La Terraza Roja – Sea View Apartment on the Costa Blanca

Welcome to La Terraza Roja, a comfortable and stylish two-bedroom apartment located between Cabo Roig and Campoamor, one of the most attractive areas of Orihuela Costa.

The heart of the apartment is its spacious private terrace with a beautiful sea view – a perfect place for morning coffee, a relaxed breakfast, an afternoon drink or a warm Mediterranean evening. Here, holidays naturally move at a slower pace.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, individual air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedside lamps and easily accessible power sockets provide additional convenience. A large window facing the terrace and the sea brings plenty of natural light into the room, while the curtains allow the bedroom to be fully darkened when needed.

The second bedroom can accommodate up to three guests with bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed. It also has its own individual air conditioning, ceiling fan, window with curtains, bedside lighting and practical luggage storage.

There are two bathrooms. One offers a shower, washbasin, toilet, large mirror and storage space, while the second features a larger shower. A hairdryer and fresh towels are provided for guests.

The living room offers a comfortable space to relax together and includes an additional sofa bed for one guest. Air conditioning is available not only in both bedrooms but also in the living area, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable temperature throughout the apartment.

Guests also have access to fast Wi-Fi, and families travelling with small children can use a baby cot and high chair.

One of the major advantages of La Terraza Roja is the location. Several beautiful Costa Blanca beaches can be reached on foot, including La Glea, Aguamarina and Cabo Roig, while the spectacular coastal promenade is also nearby. Restaurants, cafés and bars are within easy reach, so a car is not necessary for enjoying the surrounding area.

For those travelling by car, the apartment includes its own private underground parking space – particularly convenient during the busy summer months.

Guests can also enjoy the large communal swimming pool, offering an excellent alternative to a day at the beach.

La Terraza Roja combines the freedom and privacy of your own apartment with the atmosphere of a Mediterranean seaside holiday. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the sea, choose between the beach and the pool during the day, explore the coastline on foot and finish the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace.

What we love most is simply being so close to the sea. In the morning, you can take the shortest route down the steps to the shore, or choose a slightly longer and easier walk that leads gently to a sandy beach.

If you prefer spending the day by the pool, our local swimming pool is literally just around the corner — you can leave the apartment and be there in about two minutes.

We personally love walking, and this area gives you an incredible choice of routes along the coast, beaches and promenade. You can make it a short morning walk or continue for several kilometres if you feel like it.

But sometimes the best plan is no plan at all. If you simply want to relax, read a book, enjoy the sun or have a drink without going anywhere, our private terrace is a perfect place to spend a slow, peaceful afternoon.

That is what we enjoy about this place — every day can be different, depending entirely on your mood.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose this place because it offers something that is surprisingly difficult to find: the sea, peace and privacy, while everything you may need is just a few steps away.

You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves and start your day with a cup of coffee on the terrace, a walk along the promenade or a morning stroll on the beach. On one side, you are practically right by the Mediterranean Sea. On the other, within just a few hundred steps, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy and a lively street full of restaurants, cafés and bars.

Every Thursday, a local market takes place almost next door — less than 100 steps from the apartment — so within moments you can be right in the middle of the atmosphere.

If you enjoy walking, you can follow the seaside promenade and beaches for kilometres. Or take one of the paths down the cliffs towards the water, where the landscape can almost make you feel as though you are hiking in the mountains — only with the Mediterranean right beside you.

And this is what I like most about the location: when you are inside the apartment or relaxing on the terrace, it feels peaceful, private and quiet. Yet the moment you step outside, restaurants, people, holiday life and the energy of the Costa Blanca are all around you.

You decide what kind of day you want to have. Peace and relaxation, the beach, a long coastal walk, restaurants and nightlife — or a little bit of everything.

We wanted to create a place that offers a truly comfortable stay while still feeling warm, welcoming and personal. We carefully selected the design, furnishings and details to meet high standards of comfort, without losing the cosy atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the very first moment.

What truly makes La Terraza Roja special, however, is the view of the Mediterranean Sea from our own private terrace. You can start the morning there with a cup of coffee, relax during the day, or simply end the evening looking out at the sea without even leaving the apartment.

For us, what makes this place unique is the combination of a comfortable, thoughtfully designed interior, the immediate presence of the sea, and easy access to everything that makes the Costa Blanca such a special place to spend a holiday.

We wanted to create not just a holiday apartment, but a place we would genuinely want to return to ourselves.
