Ce mignon 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain condo - avec deux lits superposés supplémentaires - a le confort et la commodité écrit partout. Que ce soit une escapade romantique ou des vacances en famille, P3-3032 est une excellente option.

Le condo du 3e étage dispose de carreaux de céramique dans tous les domaines, sauf la chambre principale, qui est tapissée.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit Queen, d'un fauteuil rembourré, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accès au balcon donnant sur le golfe grâce à des portes coulissantes en verre.

Le salon fait place à une cuisine pittoresque qui dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit, dosseret de carreaux unique, armoires en chêne et un bar petit-déjeuner à deux places. Et à côté de la cuisine est la salle à manger avec des sièges pour quatre.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision. La salle de bains privative est pourvue d'une coiffeuse à un seul lavabo et d'une baignoire et d'une douche. Les lits superposés en prime sont adjacents au salon.

Situé commodément sur le couloir est une laveuse empilée et un sèche-linge.

Enjoyed the stay!

The condo was clean, great location, easy check-in and out. The bunk beds are toddler sized, which I didn’t notice in pictures. The couch was not comfortable but minor issues as everything else was great.

Location is great

The twin beds are not twin size Too close to ceiling and too short. Loved the location and the property was clean and well run. Would definitely come back to a larger condo.

Loved our stay with two little ones

Great overall. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken so that was an inconvenience. Also, when we arrived the condo smelled of smoke, like something was burning. We told front desk, but nothing came of it. Eventually the smell slowly went away within a couple days. A great time was had by all, though!

Great location. Clean and well prepared. The unit fixtures need some upgrading (the refrigerator door seal is broke. It would close and didn’t affect function but it’s only a matter of time. The dishwasher door is extremely hard to closed. It appeared the latch was broken. The shower in the bathroom is terribly outdated. The shower head barely gave a trickle of water. Lastly, the sofa was practically in usable. The center is so sunk in that you rolled to the center from either side. We placed cushions in the center to build it up to no avail.). We spent most of our time on the balcony or out and about. I still gave 5 stars as we would stay here again since it was just my husband and I and most of these were more inconveniences.

Nice Stay / Dated Property

Pros: Location is ideal! Beautiful Orange Beach and close by everything you would want for a beach vacation at OB. The staff were very friendly and open. Made the process checking-in, overall stay, and checking out very pleasant. Other guests were friendly and easy going. Only 'hiccup' was that we were told we would receive an email and/or text when the room was available. We arrived early (lunch time and went to the pool to hang out). We never got the text and/or email and after 4:30 had to go find out what happened. We were told that sometimes guests wont' get the text/email. No big deal but a little confusing. Cons: The property is very dated as was the room (Ex: Dishwasher latch had trouble staying connected. Kitchen cabinet shelves looked like they were going to fall). Cleanliness was lacking in minor ways. Ex: There was Chinese food all over the walkway by the elevators on the morning we left. Also, in our room, someone's underwear was left behind that we noticed on our arrival). Nothing that disqualified our stay - we're pretty easy going and can roll with it. These things wouldn't keep us from returning but would make us want to look at other properties that could be available before booking. Overall we had a great time and the property is solid for a beach vacation.

This place just needs a little TLC and a deep cleaning. I know that can be a bit costly with frequent guests, but it would make a big difference if done at least once or twice a week. The view is great I absolutely loved it and the grandkids had an amazing time. We’ll definitely be back.The front desk staff was friendly, and the outdoor pool was clean and enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the indoor pool the water was cold when it was supposed to be heated, so I didn’t get to swim as much as I would have liked.

Great stay!

Great little spot. The patio wasn’t swept but that was minor details. I don’t think it’s worth losing a star over. The elevators were down the first two days. Not the owners fault. Comfortable bed and living space over all! Highly recommend!

spring break getaway

I marked down the cleanliness not so much because of the unit...but the common areas were quite filthy. a bag of trash sat in the exterior walkway for two days before it was picked up.

We will be back!

We absolutely adore this condo! It's very clean and well kept. Washer and dryer, wifi, updated kitchen, and extremely comfortable bed make it feel like you're sleeping at home. The balcony is perfect for breakfast every morning and relaxing throughout the day. The Phoenix III location is very clean and has great amenities as well. There is a light outside of the condo that comes through the bedroom window and is heinously bright. The owners have tried to put shades up to block it out. That thing looks like it's ready to land an airplane and a good bit of light still comes through. On our third night staying, we got a black garbage bag from Walmart and put it in the window and were totally unphased after that. So if you're like me and need total darkness to stay asleep, I recommend bringing an eye mask. We will definitely be return customers!

Loved it!
