For days on the beach, popular stretches of sand nearby include Harlyn Beach, Trevone Bay, and Porthcothan Beach (all within 11 miles). For more outdoor adventure and plenty of local history, the mysterious Bodmin Moor is within 12 miles.

Follow the stairs down to the lower ground floor, where an impressive gym awaits. Climb to the top floor of the property and walk into the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and diner. This exceptional room boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows that reveal panoramic views over the estuary and across to Padstow. Pull open the glass doors to access the wow-factor roof terrace and to let the fresh air fill the home. When stomachs rumble, you’ll find everything needed for cooking up those holiday feasts, which you can enjoy at the long wooden dining table. After each meal, ample soft seating is positioned to take in the views. At the end of each day away, six restful bedrooms are spread across the ground floor and lower ground floor. Choose from three super-king-size rooms, one king-size bedroom, and two flexible family rooms each with a super-king-size bed and a single bed. Serving the bedrooms are six contemporary en-suite bathrooms and shower rooms, plus free-standing baths in two of the super-king-size rooms.

Outside, the incredible garden enhances the experience of this unique retreat. Designed by a Chelsea Show Gold Award winner, it encompasses different areas for your relaxation and enjoyment.
