A porphyry staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the dining room with a relaxing corner furnished with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a sunny terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. A highlight of our maso is the original Tyrolean stube on the first floor, ideal for cozy evenings.

On the first mezzanine, there is a double bedroom, a room with a French bed, the first bathroom with a shower, and a spacious laundry room with a covered terrace. Finally, there is a second double bedroom with a mezzanine, featuring a French bed, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

For the exclusive use of guests, there is a magnificent private garden of approximately 1,500 m², fully fenced: a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or letting children play safely.
