L'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer avec l'étendue de l'océan et le son des vagues juste devant vous .... plus de temps en temps un arc-en-ciel vous hypnotisera par sa beauté .... directement depuis votre véranda. Un tout nouveau système d'air central dans chaque pièce pour vous rafraîchir! Deux chambres / 2 salles de bain, condo en bord de mer où vous pouvez voir les tortues dans l'eau à droite de votre véranda. Voir les baleines dans la saison d'hiver dans l'eau devant vous!

Situé dans le village de Maalaea, une rue sans issue avec une extrémité d'une plage de sable de 5 miles, la plus longue plage de Maui. L'autre extrémité se termine à un petit port où vous pouvez prendre des bateaux de plongée, des croisières musicales, des croisières au coucher du soleil, l'observation des baleines.

The host was very accomidating for our late arrival and extended stay. The condo was well kept with an easy walk to the beach. Will use these accomidations again on our next visit.

2 week Maui vacation

Property was great for two couples. Location near marina, short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. View of mountains and ocean was nice to sit on balcony morning and evening. Everything was clean and as described. Barb checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Fantastic vacation!!

Wonderful spot to stay

We loved this condo and the view is spectacular. We loved watching the whales and watching the turtles from our deck. This is the 2nd time at there and love the view. The condo is very well maintained and Barb was very friendly. We will be back again.

Nice condo

We loved the central location of the condo so we could explore the whole island. We booked the condo for the air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. That was nice since that was hard to find when I was looking at places. The only issue we had was with the hot water. The water was just warm the whole week we were there and was cold within 5 minutes. Other than that we loved the place

Truly exeellent

The apartment was really VERY nice. The view of the ocean spectacular. It was about a 20 min drive to either of the towns that had restaurants and activities (e.g. surfing). The only down side was the poor condition of the MBR mattress. We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AND WOULD COME AGAIN>

Amazing views

We stayed in July of 2024. The property was very clean, well kept and the views were amazing! The property is close to a few restaurants, not too far from a Kaipukaihina Beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Also close to the airport and the Highway to Hana as well as a short drive north to West Maui. The only thing you must be aware of is the parking. The onsite parking is that it’s underground and the clearance is only 6 feet. We were able to get our rental SUV in, but it was close. Bottom line is you can’t go wrong by staying here!

Lovely condo with all amenities ++ ocean views !!

The condo is on the 4th floor and is easily accessible via an elevator. Your parking spot is assigned for ease of parking each day. The other tenants that I came in contact with were kind and helpful. The harbor and lots of cruise offerings is within walking distance. The condo is in a lovely, well maintained complex. The unit is well appointed with enough room for 5. We enjoyed the lanai immensely. A great family or couples stay! Thank you Barbara

We love this little corner of Maalaea and have stayed in several different complexes over the years, but this particular unit is perfect for our family of three. So much so that this was our second booking. Central location on the island with just enough to do within walking distance. Short-ish drive to Kihei for everything else. Unit is clean, comfortable and simple. I like the open kitchen-that’s what sold me in the first place. While I can’t speak for other times of the year, in late Oct you can watch sea turtles in the water below from the lanai. Or go down and watch up close!

Love the location and the view!

We love this area as it is a central location to access the entire island. The condo was spacious and the lanai was large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Bonus was having A/C in all of the rooms along with ceiling fans. Plenty of closet space with hangers and also large dressers to store your clothes. Beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 boogie boards and a large cooler are provided. Wish they had a smaller cooler and a beach bag. (Minor details) The pool was nice and large and having bathrooms and a shower right there was so convenient. Two bbq’s on the property which overlook the ocean made bbq’ing that much more enjoyable! The grounds are very well maintained and our beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt like we were at home. Definitely will be back!

Needs updating and deep cleaned

This property is located in a beautiful area, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. The host was kind and responsive but the inside of the condo needs so much work. Every blanket and sheet we found were dirty/stained. The living room curtain rod is totally rusted out, trash cans dirty and moldy. Bathrooms were dirty, carpets and walls stained. We checked in at 3pm on a Tuesday and left by 7:30am the next day because of the cleanliness of the place. The host did compensate us some, but we were only there less than 24 hours. She did offer us another condo to stay in as well, but we chose to leave and book an entirely different place. I think this condo could be incredible with a deep clean, new bedding. Fresh paint and carpet.

The morning sun was a warm welcome each day. The grounds and pool area very tidy and relaxing. The turtle viewing, local fisherman, surfers and boat watching all made for more balcony time. The neighborhood relaxing to walk around in and little shops nearby just right for the little bit of shopping and dining perfection. I so enjoy the smaller condo versus the mega hotel stays. Thank you so much for this home away from home stay

Great location and great owner!

Our family chose this location to be close to the water and it was wonderful! On our way to Maui the flight was delayed and Barbara was very responsive and gracious about our late arrival. We really like this area and plan to return!

Beautiful view! Great location for us. Beach supplies were great to have. Clean and comfortable for our group of 4. Only suggestion that would of made our stay perfect would be TV's in the bedrooms. Helps us fall asleep. Mahalo for the a wonderful stay!

Relax while Whale watching

We arrived to a clean and comfy condo. The scenery was amazing. We watched whales on the lanai everyday! Condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything for the beach! Had plenty of chairs, coolers, towels, and even sand toys for the kids. Condo was a welcome rest after a long day of travel! Quiet and peaceful place to stay, short drive to everything you need but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Kihei. We will definitely be back!

Great visit January 2020

Property is exactly as advertised. We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children in January, 2020. Barbara was very easy to work with in the booking process. The location of this condo is great. Maalaea is very convenient as it is basically halfway along the coast. It is walking distance to the harbor for whale watching, etc. Not a lot of restaurants close by, but Beach Bums is very close and has a great breakfast. You are only 15 minutes or so from the airport, and thus, CostCo, Wal-Mart-etc. Condo is nice. A little dated, but clean. Beds are memory foam, which we loved. Air conditioning works great. Really close to the ocean. It was nice hearing waves crash from the living room. Balcony has a spectacular view! We enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the whales in the harbor. Pool area is pretty basic and water is cold, but again very close to the ocean so nice to sit out there. Condo was clean. Full kitchen, but a little sparse in terms of cookware, and basically there are no spices or supplies besides salt and pepper. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again.

The Best Place!

I love staying at Barbara's places. I know that I will find a super clean and comfortable place with the special little touches that just make traveling easier! This place was very spacious and the kitchen and patio were the best. There were comfortable and large bedrooms that both had their own bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxation in Paradise

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The scenery here is amazing. The condo is located on a quiet, dead end street, walking distance to the harbor, restaurants and aquarium. The online pictures of the condo are true to what you get. We appreciate the peace and quiet here. I recommend a condo stay over a hotel stay.

Perfect Location

This place has everything one needs. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai, we saw turtles everyday. Plenty of room, there were 4 adults staying 10 days. Plus the location was ideal for our Maui adventures. This Ma’alaea condo was the perfect home away from home. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, plenty of towels - we had everything available to us for fun in the sun. Appreciated quiet nights hearing the sound of the ocean waves, not the sounds of traffic or fellow tourists. This condo is easy to recommend. Plus Barbara was wonderful to work with.

Very nice condo, the view is great from the lanai.

The condo is very nice. It sleeps 6, but it’s not set up for 6 people. There is only a small table with 4 chairs, and only 2 chairs on the lanai. There is only 2 beach chairs to use, and not enough beach towels for 6 either. It’s very clean, other than someone has sprayed something that has splattered the ceiling fan area in the kitchen. It has lots of dishes and cutlery. The main bathroom toilet runs unless you jiggle the handle to make sure it plugs properly. The a/c is covered by the couch so it doesn’t really cool much if the unit, and there is only 1 portable fan. After staying, we felt it was overpriced, for the amenities that were missing. It truly just accommodates 2 properly, other than sleeping.

Aloha and thanks for the review. Yes that view is outstanding and the turtles bobbing their heads out of the water right in front on the condo is mesmerizing. Wish I would have known about some of your concerns while you were here so we could have helped make you more comfortable. We could have provided you with more beach items and we will check our inventory and replenish for future guests. The bathroom toilet running concerns us since conserving water is important. Now that we know we'll take care of that immediately. The condo owner is getting bids for a more centralized ac system, however in addition to the smaller unit and stand up fan you discovered there are ceiling fans throughout the condo, two being right over the beds. Since you brought this to our attention we will provide more stand up fans until a larger system is in place plus see if we can move the couch a bit. To maximize space, previous guests have taken the inside table chairs out to the lanai and vice versa if needed for additional sitting. Sometimes guests don't realize this is allowed and we apologize if this wasn't clear in our materials. Glad you commented on the cleanliness of the condo. Our cleaners treat the condos they clean as if they were arriving. Will check on your kitchen ceiling comment. Again, thanks for taking the time to provide comments and we are sorry we didn't know of some of these concerns while you were here so we could have made your stay more enjoyable. Aloha, Barbara
