The property was nicer than anticipated and we will definitely being returning.
The owners were great on my questions. The only thing that was difficult was figuring out the spa heat but was quickly resolved when I called them. (Operator error, meaning me).
The kitchen was fully operational as I did not have to bring anything other than food. I was impressed and that says a lot as I love to cook for the family.
I would highly recommend having the pool heated during your stay. It was a little on the chilly side for the young children.
The beds were very comfortable, clean and lovely soft sheets.
Plenty of towels for swimming and the laundry room was perfect for doing large loads of towels.
We do a family vacation every year and with my daughter having two children 3 and 6 months we decided to stay close to home. This house was wonderful! Everything you need is there from bath towels, to beach towels to a fully loaded kitchen.. The pool was so much fun and kid friendly. The owner checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and the location is close to any shopping needs you may have. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We hope to come back and enjoy this wonderful home again!
The house and the pool were amazing especially in this heat the last couple days. We went on a wine tour in Placervillle and this location was the perfect pick up spot. Would definitely stay again!
We had a great stay! The house is well-equipt, a great size for families, and the yard and pool are wonderful! Alexey and Nila are wonderful hosts. Whenever we needed anything, they made it happen, and they checked in with us multiple times to see that all was OK. We're pretty picky, and they always worked to meet our needs without ever making us feel like we were high maintenance.
We decided to stay at a home with a pool for our yearly vacation instead of traveling somewhere. We love two hours away, and stayed at this property with my parents and my 6 and 3 year old. My kids had a blast playing in the pool and hottub the whole time. They also really enjoyed playing in the spacious hole. The backyard is beautiful. We ate dinner outside most nights. If you want the pool heated, itâs an extra $100 per day. This is a must if you have little ones and want to enjoy the pool into the evening. The home is in a nice area.. you have everything you can think of within a five minute drive. The home is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.
We had a great stay at A&N's property - tons of toys (spa, foosball, shuffleboard), cozy fireplace, big and open space good for families, and tons of shops nearby. Thank y'all!
Gorgeous property in an excellent neighborhood with a resort like pool and yard. Great for the kids to play and run around the yard, and dip into the pool or spa whenever. The house is huge with big and comfy beds for everyone. Would definitely recommend and stay again the next time weâre in the area.
Great location with an even greater property manager!
First off, a little back story - my pregnant wife, our one year old daughter and I were evacuated from our home in Healdsburg during the Kinkade fire in October 2019. In our desperation to get away from the blaze and subsequent smoke, we contacted Alexey and he welcomed us with open arms. He made sure we were extra comfortable while we were displaced. He was very quick to answe any and all of our questions regarding the property and the surrounding area. The home itself has everything youâll need on your vacation and more. It was very comforting to be in this magnificent home during such a stressful time. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Sacramento area.
Loved our Folsom vacation with family. The home was spacious, large main floor with well equipped kitchen and eating area inside and outside. Large master en-suite and good sized bed rooms! The game room was a lot of fun for everyone! And the video nook was perfect for the kiddo! The swimming pool was refreshing and being summer we didnât need the heater to be turned on. Owner very responsive to questions - very pleasant stay!!!
The property was exactly as it is presented on the site. The owners were responsive and communicated everything needed in a clear and timely manner. The house is located withing a mile of....well almost anything you could want. We were doing work at Sac State and the commute was uneventful and took less than 30 min. We are likely to be in this area again and will look to rent this same property again.
House was great, games room a bonus. Only complaint is lacked instructions for the place. For garbage, pool, check out. But owner said they will work on that, that it was great idea. Owner answered questions fast. Checked in on us, by email. Very happy

Folsom House
The Folsom house
We rented this home because we wanted a place for our huge family to stay for the grandkids spring break. We drove all the way from Washington State to visit. This home has everything and more. Nila and Alexey are the owners. I asked for early check in and they were so gracious. They had no problem. Very accommodating! Beautiful well kept yard. The swimming pool was the main point for the grandkids. BBQ and swimming was perfect. Plenty of room for everybody and lots of table space. Have a place for kids to play there games when weather was not so good. I cannot say enough about this home. All the amenities you need. Beautiful!! Nice quiet neighborhood!! Will rent again
Thank you Nila and Alexey for a wonderful vacation!
The Zuetrongâs
The house is gorgeous, well maintained and huge! Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there so we couldnât take advantage of the pool but there was plenty to entertain us indoors as well.
Upon arriving we realized we had booked for the next night on accident! That being said Alexey and his wife did jump into action and clean the place for us so we could still stay that night which was great! We paid full price for that night and couldnât arrive back to the house until 9pm but we all made it work. We initially booked this stay to escape the city and to have a âstarycationâ enjoying the pool and hot tub (the only reason we booked the home). Once we arrived we were informed we could not heat the pool unless we paid an additional $100 a day. Upon booking this was not made clear on the page (written in very small text next to a button on bottom of page). At such a high rate per night this additional charge seemed exorbitant. We also did not have a pool cover provided to us which would have helped us keep the pool warm after the sunny days. This would have also been an additional charge. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have possibly chose another location had we known these stipulations.
Tip to customer: Has lots of bedrooms (we didnât use) would be great for a dual family get away.
Tip to owner: Turn off automatic lights in all of home (very harsh at night).
Write about pool cost in house summary clearly, âseasonal heating.â
Thanks for the stay, would use again in hotter months and with a later group.
We are a big and busy family with 3 young kids and a dog. Moved to Folsom in 2015 and enjoying it since then.
Both my husband and I we were born and raised in former Soviet Union and can speak fluent Russian. We also speak Russian to our kids so they can have additional language and talk to our relatives back there.
My husband is a long time Intel engineer and I am staying home mom with a lot of errands and miles around the city for the kids and family sake.
We like to travel and especially love lake Tahoe for its beautiful nature. We dream to have a nice vacation home there one day. Also we would like to have our own RV and spend summer vacations with our kids outdoors.
We are handy and can do majority of home maintenance ourselves. The contractor is a rare guest in our home and we like it better this way. The latest home improvement was the flooring on the first floor, that was quite a project but we love the new look of the home now! We hope you will like it too.
I like to work in the garden with fruit trees and flowers. The peach tree was the enormous success, doubled the size over the season and gave tasty peaches this summer. Lemon tree is full of lemons too - feel free to add fresh lemons to your dishes if you see them on the tree - usually in autumn and winter.
My husband has spent more than five years in canyoning. leading groups to the remote places with waterfalls and ropes to rappel down the canyon. He even climbed Peak Lenin in Kyrgyzstan which is over 23000 feet. That was before our first kid. Nowadays he is focused on his career and doing rather good so far.
We like when our guests are happy and comfortable with their stay. It should feel like home away from home. We like it clean and we like it nice. We are going great lengths for our guests, please tell us if you have any special requests for your stay and we promise to help with everything we can and do it promptly.
We were looking for the place with the great schools, nice neighborhood, open space, high ceilings and if possible less neighbors and more views. This home had it all: very spacious and nice backyard, private pool, heated spa, patio with BBQ and sitting area.
We all loved this home from the first sight and saw ourselves there right away.
Our home will work exceptionally well for big families with kids. Two story provides enough place and privacy to extended families or groups of friends. Open space in the common areas and huge backyard with new spa, pool and BBQ area will provide hours of enjoyable entertainment to your party. 5 min walk to Handy Family Park and access to Broadstone Plaza/Palladio, amazing sunsets, and the fabulous location, location, location of Broadstone will give this home 5 Stars!
