À propos de cet hébergement

Cette fantastique maison de plage en bord de mer a été construite en 2002. Une vue imprenable depuis chaque chambre! Il a été entièrement redécoré et meublé pour ce look «chalet de plage». La chambre en bas a une reine et des lits jumeaux avec TV / DVD. Il y a aussi un jumeau de rechange dans le placard sous l'escalier. La chambre à l'étage a un lit king size, TV / DVD et un coin lecture qui donne sur l'océan. Il y a aussi une buanderie à l'étage.

Tirez une chaise Adirondack et asseyez-vous sur le pont pour regarder le coucher du soleil. L'accès à la plage est direct du coin sud de la cour avant. Tierra Del Mar est une communauté paisible avec des kilomètres de plage s'étendant du nord à l'estuaire et se terminant au sud au cap Kiwanda.

Tranquil

This beautiful beach front house is situated midway between two well known Oregon promatories,Cape Kiwanda and Cape lookout. Five miles of beach gives plenty of opportunity to walk. The house is immaculate and well stocked and beautifully appointed. A main floor bedroom and bath can accommodate someone who is averse to stairs. Great place to sit and read watch sunsets and storms

Favorite Hideout by the Sea

Beautiful cottage on the edge of the beach where you can walk over the sand dune to Pacific City or Sand Lake and the Sedge. We appreciate how well kept the cottage is and pet free.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We keep coming back, year after year, to stay in this beautiful spot right on the ocean. The house is comfortable, clean, and the views are unbeatable. The host is gracious and makes everything so easy. We love it!

Amazing Oceanview

My daughter and I spend three nights waking up to the beautiful ocean view each morning. At first I was a little disappointment there wasn’t a TV in the living room. This house was so relaxing I didn’t miss the TV. We spending time watching the fishing boats and waves. The bunnies were so cute. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Luxury on the Pacific

This place was our favorite out of 7 we stayed in on our road trip from the mountains to the coastline in Oregon. It was very clean, the beds were confortable and it was equipped with everything needed and more. It was a home away from home. The decor was great and the comfort greater. It is ocean front making for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The location is phenomenal and the house is very well appointed. We stayed here for my mom's 80th birthday and it was incredibly comfortable. The view of the beach is picture perfect, the house is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Every detail of comfort for the guests of this home has been thought of. Myself and two family members were very comfortable inside with a perfect view of the ocean and enjoyed the close proximity of the beach outside for long leisurely walks.

Serendipitous

This wonderful oceanfront house is steps from the sand and has a panoramic ocean view. Tierra Del Mar is nestled between the Sitka Sedge Natural Area to the north and the Cape Kiwanda Natural Area to the south. Both can be explored on foot from the home. If you are not exploring, you can watch a storm as we did and finish your current book. The kitchen window frames Haystack Rock in Pacific City, two miles to the south. The kitchen is well-equipped to meet any cooking needs. We had a great time.

Relaxing little corner of heaven!

We love coming here. The ocean is right there to enjoy sunset and crashing waves and the house is comfortable and cozy. The hosts are thoughtful and responsive. Great rental!

The Pacific Northwest coast is beautiful. This VRBO home allows for beauty and comfort inside and out. We enjoyed being right on the beach, as well as the quick drive into Pacific City for the market or take out.

Peaceful beach walks

Beautiful oceanfront/beachfront home. The home itself was comfortable and very clean. The main bedroom is upstairs and we enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves. Wifi was great. I can see a family with kids enjoying this home very much, as there was a closet full of games of puzzles. For this trip, it was just me and my husband enjoying a peaceful 4-night getaway from our extremely busy work lives. We chose to drive into Lincoln City every day (about an hour's drive round trip) to access the Safeway grocery store and to have better dining options. There were a few very minor things, including the age of the key box (it was quite challenging to open and close) - and the shower handle upstairs is in need of replacement (it is currently a small screwdriver stuck into the main on/off unit instead of a true handle; it works but is a little hard to turn). The bed was extremely comfortable and as another guest noted in their review, it is two twin mattresses together instead of one king mattress; we enjoyed it because the mattresses are adjustable - each side with its own remote control. Plenty of comfortable pillows (and I love lots of pillows!). Overall, we had a wonderful and peaceful visit (just what we needed!) and are thankful for the owners sharing their beautiful home with us through VRBO!

Beautiful and Breathtaking

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The views are amazing, the house and area were quiet except for the sounds of the ocean once you open the window or step outside. Truely an amazing place. The house was very clean, well stocked with great directions, and well cared for. There were plenty of fresh towels, lots of quality utensils in the kitchen, and the views, still can say enough about the views! We are ready to go back and this next time we will stay 7-10 days. Thank you again for sharing this wonderful home!

We are native Oregonians that grew up with the beach being a big part of our lives. This home has been a dream come true. We live in the metro area but love getting to come unwind at the coast. Now that we're empty-nesters we're able to do that a little more often.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always been beach lovers and spent many a vacation at various places on the Oregon Coast - a lot of times being disappointed with the accommodations. We wanted a place that not only we could enjoy with our family, but that others could share in as well.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Tierra Del Mar is such a great little community. It's quiet (except on 4th of July!!) but plenty to explore if you can drag yourself away from the view. Some of our favorite activities are the beach walks, climbing Cape Kiwanda (from either side), kayaking the estuary or rivers, boogie boarding, bbqing, crabbing, clamming....are you ready to book yet?
