Charmant Anna Maria Cottage remodelé un pâté de maisons de la plage et Rod & Reel Pier. 1. 5 pâtés de maisons de Bean Point Park à l'extrémité nord de l'île Anna Maria. Détendez-vous dans une piscine de style complexe entourée de palmiers et d'un paysage luxuriant. Terminez votre journée avec un barbecue convivial en profitant de la brise de la baie ou en regardant les dauphins sauter au coucher du soleil sur la côte ouest de la Floride. Faites une petite balade à vélo jusqu'à Pine Avenue - à 6 pâtés de maisons - pour faire du shopping sur l'île ou pour déguster la célèbre crème glacée Two Scoops. Great location and dito accomodation

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huisje. De belangrijkste zaken waren allemaal aanwezig en in orde. Het huisje ligt 10 minuten lopen van een heerlijk strand.

Excellent location

My husband and I enjoyed our first ever winter visit to AMI at the Mahi-Mahi. The unit is small, but had everything we needed for the the two of us, plus an incredible (heated!) pool. Loved the location and the "Old Florida" feel. The detailed instructions and "guide to the area" printouts were also quite helpful!. We are hoping to return next year.

Weekend at the beach

Spent the weekend in Anna Maria island on the front end of a work trip and this place made it worth it. All of the amenities you need plus a perfect location.

Perfect getaway

Great little place. Nicely updated, very clean, great location. Loved having golf cart included. The pool was wonderful, private, very pretty and lots of patio furniture. Really enjoyed our first stay ion AMI.

Very happy!

Place was very cute and easy to find. Check in instructions and contact with property mgr went very smooth. Place was well cleaned, however I gave it 4 stars bc the mattress on the pull out couch looked gross. Overall, bathroom has been updated and was clean. The amenities were GREAT! Having the golf cart to zip around was perfect. The pool was very clean and had everything you could want or need. Location is amazing- short walk to the beach!

Cute Oasis

The cottage is in a perfect location! walking distance to both Gulf side and Tampa Bay side! We loved watching the sunsets at Bean Point. The cottage overall served it's purpose for us, to lay our heads at night. Although recently updated, the bathroom tile was simply painted and the paint is all peeling in the shower. A lot of the paint in the interior (door frames, base boards) is also heavily chipped throughout. The window blinds are all broken/bent. There are curtains also hanging but to replace the window blinds as a very inexpensive fix and would help with the aesthetic viewing from outside of cottage too. The shared laundry, bikes, pool, golf cart and paddle boards/kayaks were an awesome amenity to have! Several beach chairs and both beach umbrellas were broken and we didn't realize until we got to the beach, so that was a bummer. The cottage was truly a perfect location and has tremendous potential if lots of little items were fixed/remedied.

Such a fun place to explore!

Great quiet location. Got around on the golf cart and the bikes. The manager was great and was very responsive to our requests. They should offer to let us pay 15$ instead of have to drive the golf cart to the Shell station and hold up traffic. There was no room anywhere to put our clothes so had our suitcases in the living room. Not a problem though because we were outside most of the time. There was one cockroach in the bedroom on our last night. Overall it was great! Thank you for your hospitality!

Absolutely amazing!

Perfect location on Anna Maria Island. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Jimmy was not very fast, but the property manager Dan was very responsive. We are already planning our trip here next December.

Anna Maria amazing

The cottage was in an excellent location on Anna Maria and just a short walk to Bean Point Beach. Amazing beach ...hard to describe it was so wonderful. The cottage was cute and just what my husband and I needed for our short stay. The only issues were that the shower head had a very low flow and the golf cart needs a new muffler. Otherwise it was great.

Short getaway

Wanted a quick beach vacation. Anna Maria in September is awesome. Not many people and great weather. Unit was great for two people. Golf cart was a great bonus.

Owner very easy to work with

My husband and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed a few nights away from the kids (and Midwest). The house and surrounding property and pool is beautiful inside and out, was exactly as pictured, and was very close proximity to the beach. We really appreciated Dan’s (property owner) willingness to take a late night call to help us with a few questions when our flight landed late. We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend this location to others.

So much to offer!!!

The location was perfect. All the extras that are included make this a great value. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Everything else was great! Short walk to beautiful Bean Point beach which IMO is as pretty as they get. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice getaway

Mom & Daughter trip to experience new destination (Anna Maria Island). Cottage was quaint & cozy. Very convenient with golf cart & bikes included in rental. Lots of fun taking golf cart to the beach & restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed location.

Great North End Cottage for 2!

We loved staying at Bay View #1. The home was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and in a great location. Having a golf cart was such an asset with bikes being available also. The only complaint with the house is the bathroom shower does need a repair with the drain and has paint peeling from the tile. For suggestions: There are only 2 adult chairs for the beach between the 3 cottages. It would be nice to have at least six to allow 2 for each cottage for use on the beach. A cooler for each cottage would also be a plus. There is only 1 beach umbrella which is first come first served. The pool is readily available but does need more regular vacuuming. Special assets are beach wagons and there are plenty of boogie boards and children's sand toys. The lighted sand area with corn hole boards and grills are a fun addition. There are kayaks available.. We had our own little patio with table and chair which was a great way to enjoy the outdoors. We definitely would love to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Our stay was great! The host was responsive and the equipment that the rental had to offer was unmatched. We especially got a lot of use out of the golf cart. We would love to stay here again!
