Cette maison de ville à plusieurs niveaux bien aménagée dans le Samoset Resort peut être utilisée toute l'année pour profiter de toutes les activités passionnantes que la région des lacs a à offrir. Cette unité d'extrémité bénéficie de beaucoup de lumière naturelle et de plafonds cathédrale. Assez grande pour accueillir confortablement deux familles avec 2000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, cette unité a tout le confort d'une maison contemporaine, tout en étant une merveilleuse retraite dans les bois de NH.

Samoset est une véritable station balnéaire avec une gamme d'activités pour satisfaire toute la famille. Pendant les mois chauds, profitez des pelouses vertes, de la plage de sable et des deux piscines avec chaises longues et tables de pique-nique, courts de tennis et club-house avec table de ping-pong. En hiver, le Gunstock Mountain, idéal pour les familles, se trouve à seulement 4,8 km pour le ski de fond, le ski alpin, le snowboard et le snow tubing. Une piste de luge pour les jeunes enfants est située sur la propriété. Weirs Beach et les magasins Tilton sont également à une courte distance en voiture.

This place was perfect for our getaway over New Years. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear, almost felt like we were just borrowing a friend's place! Our family fit perfectly, had everything we needed. We will definitely rent from them again if we are back in the lakes area.

Great getaway.

Property was tastefully decorated with updated appliances and bath along with new carpeting. Views of the lake from dining area and deck. Our kids enjoyed the beach and pool. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic week at this property. The unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the location and property itself are amazing. Our children had the best time at the pool and on the water trampoline at lake. The sunsets and views from the deck are breathtaking. The property is very close to Gunstock mountain, great restaurants and many activities. Michele was a fantastic host as well. She was extremely responsive and made sure everything at the unit was good upon check in. We highly recommend renting this property and will definitely rent here again!

Our family of four vacationed at Samoset. The unit was a 5-minute walk to the pool and lake which was very convenient. The unit itself had a beautiful and clean layout offering scenic views of the lake and all the amenities you would need. . Michele, our host was a pleasure in coordinating our stay as far as us accessing the unit and any questions we had. If we should travel back to this area in the future we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

I have absolutely no complaints about our stay at this condo in Samoset! It had everything that we needed. It was very well equipped, comfortable, and the host was very accommodating and available. You will not be disappointed in choosing this location for your stay!!!

Lake Living

This Condo was on Lake Winnipesaukee and was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, large corner unit with many rooms to relax and you didn't feel like you were on top of one another. It also had one of the best stocked kitchens of all the rental properties I have rented on VRBO. Michele was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent Property! Would definitely visit again.

This property is exactly as described. It was perfect for kids. The complex has plenty of open space for playing and activities. Great pool kept the kids busy and they had the lake as an alternative. Other residents of the complex were super friendly and the owner was organized and covered every aspect of the stay. Would highly recommend this unit for vacation.

Samoset vacation

Samoset is a wonderful complex in an ideal location on Lake winnipesaukee. We stayed with my brother's family and there was plenty of room for all. Michele was very helpful and responsive. We loved our time at the lake on the water trampoline and went to dinner across the street at the Ellocoya Barn and Grille - all within walking distance. We had everything we needed for a great summer vacation.

Perfect Family Getaway

Enjoyed the time spent at this condo. 5 adults and 1 baby fit perfectly in the condo. Cleanliness is very important to me and was very happy with how clean it was. Location was great. Close to good restaurants and attractions in the lakes region. Regarding the lake at the condo, its a nice little beach area. Ellacoya state park is a 5 min ride if you like a larger, sandier beach. Host was wonderful to work with and very kind. Would recommend.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Fabulous condo in a beautiful, scenic, serene setting with the best views on the entire lake. Spent a very memorable spring weekend with family in this spacious, clean, well appointed, well stocked condo with every amenity that you could want while on vacation. The Samoset complex is beautiful, peaceful and serene with amazing views of the lake. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the entire rental process was done in a very professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. A stay at this condo is guaranteed to be an enjoyable, relaxing experience in one of the most beautiful places in New Hampshire, a little piece of heaven.

Absolutely gorgeous spot!

We rented this unit for Columbus Day weekend. The unit itself is gorgeous, well maintained and impeccably clean. The rugs and floors are new and beautiful. The unit is very spacious, the upstairs master is huge and the downstairs queen has a screened porch off it. The kitchen is very well equipped-pots, pans, kuerig, coffee pot, tea kettle, etc. The view of the lake is beautiful and it's a short walk to the water where there are lounge chairs to sit in. Plenty of space for kids to run around, play and explore. The Samoset is a great location central to Gunstock, Weirs Beach, Meridith and all the great activities Lake Winnepesaukee has to offer. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again!
