Sleeping up to four guests, this modernised cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms, a private garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Just a 7-minute walk from Surbiton Station, you'll enjoy direct trains to London Waterloo in as little as 15 minutes, giving you easy access to all of London's famous attractions while returning each evening to a quieter, more relaxed setting. The beautiful River Thames, local cafés, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, and independent shops are all within easy walking distance.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two inviting bedrooms:

Second bedroom with a double bed

The bright living area is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or work, with a Smart TV for cosy evenings in.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home cooking, including an oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, and washer-dryer.

If you're working remotely, you'll appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace.

Please note, the property has a very narrow driveway that is only suitable for smaller cars. There is additional on street parking towards the end of the road, which was time restrictions and is payable via the RingGo app.

Guests will have the house/garden all to themselves

Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.
No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or outside.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.

This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.

Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
