Located in the private neighborhood of Magnolia Cottages By The Sea near Seacrest, “Magnolia Sunset” is a charming 3 bedroom/3 bath home with all the amenities beach living has to offer. 5-minute walk to the private beach access & neighborhood pool, just 1 mile to The Hub & Alys and 2 miles to Rosemary!

Magnolia Sunset sleeps 8 guests with a generous open floorplan. Upon entering the cottage, you will be welcomed into a well-stocked, updated and open kitchen. The kitchen bar seats 4 while the dining area, just off of the kitchen seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen opens up to the great room that features beautiful, planked ceilings, a large 50-inch television with enough seating for the whole family to enjoy. Start your day with your morning coffee or happy hour on the oversized screened in porch located right off of the living and dining room. The porch overlooks peaceful, private wooded views perfect for relaxing.

Bedroom 1: King master suite with a TV and en-suite bathroom with shower

Family vacation

We enjoyed the house and the location. It was an easy walk to the beach. The only issue was the air conditioner not cooling completely. We contacted the property manager and they responded quickly but they were unable to fix the problem.

Relaxing time

The house is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood that make the place more enjoyable. Clean and well stocked. The screened porch is a plus. Privacy between the houses even though there were close. We recommend this house 100%. We really had a great time. CGM

Awesome location and community!

We enjoyed our stay in Seacrest and especially loved how close the house is to the beach. It is a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach and a quick walk to the pool. Having private beach access is the way to go, and the property managers were very responsive in providing the gate codes and rental information for beach chair set up. The only inconvenience was the limit of 2 vehicles in the driveway. This is an HOA rule and it is in the rental information, but just be sure to plan ahead if you will have more than 2 vehicles. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beach house stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect for 2 families with 2 master suites. We were pleasantly surprised with the walking distance access to the beach 
 although the “beach access” gate led to what we were told was a private beach and we had to walk down to a different entrance anyway. Also, it would’ve been nice to have basic salt/pepper, etc. However, these things were minor. Would absolutely recommend and plan to book again next summer!

Inlet beach

Had a great stay. House was beautiful. Open design. Large kitchen with every utensil you would need. Master bath was very nice. Master bed was very comfortable, nice firm mattress. House was very clean. Screened in porch was nice. If you sat under the fan it was comfortable. The week we were there was really hot, so we didn’t really use it much. If it was cooler, it would get used a lot more. The 2 bikes were a nice addition. Location was good. We were about 1 mile from the hub, & 2 miles from Alys beach. The beach was about a 5-7 minute walk . Even though we had a private beach entrance, we were not allowed to use that part of the beach.We were told that we had to use the public beach area. The beach was not crowded though, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great time, & I would stay here again.

Pretty good

There’s ample room and the property is well stocked. Problem with cleanliness — a pan in the cabinet was greasy when I pulled it out to use, there was sand on the bedroom floor upon arrival. The master could use an additional blanket. My kids could not unlock the bikes with the code provided, but one of them guessed that past users had possibly rekeyed the bike lock by accident. He tried different combinations of the numbers provided until one of them worked. If you are hoping to be close to Rosemary to meet up with friends, it is about an 8 minute drive with traffic and pedestrians. My kids reported the bike ride in to meet friends was at least 20 min.
