comfy memory foam king bed. Wake up and have your morning coffee on the private balcony right off the master bedroom.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house adding to the privacy – they both have comfy queen beds and large closets. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a shower with a bathtub.

There are two outdoor seating areas - a covered patio at the back of the house with views of the hills in the distance. It has a large dining table (seats 6) and a BBQ for all your grilling needs! The back patio overlooks the large fenced grassy yard, great for your furry friends to play safely. The other outdoor seating area is a private veranda located at the front of the home and includes a fire table so you can sit, relax and enjoy some local wine after a long day at the beach. The veranda is very private and a safe place for guests store all outdoor equipment such as bikes, paddles boards, kayaks, etc.

The home has ample parking in front of the home, with space for a boat and/or trailer if needed. There is a laundry room with laundry supplies provided.

Please note: Pets are allowed – there is a $75 pet fee applied per pet.
Gift basket comes with stays 5 days or longer.

This unit is for 6 guests max - any additional guests will be charged an extra fee of $150 per night per guest.

perfect for our grad trip

The check in process was very easy, and the owners made communication, very open and easily accessible. Close to downtown and beaches and very easy to find, Good for large groups as there’s a lot of room for parking very clean property left with everything we would need. Recommend to others and definitely stay here again!

Came for the Sun season opener

Overall a great little 3 bedroom place, away from the hustle n bustle of downtown. The hosts were great to deal with, and they are pet people. They even had some toys and treats for our dog!😊

Friend Reunion

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was immaculately clean, which made us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we walked in. The rooms were incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the huge backyard. It provided a perfect space for outdoor activities and gatherings, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were amazing communicators, always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay with friends. Family home away from home!

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at Irena and Blake's home in Kelowna....what a perfect place for us all. There were 6 of us in total and our dog. The house was exactly what we were looking for with 3 bedrooms and room for all. It was centrally located just minutes from downtown and also from the university. The house was super clean and stocked with all the amenities you could ask for...we were even welcomed with a wonderfully personalized basket of goodies and a bottle of wine to celebrate our daughter's university graduation. We enjoyed both decks in the warm weather and appreciated the living room area and ample seating for all. It was also great having enough parking for 2 large vehicles right out front of the property. Irena was a gracious host, super responsive and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others! Thank you again for the amazing stay!

Lovely stay in the hills

We enjoyed our stay, the layout is great especially if travelling with other adults with the master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the opposite. Master shower had a funky touch that was super fun. The gift basket from host was so sweet. If you love to see wildlife on your walks with the dog this place is great. Even saw a deer out the kitchen window. The deck and front sitting area outside were amazing, wish we could have spent more time in them. The place had everything you needed and more.

The perfect stay!

Irena & Blake's home was the perfect choice for our week of fun in the Kelowna summer sun. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were very comfy and the area was very quiet for a good nights sleep. The private enclosed front porch/patio area is beautifully furnished and provided us with the ideal place to store our 2 kayaks and 2 ebikes. Irena & Blake were perfect hosts, kindly shared their 2 beautiful Pomeranian dogs with my wife and giving me some delicious zucchini for the BBQ from their garden.

Lovely weekend

The house is so clean and was the perfect spot for 5 people. The bathroons are big, the backyard is so spacious and the kitchen has everything youd need on vacation. Irena was the perfect host. Dont gorget to have breakfast in the front yard nook, its so peaceful, comfy, and a great place to read.

Exceptional Kelowna Property

We spent the October Thanksgiving weekend at Irena and Blake's property. We had a truly wonderful weekend and this property was perfect for our stay. There were five of us in total, plus our dog. We also visited with two other family members who live in Kelowna. This property is really well equipped. It is incredibly spacious and has two, wonderful outside sitting areas. We took advantage of all the property had to offer. The location is excellent and is wonderful for walking, or running. We were close to downtown, which was a short drive. There is a lot of parking and at one point we had four vehicles parked in front. We felt completely safe here, although if you were out for a walk, you would want a headlamp or flashlight at night. We would stay here in the future and found Irena and Blake excellent to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, clean and spacious home away from home

Our family stayed here in the winter for a week for personal reasons. The home was well kept with a modern decor and comfortable furnishings. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we really enjoyed our stay. The home had all the amenities we needed. While our stay was in the winter, the covered patios especially the one with the fire pit were a great place to socialize. Irena and Blake were great hosts. Very responsive and helpful. One of the BEST places I have stayed in at Kelowna! My family and I (6 ppl, 2 dogs, and a cat) decided to visit Kelowna before summer ends. We booked this lovely estate simply because it is conveniently located, reasonable price, and pet friendly. Surprisingly, this please exceeded our expectation by like A LOT! There are two yards for our furry family members to play safely. There is a BBQ in the backyard balcony which we used twice! The house inside is very clean and well taken care of. There is a working kitchen with basically everything you need to prepare a full meal for everyone! The neighbourhood is quiet, the ppl there are friendly as well. The decoration at that place is cozy like a home. Everything is nearby and within driving distance. Within 10 minutes, we can get to downtown! Irena is very helpful and friendly. easy to communicate with, and fast replies every time to our questions! She made sure our stay there is as comfortable as possible! I am very grateful that with all the other places to chose from, we picked this one!

Cute Bungalow near Knox Mountain Park

Irena and Blake were very welcoming and sooo helpful. It was a perfect size to accommodate our two sons and spouses along with our dog. We appreciated the welcome basket with snacks and wine, and Fergus appreciated the doggie treat basket as well! The beds were very comfortable, we slept great!The house is walking distance to Knox Mountain Park with miles of hiking trails and spectacular viewpoints. I would have no hesitation renting this property again.

Fantastic Getaway

Irena and Blake's home was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Nicely decorated. Excellent communication. Amazing hospitality. The welcome basket was a hit. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice touch! Wonderful to have two dining areas for morning/evening meals. Didn't use the veranda much but it is a very nice, private, and spacious seating area for all to enjoy. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Washrooms were supplied with all the necessities. Having AC throughout the house was a dream. Our dogs really enjoyed it too :) The laundry room was not accessible hence the 4/5 rating for 'listing accuracy' however it could have been resolved by us sending Irena a quick text. We didn't have the need to use it. Location was great. A quick drive to downtown/lakes and a nice easy hike to Knox Mountain lookout. I even did it in flip flops. Lovely neighbourhood. People are friendly. Thanks for a great stay!
