Set among ancient olive trees with distant sea views, Casa Raggiante offers an authentic Apulian escape just 5 km from the coast. The villa combines rustic architecture with soft, earthy interiors and natural materials. With four bedrooms, including a restored trullo, and spacious outdoor living, it is designed for relaxed stays immersed in nature and Mediterranean light.



The Space:

Casa Raggiante is nestled in the Apulian countryside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and just a few minutes from the sea (approx. 5 km). From the rooftop, you can enjoy open views over the landscape stretching towards the coast, especially beautiful at sunset.



The villa reflects a natural, rustic Apulian aesthetic, with soft colours, earthy tones and simple materials that create a calm and understated atmosphere.



The property accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in a recently restored trullo, offering a unique and characteristic experience of traditional architecture.



The main house includes a bright living room with fireplace and reading area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen designed for slow, shared meals. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located in the main building, while a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is set in a separate unit across the outdoor dining and pool area, offering additional privacy.



Please note that three out of the four bathrooms are walk-in bathrooms.



All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, except for the trullo, which naturally maintains a comfortable temperature thanks to its thick stone walls. The property also includes Wi-Fi, an alarm system with video surveillance, and mosquito screens on the windows.



Outdoor living



Outdoor living is at the heart of Casa Raggiante. A spacious terrace with shaded dining and lounge areas opens onto the swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean nature.



Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower, a pétanque area for relaxed evenings, and a rooftop terrace with wide views over the countryside and towards the sea.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole building except garage and backside deposit. Additionally, all guests staying at the villa have access to our curated selection of private services and experiences, including private chefs, pizza maker, in-villa massages, yoga sessions, boat tours, wine tastings, and more—designed to make your stay truly unforgettable.



Other Things to Note:

According to local regulations, we are required to register all guests before their arrival. This means we need your personal details and a scanned copy of your identification documents.



At check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, and a mandatory tourist tax of €1.5 per night/guest will be charged for adults and children over 14 years old.

Late check-in (after 22:00) incurs an additional fee of €50.
