Condo décoré professionnellement pour 8 personnes

Le Tidewater est l'une des plus grandes stations balnéaires de luxe de Panama City. Profitez du lever et du coucher du soleil depuis le balcon avant du golfe de notre condo décoré professionnellement. Ce complexe dispose de deux piscines lagon avec spas (4200 pieds carrés chacun), une piscine intérieure chauffée, un bar tiki au bord de la piscine, un centre de fitness de 4300 pieds carrés, un centre de conférence de 5000 pieds carrés, un cinéma, des passerelles couvertes et à température contrôlée depuis le pont de stationnement. Ce complexe dispose de sept ascenseurs, vous ne perdrez donc pas votre précieux temps de vacances. Nous acceptons uniquement les locations du samedi au samedi pendant les mois d'été.

Notre unité a deux chambres à coucher, un lit superposé et trois salles de bain complètes. Nous avons un roi dans le maître, une reine dans l'invité, des jumeaux dans la zone des lits superposés et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Chaque chambre a des rideaux bien doublés pour que vous n'ayez aucun problème à dormir ou simplement à faire une sieste. La cuisine joliment décorée a des comptoirs en granit et est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les restaurants ne sont qu'à quelques minutes si la cuisine n'est pas ce que vous aviez en tête.

Tidewater se trouve à moins de 800 mètres de Pier Park, le plus récent centre commercial de Panama City. Pier Park est l'endroit idéal pour une cuisine raffinée, des boutiques haut de gamme et des divertissements en famille. Panama City West est adapté aux familles, venez voir pourquoi il s'agit du nouveau point chaud de la côte d'Émeraude.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The elevators were a problem and it looks like the resort is working to fix the issues. I do wish beach chair service was included in our stay like the last 2 times. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience.

Place was amazing!!! Three bathrooms was fantastic with all of our crew. Robin(Host) was so incredibly easy to deal with. Even got us in our unit early. Awesome view from the 23rd floor. We will definitely be booking with Robin again!!!

Clean, spacious, well equipped, good A/C, good water pressure and hot water. Only negative was lack of elevator availability and being charged extra for checking in when we arrived. Would recommend.

Thank you for the review. I would like to respond to the comment about being charged extra. The resort charges an amenity fee. This fee is noted in the vrbo property description prior to booking and also noted in the welcome package the guest receives prior to arrival.

Annual Florida vacation

This unit had everything we needed for our weekly stay. Kitchen was stocked with a variety of pots and pans and dishes. The View was amazing on the 23rd floor. Host was very accommodating and we were able to check in early to miss the late afternoon rush.

Perfect weather, perfect condo!!

I am a little late posting this review, but wanted to let everyone know what a great condo we had for our spring break trip!! It is decorated very well.. Everything was perfect.. nothing broken, no slow drains, no complaints!! I will definately rent this condo again!

We are absolutely love the view from the 23rd floor! We felt that it was safe enough for the children that we had with us. We absolutely loved that. We were able to leave in the middle of the night and check in early. We got an extra day at the beach. The host was amazing to talk to you, and she gave us all the information that we needed.

Very nice condo with absolutely BEAUTIFUL view! I have no complaints about the condo unit itself, but the facility elevators were the WORST. We waited over 15 min almost every time we tried to get an elevator. During check in/check out you should expect to wait at least 30-45 min for an elevator!

Ok but not a repeat

#1, had I ask questions, I would not rent 23 floor. Elevators were terrible, spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. I think VRBO is all about making money and not considering your needs. Also, we had to pay arm & leg for chairs & umbrella. My next rental will be thru Vacasa or Pandhandlers. It is difficult for senior citizens and little kidsto wait and wait for a ride.never again above.

Family Vacay fun/elevators sucked

Our condo was absolutely amazing! Very clean and roomy for the 6 of us adults. The view from the balcony was breath taking and it was located super close to restaurants and attractions. This would of been perfect if it wasn't for the elevators. When they say they are a wait we are taking 45 mins plus. We never waited less that 20 mins for one unless it was before 7am or after 10pm. 7 elevators and at least 2 to 3 were out of order our entire stay. Plus when one finally opened it would be so crammed full of people it looked worse than a sardine can. We learned to jump on when you can and just ride it up or down until you could get where you needed to be. We were on the 23rd floor and have knee conditions or we would of climbed the stairs. The elevators are our only complaint about our stay.

Nice family vacation

Tidewater has many nice amenities. There are pros and cons though. The pros first. We enjoyed the little shop, bar, sno cone stand and security. The wristband system for property access was really nice. The location and beach were ideal. The cons are the elevators. The wait to get an elevator at any time was extraordinarily long. Unloading the car was a major ordeal since many people arrive around the same time lining up for a luggage cart was time consuming then returning it to get your license back. Of course then you line up for an elevator. The pools were freezing. A facility like Tidewater should heat them to at least 82 year round. Our unit was clean and ready early. The kitchen had everything you’d need. Our only real complaint was that there could have been maybe a few extra bath towels and hand towels in each bathroom. Also there was almost no place to put clothes. None of the bedrooms had a dresser with drawers. The master had a place for one but instead there was a buffet table with the tv sitting on it. A dresser would be much more useful than a table. The other issue is our door code stopped working prior to 10am making it more difficult to take things to the car since someone had to stay in condo so re-entry was possible. All things considered I am not sure we would return to Tidewater.

Excellent Stay!

Elevator wait times were terrible, but that’s not the host’s fault. The condo was spacious, bathrooms and kitchen were updated, smart TVs throughout the condo, and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were my favorite aspect. There were a ton of towels, the water pressure was amazing for being on the 23rd floor, the showers had so much room, and the shower heads were high up on the wall (I’m tall and shower heads at chest-level are a problem for me when I vacation). Washer and dryer were very nice and we used them several times. We also enjoyed the movie theater on the ground level and all of the pools, although the lighting in the outdoor ones were not good after dark. Also, none of the jets in any of the hot tubs worked while we were there, but again, not the host’s fault. We also appreciated the presence of security workers on site. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Awesome room!

Check in was super easy! The host sent me all the details the day before so we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We never waited for more than just a couple of minutes for an elevator. The resort is super nice and right on the beach! Everyone having their own bathroom was a big plus! All of the beds were very comfortable. We would love to do the same trip with the same room and hostess next year! A+++ I will be recommending Robin to everyone I know! Thanks again for such a great experience!

It needs updating among other things! Don't book or make sure you have time to take pics!

Upon getting into the unit things were okay besides the floors being very sandy everywhere and also dirty in the bedrooms that made your feet dirty which was no big deal, but I communicated that to Robin right away and she said she would address that with her cleaning staff. All was fine until check out day. We stripped the beds like you are supposed to and underneath many pillows and the master bedroom, which was the only bed without a mattress pad was really disgusting stains! The furniture, especially in the bedrooms is old and worn. There is no dresser in the master bedroom. We only used the washer once. Other than that the door to it was closed. Hours after check out I got a text from Robin with some pictures of the washer door cracked asking me how it happened. We were driving all the way back to Michigan and I was using my phone GPS, so I waited to respond until we stopped for gas, and by we I mean me, my 71 year old mother, my 22 year old son, his fiance, and my 18 year old son and his girlfriend, so no crazy kids. This was my response verbatim, We only used it once to do a load of your towels and did not notice it being like that at all. If we did something to your place I would've told you right away. I'm a disabled army vet and I own up to stuff I do, but I was extremely careful when I did that load. Then Robin said, I don't know what to say. It wasn't like that before you got there. My maid had washed the rugs before you got there and it wasn't broken. I wanted to let you know that I will be filing a claim with Vrbo. Then I responded, Well you do what you have to, but you should also look into your cleaners. When we stripped the beds before we left there was hair and dirt in between the top sheet and top blankets that were obviously not from us, also the master bedroom did not have a mattress pad and when I took off the bottom sheet and saw the mattress right below it I was mortified at all the nasty stains I was sleeping on. Same with some of the pillows. I guess lesson learned I will take pics of all appliances before I leave from now on. I have 5 adults who can attest that the washer was not like that. Then instead of communicating back, today I find a message from vbro that I'm getting a $300 charge and a message on there from Robin saying I was nasty to her and could there be a way to not let me write a review. It won't let me finish it's a mystery that needed to be worked through more. Wind or cleaners?but I was not nasty to her

The condo was just remodeled at the beginning of the year. The new furniture in the bedroom has the distressed look. It is made that way. It's not old. You didn't have any problems until I found the damage and charged you. I think my other reviews will speak to the quality of the unit.

Well appointed condo

This condo is beautiful, well-equipped and perfect for your beach get-away. The owners are most accommodating when you make inquiries. The only concerns we had were the management of the facility. Parking is across the street on level 2, therefore making the elevators somewhat stall on that floor. Wait times for elevators are extremely long because of this. Overall, we had a great trip and experience!
