Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and private garden. Check-in is available between 3pm and 8pm. You will be met by a member of our team, who will welcome you to the home and walk you through everything you need to know. Late check-in after 8pm is available by prior request only and will incur an additional charge.

Getting Around:

Wandsworth Common Station: less than a 10-min walk. From here, fast trains take you to Central London in around 10 minutes.

Wimbledon Tennis Courts: 15 mins drive

Heathrow Airport: about 45 to 60 min by public transport.

Gatwick Airport: roughly 40 to 50 min by train.

Frequent buses along Trinity Road connect you to Clapham Junction, Chelsea, and Battersea.

Please note that this is a personal home rather than a typical holiday rental. As such, we kindly ask guests to treat the space with an extra level of care and consideration during their stay. Please also note that the apartment features delicate furnishings and valuable ornaments, therefore it may not be ideally suited to young children.



- Smoking and parties are not permitted. There are CCTV cameras outdoor and smoke and noise sensors throughout the house.

- Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours.

- Please take your shoes off in the house.

- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.

- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking

- ⁠Same-day bookings: check-in time is 5pm instead of 3pm. to allow us time to prepare the property.

- Guests can request private drivers, chefs, and concierge services, and will have 24/7 direct support from the hosts.
